60° on a fall day and it's raining and I hear a dog whaling outside. I happen to notice multiple dogs standing outside in the rain for 15+ minutes. It is too cold and raining too much for these dogs to just be outside.

Our dogs stayed at pets and co for the 3rd time and last visit will be our last which is a shame if customer service had been good. We booked appointment over phone for a drop off the next day on a Friday. We were not given any instructions accept that an email would be sent which is fine as we have stayed there before and knew the routine. We show up around noon on Friday before our flight and a note is on door Saying closed for lunch. 2 workers were in gated area and after lots of effort getting them to not ignore us they finally let us in.

Then we get a call 30 min later saying a penalty for both dog's of $30 or some amount like that for making them open the door. I asked why did they not tell us over the phone when we called the previous day as that an odd time to close and the woman who I spoke with had a nasty sarcastic tone saying yes that could have been done but it's all over Facebook and webpage and email sent.

I checked email and nowhere was it noted in email and I shouldn't have to rely on Facebook for an extremely important non typical close time when an over the phone call was just made. Customer lost for life. Felt like I we were treated and scolded like a bad dog. I recommend going to rover.com which we will be doing and have done in past but this place was so convenient in location

I have been working for Pets & Company for 3 years and have always admired how understanding our staff is with animals of all temperaments. My own dog is fearful of others (especially men), but he LOVES coming to work with me and some of his favorite humans happen to be men at Pets & Company. Taking pride in our work is what we do here and I wouldn't have it any other way.

They are very organized and efficient and flexible too! They got my dog groomed same day upon my request and put a rush so that I can pick him up at a time convenient. How awesome is that!

After a few months with this company, I quit under duress and reported several issues/violations to a number of state and federal agencies. The Dept of agriculture has already been to the business to force the owner from boarding dogs overnight in wire and plastic crates without telling the customers, who have been charged full price for the advertised kennels.

They have nobody in the facility from 10pm to 6am, meaning boarded dogs go more than 8 hours between potty breaks, every night. Emergency at 11pm? Someone will find out several hours later. The owner is rarely at the business, but refuses to give day to day authority to managers. So all decisions are made by an impulsive, inexperienced, leader who never has all the information she's acting on.

She fires people at a terrifying rate, often via text message. The turn over is higher than you could imagine is sustainable. Even the longest tenured employees have a total lack of job security because the owner is so cold, senseless, incompetent, and unpredictable. This is not a happy work environment. It is a terrorized and sad work place. This is not a good place to work.

This is not a good place to take your pets. If you're considering their services and this hasn't warned you off, simply compare their prices to the competition. There's no justifying the pricing.

I Love! Love! Love this company! Every visits have made me just so full of joy! My fur babies love this place i honestly think that they never want to leave.lol! Staff, the grooming, and daycare services are seriously a A+! They deserve so much more as they truly care for your pets!

I love bringing my dog here and she loves to go! She always comes home exhausted, and unlike at the vet, walks in the front door happily and freely. The people here are so nice and I'm confident leaving my furbaby with them.

Pets and Company Is my dogs home away from home! I've been coming here since March of 2006. They welcomed me and my dog with open arms from the time I walked in the door! It is a family run a business and they treat their staff as family. They have gone above and beyond to care for my dogs! I lost my dog for two days it was horrendous experience. The owners were going to have there staff look except we found him by the grace of God.

They took my dog that day we found him, bathe him and treated him and gave him more love than I could ever imagine. I can't say enough about the staff! The grooming is always top notch! The daycare is a safe, fun environment for all dogs to run around and play! They truly care about your dogs. It's not a chain and it's not corporate, it's a local mother and daughter team that treat you like your part of the family! They have done so much for me and all my dogs, I can't imagine going anywhere else ever! Thank you Pets and Company

Love this place! They are incredibly organized, professional, and trustworthy. I feel very comfortable leaving my 4 month puppy with them and I will continue to use them in the future. Thank you Pets And Company!

My dog Olive loves playing with friends here for daycare. I can't speak to boarding or any other services. The staff are friendly. I like the flexible hours. Olive comes home tired and happy. The downside is price. Not the cheapest option around and close to the most expensive. They have raised prices over 10% since the last time I bought a package.

I have been going to Pets & Company for a very long time. They have taken amazing care of all 3 of my dogs. My two Yorkies have passed away but when they were alive they LOVED going to and staying at Pets & Company. The staff is so loving and truly cares about the pets that are under their care. My newest dog is a rescue who is not normally comfortable away from home, but even he loves going to Pets & Company for baths and a nail trim. When he spends the night there he gets lots of love and comes home relaxed and content. I can't give them enough praise for how wonderful they are!

I called to inquire about tricks classes and herding which were listed as services on their website. Was told to come in for an evaluation of my dog. Came at scheduled time only to be told that the trainers were out on a trip and would be back shortly. They came half an hour later and then did nothing with my dog but discuss the same info I gave on the phone conversation.

This info was written on a paper that they held in their hands. They also gave me the business card of the farm that does the herding in order to contact them myself. Not sure why they felt the need to completely waste my time and freak my dog out because she thought she was at the vet and schedule me for a time that the trainers were not even available for.

I asked for the name of the supervisor which they said was Meredith. Emailed her asking for a return phone call and received none. Spoke with the group class trainer, Justin, by phone and asked for references with phone numbers as after this experience, I was not going to sign up for 6 classes at $259 unless knew they were $259 quality. Have not gotten any references.

We have two dogs. One is 16 and requires special care because of her age. We are particular about how the other is groomed. We have been to other groomers, and have not been pleased with their attention to detail and lack of care for our dogs. We came to Pets and Company three years ago hoping for a change. We were pleasantly surprised with the staff welcoming our dogs, treating them like they were their own, and meeting our grooming requirements. The staff is always friendly and easy to work with. and our dogs love playtime during their spa days! We were happy to find a company that cares and does things right!

We love pets and company! My two dogs have been to daycare many times and stay there every time we go out of town. It's their home away from home! They always know my dogs when we come and make sure they are always comfortable during their stay! I love how they post pictures from daycare and send me pictures while I'm away. Pets and company is definitely the only place I trust with my dogs!

The staff is warm and friendly and it was clear that the health and well being of the animals is their top priority. My dog loves the doggy day care. When I picked him up the staff shared stories of all of the friends he had made. The facility is clean and well maintained. The recent expansion added even more play area for the dogs to enjoy. The report cards they send home after each stay are great way to stay informed on how well he did while he was there. Pets are their passion and it shows!

Pets and Company is definitely your fur baby's home away from home! They Go above and beyond the call of duty not just for your fur kids but also the Humans! I don't even know where to begin, except this place will forever be in my heart! I had Heart-attack the same day my dog was Diagnosed with IMHA. My 4 year old dog had to go immediately to the Hospital to have blood transfusion and bone marrow while I was in the ER.

The owner sent staff to be with my Mozart while I was being told I had 100 percent blockage to my heart. Obviously, I couldn't be In two places at one time. Both Owners and or staff sent me pictures of my dog trying to get better at his hospital while I was in ICU for a week. Their Groomer Ashley is beyond the sweetest and most talented Stylist out there!

She loves what she does and it shows through every dog that sees her! If you have questions about what they do, then speak up and ask! Every single employee cares for your dog as if they were their own! Pets and Company is truly a Dog-Gone Great Daycare, Boarding, Grooming and training boutique for your fur baby!

My dog loves going to board at Pets & Company and that is the best review I could possibly give. Knowing he feels comfortable there makes any vacation or trip more enjoyable. The staff at Pets & Co is excellent and it is clear they love animals. The facility is clean and nice looking and when I leave my dog there, I know he is getting excellent care.

He wags his tail and can't wait to get in and play with the dogs as soon as we walk up. I've had him groomed there as well and he is always clean and smells nice. I've had him groomed at other places and it seems like they don't do as good of a job of getting him feeling clean.(he might smell clean for a day or two, but his coat still feels grubby). All around, Pets & Co is the best place I've boarded our dog!

I absolutely love Pets and Company and so do my dogs! Cooper gets so excited every time we pull into the parking lot so that reassures me that he loves spending his time there! I love that I am able to check the facebook page and see how Cooper and Tugboat are doing throughout the day. The staff is awesome and I can tell that they love the dogs and take the best care of them!

It means a lot that I can walk in and they not only remember my dogs name but mine as well. I trust the staff 100% with my dogs and I am never worried when I leave! This is the BEST place in chesterfield to take your dogs, trust me, I've tried them all! : We will continue to go to pets and company as long as we are living in chesterfield!

Most excellent doggie daycare! Pets & Co really care about your pet. And they have an awesome groomer who hooked up Victor with a great "tattoo!"

My dog Teddy loves going to Pets & Company for daycare! All the staff know him by name and they're all very nice. Their reception area is so cute and inviting! I enjoy the photos they put on their Facebook page of the daycare kiddos. I also appreciate that they have an option to do a half day of daycare, because sometimes I need to drop my pup off for just a few hours instead of all day. Their daycare rates are a little pricey in my opinion, but you can prepay for daycare packages that lowers the average cost per day. Overall I recommend!

Excellent location, the staff couldn't be nicer! You can see all of the dogs outside playing and having a great time. I love using their daycare service for my high energy dog, I also love their groomer Ashley, she does some amazing creative grooming as well as phenomenal haircuts and she's so sweet. My dog LOVES going to Pets & Company! It's so nice to have a place I can trust for boarding, grooming, daycare and training, they've made my dog such a happy pet and me such a happy pet parent.

I absolutely love this place! The staff couldn't be more helpful when I drop off my pups and I always have a sense of peace when I leave there knowing that my pets are in the best hands! Also, they have the cutest collars, leashes and toys! You may think because they are a boutique their prices would be out the roof but they are very comparable to your main chain pet stores if not cheaper :) I highly recommend :)

Took my little girl pekingese here last Saturday for her birthday! As many dog owner's know, as your dog ages they get gray hairs just like we do! Well Pets and Company was able to touch up her grays with their amazing Pet Hair Dying Job! My 8 year old looked just the same as she did when she was 1 year old! The prices were comparable to packages at PetsMart, and the staff was absolutely amazing!

They were so friendly and I felt very comfortable leaving my babies in their hands! Now I live about 30 to 40 minutes away from this location, but I will totally be making the drive for my dogs to get groomed here! They also had an array of other services like Dog Day-Care, a Pet Boutique and an assortment of foods. So if you are a dog owner I highly recommend this place, and at the very least run in there on a free afternoon with your pooch and check out their products and friendly workers! :
