Vet Stop Animal Clinics

Everyone at the St. Peter's location are so terrific.from the veterinarians to the rest of the staff. My cat died of cancer last July and they were so wonderful to me and her during that time. They also treat my new kitten and another cat I had found. I would never think of taking my animals anywhere but here! I love Vet Stop and would recommend them 1 million %!

Vet Stop's boarding lodge is great! Crystal, Rosa and Cassie were all very welcoming, happy to answer any questions, and willing to accommodate my crazy dog mom-ness. I paid an extra dollar (so worth it!) to receive texts about my pup, Clover's stay each day, and the team was very thorough and honest with their updates, even when she was having a hard day.

I'm an ex-petcare professional, and was very nervous leaving my fur baby someplace I haven't worked for the first time, but the lodge team did a great job of helping my peace of mind while we were apart. Clover fell asleep on the car ride home, and has been worn out from her staycation since. Thank you Vet Stop for offering such a safe, fun place to board!

Recently boarded my Morkie at Vet Stop for a week. Very affordable. And I definitely would use them again. I love that it is a smaller boarding facility, with more hands on. It felt so comforting to receive text messages daily at my request, for addnl amount. They let me know about his behavior and all that good stuff. The staff is 100% professional.

It is very clean and orderly. I may even take my dog back a couple times a month for day camp. What a wonderful feeling to know my furbaby was loved and cared for when I was hundreds of miles away.

Warok is new to Vet Stop, and so far, I'm very impressed and pleased with the service the team has provided. He is attending camp and had a trip to the groomers. He is very scared of the groomers so I was very nervous to start him at a new place. The team talked to me on the phone about the best plan to get him a comfortable haircut now and how we can work to make the process easier for him moving forward.

Both times I picked him up from camp, the staff told me how much they loved having him. He can be a wild guy, and I'm happy we've found a group that appreciates his personality. He is very excited to see the staff when I drop him off for play. I can tell he's happy and taken care of. I also really appreciate the photos on social media of camp so that I can see my guy having fun!

We've experienced excellent care there. I Honestly, I don't know of anything that could have be done to make our experience even better. The vets and staff are so caring and helpful. We came in fearing the worst and left hopeful. The family comfort room was excellent as well.

All of the staff have been so compassionate and amazing in their care. Did amazing with our last rescue who was extremely nervous at the vet and now did. amazing with our current dog. Cannot recommend them enough :

I switched from my former vet after 5 years. This office is much friendly and professional. Dr. Beckmann was awesome. She took her time and answered all questions and super friendly. Would highly recommend and so glad we made the switch.

Absolutely awesome. We brought over our three year old Australian Shepherd, who has a lot of anxiety when visiting any previous vet, and they made him feel right at home. The Dr. took her time to make him feel welcome and was an expert at her job. Our dog was able to receive FOUR shots in one visit. At his previous location, he was hesitant to even get one.

Our family couldn't be more thankful for this wonderful location and will definitely be a customer for life. Thank you for caring about our dogs experience. See you at our next visit.

Sadly I can only give them 5 stars but I wish I could give them more. This is by far the best veterinary and boarding facility in the area. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and treat the animals they care for as if they are their own. We recently boarded our dogs with them for 11 days and had no worries while we were gone. The staff went above and beyond and taking care of our pups. They are competitively priced if not better than others in the area. The new facility is top notch, clean, and very inviting. We will not hesitate to use them again.

Okay, but not overly impressed. Nice clean place, people are friendly. Brought in my puppy for his shots and start on flea and heart worm preventative. Examination was fine but I was charged $31 one dosage of flea/tick preventative. They recommended only one dose since his weight would change a lot as he grows. That Made sense but really, over a 25% markup on medicine!

Two weeks later they called to say the puppy needs worm treatment. We dId the treatment and was told to bring a stool sample back in 4 weeks to retest. Did that and was charged another $32 for them to retest the stool! I guess I understand a fee but considering what I had already put out I found this fee excessive. Then they never called to say if he was clear or not. I called 2 weeks after I dropped off and had to ask. She said "guess you can assume no news is good news". Not really, for $32, I would like a call.

Our dogs are always treated so well here. Dr. Thornberry recently performed surgery on our Wolfhound and we couldn't be happier with how well informed she (as well as the rest of the staff at Vet Stop) kept us. throughout the process. Everyone involved in the surgery was more than willing to answer any questions we had afterwards. The team at this clinic is very professional and compassionate; I highly recommend bringing your pets here.

Wanted to send a shot out. I always worry about people meeting my mix breed staffy mutt. Some people think hard and some people just take her moment by moment. She has not had it easy with 3 medical emergencies resulting in hospital stays. One of those causing permanent reactive behavior. I felt very much at ease and it was nice to be able to be. inside with my pooch.

I had her here for grooming a little while ago and she came out happy. Last time we went to a big name she acted like I had abandoned her and was very clingy (normally she's just pooped and passes out). Thank you for calming my nerves and taking care of my "favorite child" and I really appreciate the nod to her overall health. If you are looking, the overall atmosphere gives off caring and patient vibes. Which is great!

The staff was so wonderful and Dr. McKnight put our concerns at ease. Bruce loved everyone and everyone loved our new pup too! It was so warm and welcoming for us and for him too. I have been with this "Vet" for 6 months with my 3 Golden Retrievers and have had numerous BAD experiences. 1) Grooming is HORRIBLE. Drop off at 8 am and not available to pick up until after 5pm. After I picked up, my dog's paws had not been trimmed or her belly, which I had explicitly requested. 2) Knowing the LONG wait times for grooming, I. scheduled two weeks in advance and requested a 8am groom to be followed by a 10am vet/shot.

This was today's appointment. They had no record of my grooming appointment- so squeezed me in and charged me a $30 express fee! 3) They NEVER call you when the appointments are completed, I always had to call or sit and wait. 4) I was told all 3 dogs.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My dog is a fight dog rescue and they treated him so good. He has had a rough life before I adopted him. He was so excited and happy when going to the vet stop and happy. when he was done. I highly recommend the vet stop. See everyone soon for anything Dommie needs. Thank you all for being so good with him.

Nooooi considerate of how I wanted to keep my address private against my abusive husband and then refuse care for my dog and then didn't give me an any other options about how to work this out she just simply walked away and gave me back my money and then I said no no no no no

VET STOP has been so kind and understanding with my nearly 16yo cat Midnight. He is terrified of the vet office due to the office I use to take him to, and for about 10 years now the staff and doctors at Vet Stop have worked with him and his "extra" behavior and still been kind, gentle, and always given him excellent care. They truly understand and love their animal patients and always go the extra mile to take care of them. Idk what I'd do to care for my now elderly cat without their help.

This was our 1st visit and it went very smooth and everyone was so nice!

The vet and her tech, whom were both very pleasant people, performed Rukia's routine checkup and gave her her shots quickly and efficiently, while exhibiting the utmost care and concern for her; not to mention, they accept debit/credit cards, which my dog's old vet did not.

I have been taking my pets here for over 15 years. Both drs are amazing and truly care about my animals.
