I have bought my last two dachshunds with The Puppy Den and we have been absolutely in love with both. They were well taken care of and neither of them had medical issues. I referred them to my sister and she bought her Golden Retriever there. I absolutely recommend them.

I am the kind of person that feels my home is not a home without a dog. I was finally ready for a puppy after my dog passed from old age (14 yrs old). A family member told me about the Puppy Den in Daphne Al.they had a 12 year old dog from the Puppy Den that was still young for her age. I purchased a Yorkie-poo born 1/13/22. I brought him home 3/23.he is SO SMART, playful, loving.we have already bonded. He is already consistently using his puppy pads. I HIGHLY recommend the Puppy Den

The Puppy Den made my experience very easy and pleasant. Even after bringing my beautiful well mannered Maltipoo home, I had prior questions and the staff was VERY responsive and attentive. (After and before hours) I am sure this will be the first of many more generational family pups.

We love our new baby. We bought a Morkipoo named Spell. She is absolutely gorgeous and precious. They provide quality care to their puppies. Our experience was Awesome. My husband and I highly recommend the puppy den. We are from Mobile and had looked all over for the perfect puppy. We will definitely be back to.purchase a second dog to expand our family.

It's always tough deciding where to get your fur babies they made our decision easy from the moment we walked in till the time we left. Staff is friendly and attentive. Business is clean. It obvious they take good. care of all their puppies. Would recommend

Talk about service after the sale, these ladies have been there to answer questions, share advice and anything else I've ever leaned on them for. Their heart is in it for these pups. Year after year, I find myself in awe of their dedication and filled with appreciation for it. I would recommend The Puppy Den to anyone looking for an extra special addition to your family, especially if you put value in service after the sale. Hands down, these ladies have my vote. I've bought two pugs from the puppy den. One for my 13y old son and one for my wife. Karen and Carrie were Great through the whole process. One of the pugs was a surprise and they even worked with me to be able to Bring it home on a day they were closed. They also helped me find a English bulldog rescue that added a perfect addition to our family. I've been a customer of theirs for the past four years now and they never let me down. Truly great service every time.

I had a fantastic experience doing business. I purchased a Boston Terrier. The lady was extremely friendly and answered all questions. She had three available. She allowed me to interact with them in a private room. She did not rush me at all or push for a sale. The Boston Terrier I picked was a surprise for my wife and daughter. She is very playful and eating well. We took her to the vet to get her scheduled vaccines. The vet said she was healthy and she didn't see anything to worry about. I would highly recommend this business.

100% satisfied with the puppy den! purchased a pomeranian shih tzu from them and he's everything i could possibly want in a puppy and more! he makes our life complete!

I love this place! Karen and her staff take such good care of my 3 pups. They groom and board my dogs. Dogs are happy to go and spend time w her and her crew! So when I have to be out-of-town for work I do not worry about them. They are in good hands! We have be using Karen for9 YEARS and have been completely satisfied!

We purchased our second puppy from puppy den with in a year. Carrie and Karen are amazing. They really do care about these puppies. My first one got hypoglycemic and they were there to help. I have two healthy happy and intelligent dogs. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our experience at the Puppy Den! We got our Fonzie( mini salt/pepper Schnauzer) from them and we are so in love! Karen was super friendly and informative! Thank you so much for helping us find our fur baby

On October 31, 2016 at approx 4pm my wife and I went to the puppy den to purchase a shorkie we had seen online. He was adorable my wife and 5 y/o daughter feel in love. I paid for the puppy and was handed a packet Noone of the info was went over with me in the store. We went home all happy. The puppy vomited once when we returned home so we decided we would take him to the vet in the am.

The next day Nov 1st the vet checked him and noticed he was invested with fleas and his gums where pale. The vet provided us with nutrical as a supplement to keep his sugar Level up. And sent us home he vomited 2 more times then began to eat and play again we have him the nutrical to ensure proper blood sugar levels. On Nov 2nd at approx 8 am the puppy was found deceased in his bed.

I called the puppy den to inform them as there policy states in the first 5 days that if the puppy dies of a hereditary defect or disease not aquired in my home the puppy would be replaced. The owner karen informed me that an autopsy is required to do this she was very rude and began saying we killed him by not feeding him. And that we should have called her rather then taking him to the vet. I'm skeptical of calling an unlicensed person that is an hour away to care for my dog when my vet is 5 minutes away.

I proceeded to do the autopsy witch reveled the puppy had hepatic lipidosis which causes anorexia and subsequently hypoglycemia. Hepatic lipidosis typically occurs over a period of two weeks as I was informed by 3 vets. She offered a few dogs as replacement none of which are the same cost that I paid or a 500 credit. My wife and I said no we don't feel we should have to pay any more then we have already and that we would except a puppy of the same breed.

The owners have told us no that we would have to take them to court. I would stay far from these people as they have no care for there customers. My wife and daughter are heart broken.

We love this place to take our fur babies to get groomed! They are always so sweet and attentive to them our dogs don't even freak out when we get there. They also adopt dogs, board, and have a nice selection of designer dogs if that is what you are looking for. They take amazing care of all of the dogs no matter what they are there for. Highly recommend.

This place is terrible. Took my boxer there for a nail trim, as I can't do it, the he breaks them and i have a hundred some vet bill. They assured me it was fine. When I picked him up they said they got some and some didn't need it. No more than 8 days later he broke a nail. They charged me and didn't trim them all. Their condolences was $5. Thanks but no thanks. Next time don't take on jobs you can't handle.

Had our Westie, Salty, bathed and cut this AM. They did a really good job. He looks great.
