This place is great! I had to take my oldest dog in due to a hematoma on her ear. They drained it and she ended up having to go in a week later because it filled up again. They gave me all the options they could do and walked me through them so I could ffeel comfortable with my decision. The staff here is REALLY nice. All the techs are so sweet. I feel very comfortable leaving any of my dogs in their care. I'd switch vets if they had a regular veterinarian vlinic also. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Ive been taking my dog here for a few months now. My dog is a "high risk" animal and no other resorts accept dogs like mine - so essentially I have no choice but to take my dog here. I try to be kind to the staff that work there but the blonde manager seems to go out of her way to be rude. I realize they are short staffed and work long hours but I am a paying customer and require a certain level of respect.
Being cold, rude and scoffing isn't the best customer service. Owners might want to address that. If shes doing it to me shes doing it to other customers. I do appreciate the other staff though! Most the women that work there are very kind and treat my dog with care and attention.

I like the people who work here and they love my dog, but the new owners are going to ruin this place. Before being bought, this was a reliable/clean place to bring my dog who doesn't do well in day camps. It was a good value as it was staffed 24/7 which good for early/late airline flights. Now the new owners have raised prices, cut the hours, and are running the operation so short-staffed they recently were not able to offer the 30 minutes of play time - which I'm happy to pay extra for. This place is just not a good value anymore.

Their website said 4-6 visits to their courtyard a day. I watched the webcam while I traveled and the only time they left was for the 30minutes that I paid extra for their one on one play session. I had no idea they would just be locked up all day. They sent me the saddest attempt of a picture of my dog to let me know she was "having fun". They didn't get their peanut butter Kong's I ordered. They also lost my contract one time and didn't even have my reservation on record. I like their hospital, can't say much for their resort.
