Escape The Crate

We are liking Escape The Crate. My dog is going to day care and training school. Place is clean, smells clean. The trainer Malia is good. Pricing is reasonable. My boy is happy!

Great place to bring your pet. Prices justified because you get amazing service, your pet is kept safe, your pet will have fun, and the place is kept clean. The staff takes special care making sure to prevent fights before they get anywhere close to happening by stopping bad behavior. They do not allow dogs who are not neutered so that helps prevent problems.

The cameras a great for seeing how your dog is doing, although the Elisa location may need to get some more cameras or adjust the ones they currently have. Overall, I highly recommend this place for boarding and for daycare.

I never thought I'd take a dog to daycare but I'm glad we did. We take our 1 year old German shepherd, twice a week and it's kept her "naughty" spells to a minimum. All of the staff I've met have been super friendly and don't mind sharing tips. Oh and it's cheaper than new furniture.

Such an amazing experience for our dog Razor! We can tell he had so much fun during his stay. We will definetly be bringing him back! I would recommend this to anyone with a social pup!

I took my 2 cocker spaniels here for a few hours today. It was better than I hoped for. They remove the dogs collars before they get to join the other dogs for some play time. My girls are still asleep they are so wiped out. The staff were friendly and professional. I would recommend it to anyone needing to board their pets or simply for an afternoon of daycare for your pup.

- Update on Escape the Crate - Boise. Previously gave 4 stars now it is 5 stars. Awesome place for your dog. The staff is great, facility looks great and my pup is happy. Keep up the good work! I am giving 4 stars for now. This could change to 5 stars after a few more times I drop my pup off. I have only done 1 day (meet and greet). Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Facility is very clean and organized. I would reccomend if looking for a great place for doggy day care. check back for updates.

We love Escape the Crate and so does our puppy! The staff are awesome and so friendly. There are always a lot of puppies running around and playing nicely when we've looked at the webcams (also a bonus).

Two days a week, I take our little Norman the Pug to doggie day care to play & socialize. The staff is incredibly tolerant of my little man and his little quirks -- they seem to genuinely care about his well-being. I watch Norman play via online cameras and he plays for the whole time. He never stops (except for lunchtime) Without a doubt he has fun and is exhausted when he comes home.

He seems happy when I drop him off and he seems happy when I pick him up. The facility is clean and again the staff seems to genuinely care about my dogs well being. I highly recommend Escape the Crate!

Great doggie daycare and boarding, my dog loves it here! She always comes home exhausted after playing with the other dogs.

We've boarded our puppy twice over two weekends and are thrilled with the way the staff cares for him. The team is always so friendly. Our pup is always so tired when we pick him up after playing all day with friends. We also love that they have webcams anytime we want to check in our pup. I'm very happy with Escape the Crate's services, outdoor and indoor spaces, boarding schedule, and prices. We'll continue to use daycare and overnight services for trips to come.

The staff at Escape the Crate is wonderful. They are always excited to see my dogs and my dogs love going. It's so nice to have a clean facility where my dogs are safe, play, learn and have fun.

Highly recommend! I've been taking my GSP, Buddy, to Escape Canine Retreat & Spa for 6 months now and he LOVES it! Not only do they continuously interact with the dogs but they also train them during their stay. I can actually focus while I'm at work knowing he's having fun, getting exercise, socializing, and being trained throughout the day! They also provide online web cameras incase you'd like to check in on all the fun they're having.

Our dog Jameson absolutely LOVES going to Escape the Crate! She gets so excited when we even mention "daycare" The staff takes excellent care of her while we're working. I would highly recommend Escape the Crate! Emma is fantastic!

Michelle is very knowledgeable and accommodating. The new Escape on Joplin is beautiful! It has a pool and is located in a quiet country setting close to Eagle and Boise.

Our nine year old labradoodle loves this place. In fact, he starts to squeal as we approach the building. When we finally make it inside, he can't sit still waiting for someone to take him to be with the other dogs. By the time we pick him up about a week later, he's lost a few pounds because he's been so active during the day. In fact, the first day he's back home with us, he's sleeping most of the time because he's been so active during the day. We've been taking him here for years and have never had a problem.

The best kennel experience by far. Professional, clean and courteous and our dog loved her stay. I wish all kennels looked and were ran like this one. Came in from CA and used for one night at Joplin.

We have an 8.5yo English bulldog-65lbs of stinky stubbornness. To be honest. I didn't think boarding this guy was even possible. We've now boarded him twice with Escape the Crate- the Joplin site this past Xmas. And just the other day at the Elisa site. We are sooooo thankful for the amazing owner and employees. Their flexibility and expectance and personable customer service deserves 5 stars!

Outstanding! The only place I will take my baby for doggy day care. The care and attention the staff gives is incredible, just like leaving him with family.

Hands down best place to take your dogs. The owner and employees really care about your dogs health. They even have a live video feed to watch your fur kids! I am a worry women when it comes to my pups and I am comfortable leaving mine in their hands! They have a very safe environment and always are playing with the pups. I have a now 5 month old pup and have been taking her to puppy play classes there to help her learn to interact with other dogs in a non aggressive way and I would recommend it to anyone!

Our 6-year old Pekingese absolutely loves it at Escape the Crate. My husband and I recently moved to Boise and with work and leisure travel, we needed a reliable place for Carlos to stay - previously he always stayed with family, but having just moved here, that is no longer an option. Having never boarded him before, I was nervous, but ETC is wonderful. Carlos loves the staff (he is more likely to make friends with humans than with other dogs :)) and I have noticed he is more social since he started staying there. He is happy when we drop him off and he is exhausted and happy when we pick him up - plus I can check in on him while we are away using the dog-cam on the website.

I have been sending my border collie here for over a year. I use their daycare services once or twice a week to give my dog some playtime with other dogs. This is a great place to send your dog. They take care of your dog very well. The staff recognize what kind of playfulness your dog has, so they will place your dog with others that are similar. Cool thing is you can watch your dog live at work from their webcams. When I pick my dog up at the end of the day, he is spent from all the activity he had that day.

This is the ONLY place in the Valley that we will take our dogs too. Being that our dogs are like our kids, we expect outstanding care when it comes to leaving them with someone. Michelle (the owner), has really impressed us with her customer service and facility. The dogs are only crated at night and to eat. Mind you, the "crates" are more like a very small dog run - and less "jail-like", which we prefer.

They have large, sectioned off, air conditioned areas for different sizes of dogs inside. There is also an outdoor area with sprinklers, pools, shade, grass (fake, I think), and tons of toys. There are always employees cleaning or interacting with the dogs when we have been there. They also offer baths, nail clipping, etc. Great place - we love and it recommend it to everyone with dogs!

We love this place, and more importantly, so does our Great Dane. Excellent facility for both day Care and overnight stays if you need boarding. They have both indoor and outdoor rec areas for the dogs. Excellent staff that really plays with the dogs, and most importantly, they love dogs. The owners are awesome, and very friendly. Previously we would always have him stay with relatives, or have someone come to our house to watch him if needed, because most kennel situations are horrible.

They won't let them have toys, and they actually charge you extra just to let them out for 30 minutes a day. I would never leave my dog in that situation. Now I don't have to worry because I know he will be having just as much fun as we are while he stays there. Highly recommend this place if you are in the need of of daily or overnight dog services.
