Janet and Sue are incredibly professional about the services they provide. I went with their walking service as I wanted my dog to get some exercise and Sue was able to deliver with no issues. Pricing was fair and they were able to provide for the time I requested. I would definitely recommend their services as they are insured and the constant communication allowed me peace of mind to make sure everything was still on schedule. Thank you Janet and Sue.

I have used Pooch Buddies for several years! Janet and Sue are exceptional with GSD and my Beaucerons. Their overnight vacation option is a lifesaver and my dogs were happy and anxiety free!

Pooch Buddies has be excellent to communicate with during our many years of arranging cat visits for our out-of-town trips. Janet is very responsive via email for requests and billing. We also got daily text updates about how our cat was doing and a happy picture of our furry friend. I would highly recommend their services for looking after your cat!

Janet is absolutely amazing! We went out of town for about 7 days and left our sweet Kona there! Kona loved it and everyday I got photos and updates about how they were doing! Will definitely leave Kona there again!

Wow! What a fantastic dog walker Sue is for my GSD and Shiba-Chow. She is very caring and good with my dogs who just adore her! I find her services to be invaluable for me since I work all day and my high energy dogs really need their walk! Sue is so good with my dogs, they love her so much after being with her for 5 months! I can't say enough about how good the service is! Pooch Buddies is really a Godsend for me and my pups! I would recommend Pooch Buddies for all dogs who want a caring and knowledgeable dogwalker!

Our dog Pepper had such a great time at Pooch Buddies, I kind of think she was mad we snatched her up and took her home. Will definitely use Janet again for our puppy sitting needs.

Loved all the comments people wrote on Pooch Buddies, so my husband and I decided to call and set up an appt with Janet for our mini - schnauzer, Sir Winston, to have an overnight visit. Sir Winston loved being there. Joe and I were going to Virginia for Christmas to visit family and it would be about 16 days. Janet was very accommodating to our dates and Sir Winston.

Everyday Janet would send us video or pictures of Sir Winston playing with all the other sweet doggies. Picking up Sir Winston was as simple as dropping him off. Loved Janet and her sister Susan. They made my husband and myself feel at ease when having to leaving Sir Winston for that long period of time. Sir Winston had so much fun, he even lost weight. Would highly recommend Pooch Buddies to anyone when having to decide where to take your precious one for an overnight or extended stay.

Great place and Janet is awesome. My doggie was happy and I will take him to her without a doubt again and again.

I had a last minute cancellation of my dog sitter for Thanksgiving week and I called Pooch Buddies to see if they could help with a house/dog sitter. They were able to arrange someone for me and Sue was wonderful. She took excellent care of our baby and keep me well informed with text updates and photos throughout each day. Can't say enough good things about them. It took all the stress out. Thank you!

Visited for the first time today-checking things out for possible boarding. Awesome. My little doxy mix and fluffy white wild child had a ball roaming around, running, sniffing and just having fun. Their tails wagging and up and they seemed perfectly happy and comfortable. That's really important and a good indicator of how they'll do when they're in boarding.

The facilities are comfortable, clean, and fun for pups and there's a pool for those who like to swim (and life jackets). The pups sleep in a large living room area with dog beds, sofas, chairs. We have a play date coming up so we'll see how they do without Mama there. I worry about our wild child because she's an escape artist but safety and supervision are excellent. Wish my husband could have seen the facilities!.

I have not had the pleasure of having our dog stay at Janets Pooch Buddies, since our dog is a Pit and they couldn't take her in due to insurance issues. I am writing this because Karen was very helpful in helping me find a good boarding location. She spent a good 30 minutes with me on the phone giving me valuable information/tips/references. She did not have to do this, but because of the good person she is, she did. I don't know anything about her facility, but I do know she is a class act.

We are so thankful to have found Janet and Pooch Buddies for our wedding weekend. We are obsessive dog parents and have never boarded our 5lb dog. Needless to say we were very nervous about putting our dog in someone else's hands. What sold me on Pooch Buddies was that Janet helped me to explore other options besides boarding knowing that we weren't comfortable with the idea.

She wanted what was best for our dog and what made us feel the most at ease. When I arrived to drop off my dog, Janet gave me a tour of her home and where my dog would be in relation to the other dogs. She made sure my dog would be secluded, but not caged, and that if she showed interest in other dogs and outside areas she would let our dog just be a dog.

Our dog was of course very happy to have us come back and pick her up, but if we ever needed to board our dog while in LA, Pooch Buddies is our go to. We also loved the text updates and pictures. She knew it was our wedding weekend, so she let us be on our wedding day as well and we were comforted knowing our dog was in great hands.

Had to go out of town for the weekend and left my boxer puppy with Janet. I loved how she sent pictures and let me know how my pup was doing. I didn't have to worry about my pup because I knew she was in great hands! Definitely recommend!

I've left my two pups for vacation a here twice. Very happy with the care! Kept updates daily with photos and notes. Home environment with 24 hour care. I think my pups may like it more than home!

Okay, so 5 stars, when I didn't end up using her services? Yes. And here's why: I called and left a message about my doggie care needs. She immediately called back. Due to various factors (including the super-early time I have to leave for work), it won't work out for doggie day care. But she had good suggestions, was very polite and helpful, and I wouldn't hesitate to call this business if circumstances change.

Some other businesses wouldn't call back, likely once they heard the message I'd left and knowing it wasn't what they could do. But she did. And I sure appreciate it.

I am so grateful that I've been using Pooch Buddies! Especially after last night when an emergency landed me in the hospital. I called in a total panic and Carol was able to go to my house and take care if all my cats and dogs till my husband could get home late that night. It was the difference between having to send him home (because of the 5hr wait for the dr) and have an emergency procedure by myself - and having him there with me and knowing my pets were being well cared for as Carol always texts me when she arrives and an update when she leaves. THANK YOU Carol and Janet from the bottom of my heart! I've been using Pooch Buddies since I moved to the area a few months ago and they've been reliable and thorough in their care, and very easy to schedule even when trips changed last minute.

I was already thinking of writing a good review, but this really showed me how lucky I am to have a caring pet sitting service that has a key and knows my pets. Highly recommended!

We've always been lucky enough to have a friend look after our two dogs. This time we were out of luck and so it was going to be our first experience with a pet sitter. Maybe you are like me and you're thinking, "I don't know about having a stranger come into my house." Janet met me and the dogs and totally put my mind at ease from the start. Kelli took great care of our dogs and sent us text updates each time.

They really went the extra mile to assure us our pets were well cared for. The whole experience was superb. I would have no reservations about recommending pooch buddies to friends and family.
