Yael and her magical team washed and groomed my two senior dogs with the most gentle, loving and professional approach. I am so greatful especially on National dog day to treat my dogs with such high quality care. My Bruno usually gets anxiety and he was so calm and happy he didn't want Yael to leave : I recommend their service 100%

I find that Amanda Hollywood Grooming his very overpriced as well as very unprofessional. I had an appointment issue where the groomer waited outside my home(app was between 1 and 2 however she showed up at 12:30) and stated she had texted me but I received no text and no call. I had to text the main number to find out where the groomer was, she stated she had came and no one answered.
I presumed I was talking to Amanda or management, she continued to argue her point and made no attempt to resolve this issue professionally. I was very disappointed with her behavior towards me and this is not the first time I had a problem with this company they give you a one hour window but are rarely on time usually early or late. She then told me "to find a other groomer". Wow I was floored by how unprofessionally I was treated especially because I have been a client for 10 yrs WOW!

I just got an australian labradoodle and I really needed a good grooming service that could come to my home on a weekly basis. I have to say I was very happy with Hollywood Grooming. The groomers were friendly and very concerned with making sure my dog was happy. Not only did they wash him, but they cleaned his ears really good, cut his nails and BRUSHED HIS TEETH! Who does that? I had never had a groomer do such an amazing job. I say YES PLEASE to Hollywood groomers!
