Double Dog Dare YA

When I was struggling to find a spot to take my dog for boarding since I had to go to vacation, Double Dog came by. I have trusted them for more than 1 year and they have been great. They have taken really good care of my baby, Simba. I am worry free when I travel and I travel often. The staff are always nice and welcoming and Simba gets excited to go every time.

In one situation, one staff member had her phone forwarded to her cell phone even after the business was closed to help me with questions I had about boarding. Much love to this place and I recommend it to all my friends and family.

Absolutely the BEST Doggie Daycare. My poochie's first time and LOVED it. Can't wait to take him back. Staff is Amazing! Best experience ever.

My 1 year old pup and my 1 1/2 year old cat have both stayed at Pet Rush Inn. The pup was at Double Dog Dare Ya at first until she came into heat. Now that she is spayed I can take her back there. I have also used the grooming services. I can't say enough about each place and each service; daycare, boarding, grooming.these folks are the best! My dog loves coming here and it is such a nice relief knowing she is well cared for and having a great time! I do love opening the web cam to see her at times.

The staff is very friendly with parents and dogs. I am very happy with the customer service and most of all the communication and cleanliness of the place. I highly recommend it! My dog enjoys coming here.

Our 1-year-old labradoodle LOVES going to Double Dog Dare Ya. He suffers from separation anxiety but is always so excited to visit his friends at daycare. We've boarded him here for 4 days and Kevin the manager called us when they noticed Onyx was biting his foot at night. We're grateful they paid attention and noticed it right away! The facility is always clean as well.

The facility is clean and the staff is very courteous and caring. I brought my puppy to the facility to socialize her and it's going quite well. I love how they have the cameras so I can check in from time to time. Checked out a few other places, but we've found our forever home at DDDY.

This was my fur baby's first time being in a boarding location, being that my regular sitter had an emergency and couldn't sit; Double dog dare ya stepped in to help me last minute. The staff was amazing, very kind and welcoming. They took everything off my hands as soon as I walked in, making it convenient and a fast check-in for me. I felt comfortable leaving my baby here as the staff was so helpful, even with setting up my dog's profile and completing the request before I got there. : Between the great service, the communication and being able to watch the live cam to check on my dog; it was such a relief and great vacation for me as I didn't have to worry about my fur baby! Definitely recommend, 10/10!

Wished we liked this place more since all the reviews seemed great and we liked that the yard was outside. I think if you're just dropping off for a half day daycare, this place is fine but for overnight boarding, we'll probably go somewhere else especially if you're going on vacation and need to leave your dog for a couple days. There's not enough staff and they aren't watching the dogs the whole time and the times we watched the camera there were some dogs playing really rough with each other.

Also it looks like they rotate the dogs so they're not in the yard the whole time. We checked almost every hour and the dogs are only in the yard for 2-4 hours a day and then put away in a kennel for the rest of the time. One time we didn't see our dog come out until we called and asked about it and that was around 11am. He was put away in the kennel around 4:30-5pm and not let until 11am the the next day which is a long time to be in a kennel.

Right after we called, they let our dog out. There's no temperament test so basically they'll accept any dog in. Our dog ended up getting hurt by another dog and the staff didn't even know until we picked him up and found a big scab on his left leg and was walking a bit funny. We called and asked and they said he and some dogs were a bit aggressive when they played so in the future they'll give him more breaks which is nice but I wish someone would've have caught it and told us about it. Overall, there should be more staff watching the dogs and they need to be more attentive. The one thing we also didn't like was that there are no cameras in the overnight kennels so we can't watch our dog to make sure he's ok.

Being new to dog ownership and having a rescue, we were incredibly nervous to bring Pickle anywhere for daycare. The staff was, is, and likely always will be, amazing! You can tell this is more than just any old job, they love what they do and treat your pets like their own. They are kind, communicative, and helpful. We love bringing Pickle there and are only slightly offended that he forgets we exist the moment he sees where he gets to go. : Excited to further make this his "second home" and won't hesitate to use them for boarding needs. Recommended, 10000%, bring your pup here!

We've had our dogs stay at a few different doggy hotels in our day. We just moved, and this spot is close to our new home. Let me just start off by saying: they got a live feed camera for all those owners out there who also suffer from separation anxiety with their pets. The staff was nice, accommodating and, most importantly, communicative. They gave us a ring about an hour after we dropped our dogs off and let us know how they did going into the daycare area. They answered all of our questions. All while we got to enjoy a little vacation. We'll be taking our dogs back!

As always, I'm super happy bringing my Fiona here which I have been doing for the last almost 10 years. Just the fact that our dogs are not kept in cages during day care is just amazing, its staff is also always going above and beyond. Words are not enough just to say that this is the perfect place to leave your beloved dog.

They took care of my dog very well, they have cameras so we saw Korra anytime of the day we want

We have taken two of our dogs to DDDY. Both day care and extended with nothing but great results. Our current dog's tail begins to spin wildly once he is at the front gate. Every person calls him by his name as they greet him. Pool is great attraction during hot summer days. Good grooming service! Highly recommend

Amazing place took my puppy Zeus in for the first time he is a Belgian malinois the workers are so kind and understanding! I will definitely be coming here from now on! Wish I could rate them a 10!

I don't think it's possible to say enough good things about this place and the people. My dog Mucca absolutely loves it there! He actually tries to hop out the window once we pull in. The entire staff is absolutely fabulous as well. Mucca has been coming here since he was a pup and he's also been to boarded training at pet rush inn, their other facility, and goes there for boarding when I travel. Love you guys and thank you for always taking care of my boy and giving him all the love

Large outdoor play area as well as an air conditioned inner play area in case your pup gets too hot or just need a a break. Friendly staff

Look its a little pricey but its worth it. someone watches my dogs when i go on vacation or out of town for a few days. my dogs love it here and so do i. there are no toys but the dogs get to socialize and hang out in their courtyard throughout the day.

Staff was super friendly and all had masks on. Their courtyard and day care areas are quickly cleaned up after the dogs do their business. Big dogs are kept separate from the little ones. I loved that they had cameras into both areas which allowed me to check up on my two pups often. Dogs seems their usual selfs so I will definitely be boarding them here again.

New owners are not the same - So sad for the pets. I hope they can prove me wrong and I will update my review as well as my opinion and keeping my Business there, but for now -we will see. My one and only Vacation is over mentally because I can no longer enjoy myself knowing my kid back home is not being treated how he normally is - clearly some ( but not all ) people who work here do not understand the precious cargo and how to deal with it or it's overly protective parents. messed up experience, I'm Just so happy to get my baby back home soon.

I have a giant shepherd/husky mix who is a homebody couch potato. He doesn't like walks and shivers with fear at dog parks. I was so worried about leaving him in a kennel. But at Double Dog Dare Ya they are aware of his personality and whatever they did, it worked! I saw him hanging out with the other dogs on their live webcam, tail is up and he looked happy, content, and at ease.

I saw one of the employees walking around with the dog, and there's my dog walking right with her, Twice I saw her give him a little pet. I will never worry about leaving him again, thanks to the good folks at Double Dog Dare Ya! Not only is he safe and cared for, they have helped him get over his fears and feel more confident! That's huge!

I got the "tour" of this facility and left my dog for one hour. I discovered through talking to the staff, that they are trained not to play with the dogs and they don't allow any toys. The small dog area had low light and all the dogs were just staring at me as if they were desperate for contact and to get picked up. Didn't give an impression of a happy place.

This place is amazing! Very clean and super polite staff. My dog was scared to come in but as soon as he seen the nice lady he knew it was play time thank you so much for taking care of my baby he will be back soon

Love this facility and so does our pup! Diesel has stayed here several times already whenever we go on trips or have parties at our home. It's a stress free and relaxing place for him to be, and we are also at ease knowing he's in really good hands. Love that we can check up on him too using the live cams!

Love the design of the facility. Every thing looks clean and easy to maintain. It is convenient that they offer additional grooming services. It is nice to be able to check in via the webcam. This was the first doggie day care experience for my fur niece and it has been great!

This is an excellent dog care facility owned and run by amazing people! We've used their day care, boarding, and grooming services for years now, and our dogs enjoy their visits there. We also love the fact that they have live feed video cameras in several places throughout so that you can "visit" your pup when you're away and watch them playing in the common area. I highly recommend Double Dog to anyone needing either day care or boarding services.
