Training a 12 week old puppy, no matter what breed, is so much easier than training a 5 or 6 month old puppy because they are small and haven't developed problem behaviors that are harder to curb such as jumping, not coming to you and pulling on the leash. Training puppy or dog, the owner is also included in private dog training sessions in the comfort of your home.

Presented Adele with our 14 week old labrador retriever last September. Worked through series of individual lessons followed by a series of group lessons. Created a calm, obedient and well socialized dog. We believe he is prepared to pass the AKC canine good citizen test at this point, at least confident to attempt it. Worth the investment of time and money. Give her a shout, good for both you and your doggo.

Adele has been an incredible trainer! We adopted Scout 8 months ago who is reactive towards other dogs (barking and lunging). Adele has guided and taught us how to handle and train our dog. We have seen such improvement in our dog's behavior but also, with the help of Adele (and Brian!), we are now at ease when we take our dog for a walk. Reactivity can be a long road but we are now are capable of controlling her and by continuing to build on the training we can work towards keeping our dog calm. I cannot recommend Adele enough, she is patient, friendly, and very much cares about your dog!

I adopted a puppy two months ago and knew I wanted to invest in some obedience classes so that my pup and I could communicate. I also knew doing group training classes would be a great way to socialize her. After researching and looking at different facilities and companies, Adele and Good Dog K9 Training and Services stood out to me! Not only were the offerings great, but everything is so affordable!
In the Glendale and Burbank areas, Adele has the best bang for your buck, AND you can tell she really loves and cares so much about your pet. My puppy completed the basic obedience group classes and has learned so much! I'm so grateful for Adele and all of her help and patience. If you're looking for a dog trainer, you have found the best in town with Adele!

If you're looking for a great dog trainer Adele is the BEST. We brought our puppy home and had trouble training her. Adele came over for an in home session back in 2019 and we applied what she taught us, it helped SO much. We then took her training class she holds in the park with other dogs once our puppy was a few months older. It was such a great class! I highly recommend it, especially if you're a new dog parent.

I just finished the Puppy Obedience Group Course with Adele. Our class had about 10 puppies, big and small breeds. We met outdoors at different parks and outdoor areas in the Burbank area. My challenge with our dog is that he is very reactive around other dogs and people. He is friendly, but is overly hyper when he sees other dogs. Our goal was to get him in a structured group environment and train him to focus even when other dogs and people are around.
While he is not perfect, he has improved greatly over this course. Adele is very patient and offers all the owners different tips unique to their challenges. Even in a group class I found that we got personal attention. Adele would text us to offer makeup classes, and extra play dates. She really goes above and beyond. The tuition for the classes is also very reasonable, and we hope after some more practice our dog can become more obedient and relaxed in different environments.

Adele is a very professional and caring trainer. In addition to one on one sessions she has classes for the dogs once a week in person and once on zoom. Our new puppy, Ruby has benefited from both the classes and the one on one sessions. Adele has patience with new puppy parents and makes the training fun and informative. I highly recommend her program.
