Very nice shop with friendly staff. Kinda pricey though. Saw same toy I purchased a few days ago somewhere else for $4.95 and they had it for $12.99! Large variety of items including food. Has loyalty program also. If I could afford to go often would give 5 stars but even clearance items were expensive!

I just discovered this amazing pet store and they are focused on nature healthy food for your pets. I was impressed with their wide variety of food options, pet treats and they have a rewards program to boot! I had just bought a new puppy and I had a lot of questions about the type of food that they offered and the customer service was amazing! They were patient with me and took the time to answer all my questions in depth. This is the place for me they have a new customer. Can you say winning!

This is a very innovative idea.like it! Its got everything you need plus the right height of a full size tub to wash your dog in. The only thing I would change is the towels, they were smelly.next time I'll bring my dog's own towel. The owner was super nice and attentive.definitely will bring my dog back!

This too, is my newest favorite pet store in the area for me too, mainly because they sell my pet food --The Honest Kitchen brand which is organic, clean human grade dog food & processed in a human facility. They also have a wide variety of this food. Also, they have Sunday hours 11:00 to 4:00--THANK YOU! A few times I been there on a Sunday to buy my pooch dog food.
There is another similar store like this one closer to me in Flossmoor, which I use to go to but they were not open on Sundays when I needed them and so I started going to I'll be Doggone for over two years now. They are so convenient! I use their groomer as well. they have two groomers to my knowledge, both their work are Okay, nothing to brag about.
I have notice that when I take my dog to them and the groomer at the vet office, her coat is dull. However, when I groom her myself, or when I took her to a groomer at Petco, her coat was shining even though I paid extra for that conditioner at Petco. Even when I take her to a coin-op dog wash her coat comes out shinning from there, too. I guess $65.00 doesn't get conditioner at either places.
I have a sixty-five bound Airedale Terrier that really needs grooming and not just a bath at times. Either way, it's convenient when I don't have the time or even feel like bathing her myself. When I bring her home from both places, I put some dog cream/lotion on her & spray her with some dog perfume so she would smell fresh and she would have a sheen to her coat, too.

My new favorite pet store in the area! They have healthy food, treats and well priced toys. They are a little cheaper than the competition and much friendlier! I noticed they have a do washing station. I didn't check it out that much. My dog is only 6 pounds so no issues washing her at home. They have natural flea and tick treatments/repellents if you are interested in going the holistic route.

Ok, I do not want to write a poor review, because I appreciate small businesses, especially local ones! However, I have been to many local pet food shops and always feel it is a mixed bag of products and knowledge levels. In my opinion, what sets one shop apart from the next is customer service. I have been to "I'll be Doggone", and was less that impressed with the level of friendliness and customer service.
The owner has been there both times when I have to been to the store, and to be honest, she comes across as if she doesn't want to be there! She hasn't been friendly nor helpful. I will give kudos to the young girls that work there, they have been very nice. I will not be back to that store, there are better options in the area, including a shop in Frankfort and one in New Lenox. Both of these stores, have owners that care about their customers! It's worth driving the extra miles in my opinion!
