Our puppy's first visit. I thought she was having a good time at first. My husband called to check on her while we were gone. But when we picked her up, she cried in the car going home. And after she got home she growled and kicked in her sleep. We had never seen her act like that before. We thought she would enjoy more furrie friends. But maybe not. Just Me, De 5-10-22

I truly cannot speak highly enough of Happy Hound Hotel. My young dog has a physical disability and daily medications (and can be quite stubborn about both) so finding boarding that can accommodate her was always a worry of mine. Ive been bringing Lily here for just over a year now and the staff is absolutely amazing and boarding is so affordable. They have been such a blessing to us since moving to the area.

I had the opportunity of being employed at this job for two days. In those two days I really got to understand how much care animals really need. It was even starting to help me how to be more open and inactive with the things and people around me. However before I could continue to enjoy the blessing given to me, an employee that was already there went to the owner and told her lies about my schedule and my availability.

Even after I had already told the owner two days before I would be able to work what she needed, as long as we could work things out because I have a son. So even after what the owner and I spoke about she still decided to believe the other employee. She asked me no questions after the other employee lied. She also had no heart when I literally begged her to reconsider. She didn't give me a fair chance at all because of what another employee lied about. I would not recommend working here. It will kill all hopes that you have going in.

We have a Pomeranian: King Luis. Ann and her reliable staff have taken care of him for about 7 years. We go on trips often and have to leave our pet for 2 to 4 weeks at a time. Luis loves to stay at The Happy Hound Hotel and when he comes back home he's happy and healthy. It's obvious everyone there loves dogs and their job.

I have 2 rescue dogs: one is an old, grumpy jack Russell that doesn't get around very well anymore & a lovable beagle with health issues. This is the first place they've boarded where they are NOT stressed out and take days to recover from a stay. They are well cared for, they not only understand my crazy old jack Russell but they actually love him!

And it shows. Both dogs are happy when we drop off and are calm and very normal when I pick up. Kept them safe though a hurricane we happened to be out of state during as well which was nerve racking. So thankful for these ladies and highly recommend.

Our pup Diesel loves it here. The first time we took him, I wasn't sure how he would be since he always has to be with someone. He LOVES humans! Anne assured me he would fit right in. And he sure did. When we pull up he gets soooo excited and knows exactly where he's at. We will keep bringing him here anytime we need to. The staff is great! I highly recommend HHH to anyone needing to leave their fur babies. Thank you Anne & staff!

I am extremely pleased with my experience at The Happy Hound Hotel. I've used other boarding services before, and my dog, George, always came home sad and more anxious than when I dropped him off. Fortunately, with The Happy Hound Hotel that was not the case. George was clearly happy when I picked him up! He didn't appear anxious or scared at all with the wonderful workers that are there. Now I am thankful to have a peace of mind when I need to leave town.

Love, love, love Happy Hound Hotel! This was the first time my dogs stayed here and they loved it too. As soon as we walked in the door I could tell both of my pups were very comfortable and felt safe! Thank you Happy Hound gang for treating them like your own! We will be back!

Linda and her team have been caring for my dogs over the last 15 years. The property gives ample room to run, play and swim. They took special care of my senior golden, giving her lots of rest and extra snuggles. I appreciate the supervision and attention given my pets, willingness to do extras (like give medication) and the photo gallery lets me see my dog enjoying her vacation. Peace of mind lets me enjoy my time away. Thank you HHH team!

Ann and the Happy Hound Hotel have been wonderful over the years we've been boarding our pup there. I feel like they love him as their own and that they truly enjoy having him board with them. They've also been so accommodating at times when we've had to leave town without much notice. We love Happy Hound and are thankful we can leave our pup in their loving care!

I have been taking my dog to Happy Hound Hotel for 8 years and couldn't be happier with the service. The staff are very caring and competent, my dog always has a great time, and most importantly I never worry about my dog when I am on vacation. Thank you Linda and team!

Linda is so great with dogs! She knows what she is doing. The dogs leave well taken care of. She knows how to handle big dogs and has the perfect property for them. We rescued are dogs from her. She has a side business of rescuing pits and black dogs. She knows how to find good homes for great dogs. She has a great heart for dogs who love everyone no matter what!

The owner Linda is amazing. They have a beautiful facility in Sammamish (a few miles off of I-90/Issaquah). Dogs have options to swim in creeks, go on off-leash nature walks and sleep in private rooms if they prefer--all at no extra charge. They even sent us pictures of our lab, Ruger, while we were on vacation. This wasn't the most conveniently located boarding for our sweet Ruger, but it was well worth the drive. We'd take him back there in a heartbeat. When we picked him up they put a little bandana on him that said "obedience school drop-out." It was a joke. I think;)
