Super disappointed. I have heard such good things about the veterinary clinic I found them to be very impersonal they took my dog away for a test and took the exam and all her shots outside of the room I had very little interaction with the vet

I am so pleased with Towne & Country! After discovering a puncture wound on my pup, I called 5 different 24-hour vets as mine was closed. Each did NOT have a vet on-duty! The woman that answered the phone at Towne & Country was kind, efficient, and empathetic. I was able get in immediately and receive excellent care at a very reasonable price. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for your compassioniate care and for being there to help when it was needed.

I take all of my animals here I send my family memebers here and recently took my kitten here for his 1st time to get all of his work up done. Front desk to the assistants to the technicians to the doctors You feel well taken care of and that your animal will be too. they provided estimates since these days it's very hard to be provided with those, wait times are very low and they communicate with you well. I will continue to use their services for all of my animal needs.

Thank you for your professionalism, and especially for your compassion towards Ramsey, and myself. You made a really emotional, heartbreaking decision a bit easier. I thank you for for your support through his diagnosis till the end.

Awesome people! We are first time customers here.we live in grand blanc and our cat was in distress. We called all around our area and could not find an open facility. My wife called here at 730pm and they were scheduled to close at 8pm, we arrived at 7:58 pm. Wow what an AWESOME AND AMAZING GROUP OF PEOPLE! They took us in, stayed way past closing time and gave us so much understanding and compassion.

Our cat did not make it through her ordeal, but these guys went way above and beyond to treat her and to help us through a very difficult time. Wish we heard more about people like this and less of all of the negative. You guys ROCK! My wife and I are forever grateful.

Great overall experience! The vet and techs were very personable and seemed to care about the animals. I have two cats, we were in and out in under and hour and the prices reasonable as well!

They are personal and caring professionals, my dog loves the snow, played to hard and popped her knee out took her for X-rays and saved me having to put her in s brace. Pain pills and trying to keep her quite for 4 weeks, not easy for 71 lbs active Golden

I was very happy to be able to get my dog seen on a Sunday afternoon after she developed an apparent allergic reaction earlier that day and wouldn't stop biting at her leg. This clinic was recommended by Banfield pet Hospital who did not have any openings that day. The visit was very efficient and we were in and out within 20 minutes. Although the initial treatment prescribed did not completely solve the problem I was able to bring our dog back three days later for a recheck at no additional charge.

A different treatment was prescribed which took care of the problem. We don't live in the area and were just visiting but we certainly hope that we can find a clinic like this back home.

I have brought multiple different dogs here over the years. Have had good experiences for the most part. I would say the the vets and techs have been helpful treating and referring my current and past pets. My complaint is they are so busy and that there is no personal connection with the animals themselves. I called on a Sunday when my shorthair had a bleeding laceration on her leg that clearly needed some staples.the desk said they would have to charge me $95.00 emergency fee which I was fine with.

The issue was they were going to charge me $95.00 and I was going to have to wait 4 hrs. I asked the desk help what if this was a life or death situation? Would you make me wait 4hrs? She said they would refer me somewhere else. that's when I realized there is no personal connection with the animals or any loyalty to customers who have come for years and spent thousands of dollars.

I brought my dog in for a second opinion to make sure there is nothing left that we could do to save her. Sadly they did have to confirm that there is nothing left to do. So I made arrangements with them for the next night for the toughest thing I've ever had to do. Coming back the next night they recognize me as soon as we walk through the door and brought me straight back to the room.

They were very sweet and gentle. I just received a card in the mail today from them signed by the staff that help me with Luna. Truly very sweet and I'm glad I took her there to the wonderful staff.

I called so many places for my little guinea pig Curly because he had been showing signs of a respiratory infection and all of them had been busy 6-8 weeks out except here. They were able to get me in the day I called and took amazing care of my little companion. I highly recommend this place!

Never have I had such a horrible experience. These people obviously care about their money over their customers. This past weekend, we had to bring our beloved cat Leon in for an emergency. I didn't care what it would cost as we were trying to save our member of the family. Instead of giving him the attention he deserved, I was given a price sheet for the procedures required to try and save him.

I agreed (and signed their contract) for $400+ for the tests. The results came back and he couldn't be saved and required euthanasia. They gave us some time to be alone with Leon to say our goodbyes which would have been nice. But I stead, we were hounded about payment. They required $623 for the tests and euthanasia. When I said that I would pay on my way out, that wasn't good enough.

They wouldn't leave us in peace for 5 minutes to say goodbye.they just had to pester us REPEATEDLY about getting paid. We've been to this vet a few times and always paid immediately after services were rendered.so why did they feel it was necessary to make our horrible situation so much worse. Even when I stated that it was incredibly rude to ask so many times for payment during that moment, it meant nothing to them and they said they required it. 3 years ago, when we had to put our dog down, I thought they lacked a good bedside manner but after this last experience, I will NEVER go back!

Have overall had a pleasant experience with them over the past year or so. Unfortunately I had to euthanize my bluenose pit terrier yesterday and it went very professionally, the staff were extremely kind and respectfulduringthe ordeal. The only issue I have is when I had asked for paper pawprits I was told they would put it in his paperwork, they did not do so is what I was told when I called the cremation service after receiving my buddy's ashes without his prints.

I called town and country to try understand what happened and try to find out if there's an original copy of the paperwork i was told I will be called later after being on hold for 5 minutes. The care was professional im just concerned an accident like this might happen again and wouldn't wish it on anyone.

We took our cat to Dr. Perkins, and vet tech Joanna, this weekend when she was feeling sick. Both were very kind and listened to everything I had to say, and did their best to find the cause. Our cat declined quickly and passed away during the visit, and both were very quick to ease her pain and to make sure we understood everything that was happening. I would happily return here for our other pets knowing that great care is given to all animals who are brought here, and to their humans.

I've been going to Towne and Country for years and I've never had a bad experience. One of my dogs has trouble with bladder stones that are caused by genetics, and while we were trying to figure out how to treat him, the vets were amazing with keeping him comfortable and helping him urinate by manual means. That was 6 years ago and that's when I knew that they care more about animals than money.

When my Maltese was diagnosed with liver failure. they helped me with palliative care until it was time for him to go. Not once did they ever push about putting him down. They waited until we were both ready to say goodbye. Dr Gerster was amazing when the time came and let us say goodbye outside with my other dog there sitting in the grass. Every single time I've gone to the vet it's been the same routine.

You check in. If you have an aggressive dog, they'll take you straight back. The tech asks you some questions like how a nurse would. The vet comes and talks to you. They give you multiple quotes with your treatment options. The prices here are amazing compared to my old vet. They never move forward with treatment until you're ok with everything. If you express financial concerns, they will try to find a way to treat your animal within reason. The only time I've been surprised by a bill is when it's less than what they quoted. They genuinely care about your babies here.

They helped diagnose my sweet Marley dog, when her previous vet didn't care enough to simply examine her. Unfortunately we found out her symptoms were caused by mast cell tumors, a form of skin cancer. After two absolutely necessary surgeries, she has now made it over a year past her diagnosis. I am so VERY THANKFUL to still have my girl, and a vet that was compassionate enough to get her through this. I absolutely LOVE Town & Country Animal Hospital and can never thank them enough for all they have done for my pup.
