Ive been going here for YEARS! This is the ONLY place I can bring my dog that will not refuse to groom him. He is high maintenance and aggeressive. He leaves happy, they treat him well, looks beautiful when done, and he loves the pig! He has had broken skin a couple times, but thats propbably my fault because they have to trim so close. I love this place and will never go anywhere else! Happy customer!

I just took my dog to pampered paws last week. The staff was friendly and there is a pig! my son was thrilled when he got to go back and pet him. I was worried at first, my son gets overwhelmed quiet easy and there were dogs running around but the staff made sure every one was comfortable. The pig was super nice and all the dogs running around were happy just hanging out not like most groomers I've gone to were they're shaking in a kennel or you can't even see them.
They have two gates behind the checkout which I loved. Benny was happy when I picked him up smelling good with a nice cut. I gave them four stars because they told me he'd be done in 3 hour and it took longer. Over all I'm really happy and will bring my Benny back and probably some of my sons friends to see the pig!

My cat went in for a lion cut. however, it was not a good job. I would not bring him back there again. I know cats can be tough to shave, but i have had his hair cut before at PetSmart groomers, and he looked great! When i got him home and looked at him, the shave was very botched and he had nicked marks on his body. his cut was uneven. I called to complain and the response was very unprofessional. Was told to call back to talk to the owner. Which i will.

DO. NOT. GO. HERE. Took our two dogs after recently moving to the area and needing a new groomer. After taking over an hour longer than we were told, WE called THEM (still hadn't received the 'they're ready' call we were told to expect. They said one was done and the other would be dry in 30 mins. When we arrived there was a dried puddle of urine just inside the door, dogs were kept in small kennels with multiple dogs per, and the overall feel was more of a grooming factory than a place where people worked because they care about animals.
This was further proven when we were loading our Jack Russel into the car and noticed a steady trail of blood. His nail had been clipped significantly too short and was continuously bleeding, which they had not noticed. All of his nails are different lengths and frayed as though the trimmer was dull. Several nails look as though they had been bleeding previously.
Our other dog (longer hair) had a light trim and a thorough brushing/bath, but wasn't trimmed as discussed. The entire place had a foul odor. We asked questions about our dogs behavior and experience that no one could answer despite them having been there for almost six hours. There was a little pig in a blanket in the middle of the reception area - not a cutsie pig, an actual farm pig.
Overall it was apparent no one cared about our pets, the atmosphere was unclean and poorly kept, and all at an overpriced rate. We will never return, and are are looking for another groomer to correct the issues we paid these people for.

Everyone at Pampered Paws is awesome! Brought in my new 100 pound plus dog that's never been groomed before. Never even been for a car ride. The treated him so nice and took their time making him comfortable. He looked like a new man when done. I also have my cat groomed and she come home feeling like a million bucks. Shout out to Pampered Paws!

We've been to Pampered Paws about 4 times now. The first time was wonderful, but each time it has gotten worse. The time before this most recent visit my husband arrived to pick up our dog and they told him he had already been taken home when he hadn't, sending us into a huge panic until we got it straightened out. Today we showed up and the person behind the counter receiving us was either tragically depressed, or hated her job.
She was flat and blunt, and seemed simply annoyed that we had made her leave her chair to come check us in. After checking in on time for a noon appointment, they weren't done with just bathing and brushing our dog until nearly 4. They never told us that the wait would be so long, as we had plans at 4:30 which we could not make. They were unapologetic about the amount of time it took. Is it really a 12 pm appointment if you have to wait 4 hours to get your short haired dog back, or is it a 3 pm appointment if it takes that long?
I recommend finding somewhere else to take your pet. They don't seem to have any interest in basic human courtesy, and are a far cry away from being able to provide decent customer service.

I have been going to this place for a couple years now. This shop has all the best equipment, including the hydrosurge which is a deep skin massage for the dogs. It gets ALL the dander out! I use the self grooming room a lot and I have watched the staff with the dogs. It is like kindergarten and socialization all in one so a really great place to take young dogs just getting used to being groomed.
Whenever I bring a young dog there everyone gushes and is very gentle with the babies. Most of the staff has been there for years, but some of the younger kids come and go. I saw a couple 'iffy' reviews that make me wonder if they aren't disgruntled ex-employees. I have been to this shop at least 50 times and never saw anything, but pleasant people who adore dogs.

My wife and I love this place. We took our dog, Lucy, to try out the furminator because she was smelly from swimming in the lake all summer. She returned well groomed, smelling great, and happy. The ladies did a wonderful job. Lucy is a tall lab retriever and loves her periodic spa treatment. When we have called to make an appointment, we've not had to wait beyond the next day.
Today we took my mother's black lab, Katy, for the furminator experience since we are doggie-sitting. She is a very timid dog, but she liked the ladies at Pampered Paws. Since coming home from her doggie-spa treatment (and that is what we call it), Katy has more confidence. They clipped her nails so she walks better, and the groomer said they used some kind of special bath for dry skin on dogs. Katy's tail is wagging more and she just seems happier. We thought a clean, well groomed, and happy Katy-dog would be a great birthday present, so that is what mom is getting when she returns from vacation.
