Stopped in to purchase some From dog food. Very nice people.

Had a horrible experience! The workers are unprofessional and very rude. Would not recommend boarding your dogs here.

Grand doggie went to be groomed. Young lady 'accidentally' badly cut Lucy's ear and made it bleed and it was a very traumatic experience for her. The girl apologized and seemed to not care very much and she said probably would be OK and no vet care may not be required. Said she put some antibiotic cream on it just in case. If they had not been paid up front then they would have deserved being paid. Sad that people like her can't do a better job and realize that dogs hurt just like people and need quality care! And NO I would not reccommend them!

My Bichon, Lucky Dog, was groomed at Beaufort Dog this week. The grooming was great but the thing that pleased me the most was Lucky's temperament when I picked him up. He was happy, totally chill and not shaking at all like he would normally be after a long day at the groomer. The staff is very kind and there are no cages for the dogs. We'll definitely be back!

My pup loves going to Beaufort Dog. They know her well and always make sure she has the best time. I also love that they know exactly who I am when I walk through the door. Highly recommend them.

We take our labradoodle to get groomed here and she is always done in a timely manner. We even used them for boarding the pups last weekend and they did a great job!

We have been taking my daughter's service dog to them for about two years now and have been highly recommending them to friends and neighbors and also on the local Beaufort pages but will not be anymore! I picked him up and he was so badly shaved, nicked and had blood on him. The poor dog couldn't even sit down! My daughter called to ask about why this happened and she was told he was infested with fleas and that the nicks where flea bites!

There was no signs of fleas bites on his butt area at all! Just a horrible raw shaved job that I could have done better! There was no fleas on him when we took him to them! They have lost our business and will make sure if anyone on any of the local Facebook pages ask for a local groomer, will make sure to tell them not to take their pets to them!

Would 10/10 recommend Beaufort Dog for all of your needs! We used them for boarding and we are very pleased with the staff, the communication, and how they went above and beyond. Especially Amanda, your efforts are so appreciated! Our dog went in as happy as could be and left just as excited - he fell asleep on the car ride home after lots of lovin' and it's apparent he was well taken care of and had plenty of active time. We will definitely be coming back!

Overall they were great! We were traveling for our daughter's graduation in Parris island and they were quick to accommodate us with our little Patches.

My mother took her Cocker here for grooming- after 3 hours she called to check when he would be ready - they told her they didn't know when he would be ready so she called back 2 hours later and the groomer told her if she called again - she would not groom her dog and that she would pay full price anyway! What in the world?!?

They were able to do an emergency groom for my doodle while we were camping at the beach and they did so great with him! I appreciate their handwritten note telling me about the groom and recommendations for maintenance!

We love visiting and training here! Awesome staff and great instruction!

Poor service, denies injuries my dog recieved while in their care for 1 day. do NOT take your dogs here

It literally took from 9:30 am -5:45 pm for a bath, haircut, and nail trim. They said she would be done at 4:30 went to go pick her up she wasn't ready. Went back at 5:30 when they told us and she still wasn't ready. I made an appointment for our pup and had to change it to a different day. Mind you we have never been there before. Said that I. dropped my dog off without an appointment.

Would never bring her somewhere we have never been and just drop her off. The quote was 65.00 and then an extra 10 for her glands. I went to pay it was 90.00. Had to give her a second bath because they told my boyfriend she rolled in poop and then told me that she rolled in her own pee. She has never done that.

Worse experience of dog training I ever had. My 3 month old Havanese just got attacked by 3 dogs that the staff left out of the cage, they have no control over dogs, no leashes are used to when dogs are being picked up, they keep on jumping on you. Out of control. Instead of her taking them back to the cage she had no control of the dogs. Horrifying and traumatizing experience. Would not recommend this place, would not want anyone to experience what me and my 3.5 years old experienced.

We never boarded our puppy here. But we put our dog in daycare all the time and we feel completely at peace when we do. Molly & Emma make it so easy for us to leave our pup with them every time, which I am greatly grateful of. This was the first daycare place we had our pup with and we will be back for many more days to come. Our puppy is always happy to go in and come out. And that's the most important thing in looking for daycare for pups. Thank you for being a reliable neighborhood dog care facility!

I recently moved to Beaufort and was looking for a local grooming salon for my small dog. They went out of their way to accommodate us with an appointment right away because my dog was overdue and they were anxious to please. Upon our second appointment, we made a couple of adjustments to the service and had an even better result overall. They are very nice people that love animals there- that really comes through.

We are very happy and feel that they provide a nice level of service for a very fair price. It seems that based on reviews that there have been some changes lately and they seem to be for the better.

My two dogs loved this place! We took them to daycare there while vacationing, and when we pulled into the parking lot they were very excited to go in and play with their friends. The owners and workers keep the place clean, and the dogs are well-taken care of. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I also think their prices are very reasonable for dog daycare. It's $10 per dog for less than 5 hours, and $20 per dog for 5 hours or more. We will definitely use this place again when in Beaufort!

Great Place to take your dog for day care, boarding and especially grooming.

"You all" did an outstanding job taking care of Cuddles both times she stayed. If I mention Beaufort Dog her tails start to wag and she walks toward the door.

I brought my dog Baylee in on a last minute whim and they were able to accommodate us. I wish I had asked for the staff member's name, she was lovely! Knew Baylee by name when we walked in even though we hadn't been there before. Baylee had a blast and came home super happy! We will definitely be back! It's super affordable too.

Calhoun gets his thrill and daily dose of exercise with his friends at Beaufort Dog. Jason, Kelly, Dana, Joy and all the new girls are exceptionally caring, and you can tell that they love what they do. I can't. think of the groomers names, but they always do a wonderful job on a busy bee and nosey 1 year old springer spaniel. Nice couple of people, but I don't like the fact that they don't do temperament test before allowing pets and the use of cameras, I don't think can replace a person in case something happens, there's no way those cameras are watched every second! Plus dogs are outside, summer would be to hot and fridges in winter! Need more space and more supervision as well as room inside so dogs can come in and out to rest! Exp of a great and well supervised daycare, the animal house augusta ga!

They have over 6000 square feet, do temp test has people at each dog station to interact and watch over! Love them! Beaufort dog, could have a larger business but needs a better larger location and more employees, the animal house has over 100 dogs per day!

Yelp took down my review. some lame excuse I didn't tell about my customer experience. So here it is. I took my Westin there. I had just moved to Beaufort.upon my arrival the place reeled of dog-and there was dog hair all over The man at the counter told me that the groomer was new and not so experienced in a Westin cut. We left him hoping all would be well Up on our return our Westin looked like a chihuahua.

The cut all his "mane" off. The owner offered us ten dollars off. R u kidding? U butchered my dogs hair Upon returning home the next day we noticed our dog was IN feared with fleas. Stay away. THEERE yelp. Is that a good customer experience story that meets ur guidelines?

I would put no stars but that is not an option. I have been using them for 3 years no problems. Now they change the staff and I had to get my dogs regroomed because they jacked up my dogs hair. My 4 year old could have done better. Then after just getting them regroomed I had to use them to watch my dogs because we were moving and they hand me back one dog covered in dog poop.

The person working was rude and acted as if my dog playing outside was an excuse for him to be covered in poop. It was caked on and had been there for days. So obviously they don't clean the play area nor do they supervise the dogs playing which could be dangerous. Just horrible!

Fairly disappointed in the day care. There's no supervision of the dogs. Additionally, they don't even seem to be aware of whose dogs or how many they have in their care.

I would prefer to give them a 0 but that isn't an option! I called last Monday and requested to bring my dogs for bathing and grooming on Thursday. They said the groomer wouldn't be there on Thursday. Made arrangements to bring them at 8 am on Tuesday morning. When my husband got there, they said the groomer wouldn't be there until Wednesday. They told him they had been trying to call me all morning which was a flat out lie. My husband was late for work and my dogs are still dirty. Thanks alot Beaufort Dog!

I LOVE Beaufort Dog - Grooming! I have taken my sister and mothers small pups [ Pomeranians and a Maltese ] there multiple times and have been satisfied every time. The dogs smell great, look great and during the day they get to play with other pups! Who doesn't like a chance to socialize their dog with others? Each time I go, the people are bright, pleasant, and take the time to discuss how the day was with the dogs. I am proud to support my local dog grooming facility - Beaufort Dog.

I have taken my little dog Freddie in for grooming many times since I moved here - he is a little skittish around new people but he fell in love instantly with Michael. Michael does a fabulous job, he spends the extra time that some dogs (including mine) need!

At first, upon dropping off my precious Tikka, I was more than a little scared of the conditions here. From what I saw of the outside yard, there was chicken wire which could easily become dangerous and some other haphazard playthings that seemed to be a far cry from the clean and sleek kennels where I typically leave the love of my life. But, after she spent three nights there, I feel better.

While she was happy to see me as always, the folks at Beaufort Dog gave me a full report of her activities while she stayed in their care and she seemed to like them, an impressive feat for my skittish pup. Watching them with other dogs, they seemed attuned to what each pup wanted and were happy to pull them in to smaller or solo groups if need be. They've got kind of crazy hours for drop off and pick up and we ran in to a bit of a snafu there, but they were happy to help. Compared to Atlanta standards, the prices are quite reasonable and I like to see that they carry the higher-end brands of food and treats as well so I can pick up Tikka's high-falutin food when need be.

All in all, I wouldn't mind bringing Tikka back here, but I admittedly felt a little better leaving her at Camp Green Dog which is way farther out of town. For convenience's sake, I'll likely be back here.
