The only dog daycare facility in South OC that is fully airconditioned! My Doggies Daycare is a blessing to both my baby, Bella, and myself. She has been going here since it opened and just loves it. The reason I know is because every morning that we drive to daycare, she begins to recognize the area and gets so excited. She won't even sit still in her little car seat.

Reliable and professional dog day care & boarding. Can sometimes take long to check-in and out because of short staffing. The staff is really nice and they do the best they can. Make sure you have all vaccinations up to date before dropping off or be ready for some fees you might not expect. You can call you veterinarian to have proof of vaccination sent over.

Greedy! It's amazing their facility is completely booked but yet won't issue a refund for cancelling a reservation within 10 days. I wish I could have given 14 days notice but I can't control what airlines can / can't do. They didn't care at all that United cancelled my flights and I didn't need their services anymore. I would never take my pets to place where they can't show any kindness.

Attempted to board my puppy here to relieve stress from a planned vacation but unfortunately made my vacation very stressful. In the beginning I explained to the staff that my puppy was shy and would need the staff to work with him. The staff guaranteed that they were professionals and he would be in great hands. Unfortunately I received several calls within a few hours after leaving the facility that my puppy needs to be picked up ASAP because he was stressed and unhappy.
I understand as I explained this before boarding and was affirmed by their staff he would be in good hands but that was everything but the case. I was contacted several times asking when I would have him picked up while I was on an international trip and would have to find someone to come pick him up. I felt as if we were getting kicked out and was left with a bad taste in our mouths as this was extremely rude. I do not recommend this place and will not be back.

I usually have my dog over at my mom's during the day but when she went on vacation, I knew I couldn't leave my little girl behind in the apartment alone! She's the kind of dog who needs people and sometimes dogs, so I went here because it's close to work. They open right at 7, a perfect time for a teacher like myself to run by.
Her temperament test was scheduled for the end of my day, but they gave it to her early so she could be with the other dogs before I was done with my day. They were nothing but complimentary of my dog and completely honest about how she did. It was nice to be able to check on her via the webcam (even if she only hung out around the staff members the most - but that's on my dog, the other ones were more than happy to be around each other!). I may not be an everyday customer but it's so nice to know they're close, they care, and they keep my little girl safe. :)

Today was the hardest day ever! We had to put our dog down due to cancer and Dr. King from the moment he saw her he is by far the best and knows what's he's talking about. He explained everything so clear and even though we had a horrible day they made us feel very comfortable with the entire process. Thank you!

Didn't give our cat all it's medication. When I called I was told that they had followed the written instructions which was to provide medication at 1:00 PM but that our cat was picked prior to 1:00 pm hence no medication was provided. Unfortunately my wife picked up the cat around 3:00 pm. All I can assume someone misinformed the person to whom I was speaking to regarding the distribution of medicine.

Coming back to write another review almost a year since my last and the great service hasn't changed! My kitten is now 8 months and is happy and healthy. I've now signed on my newest kitten and he was treated with the same amount of love as my first. Wagly has one of the best veterinary services available in San Jose

Literally waited outside of their campus for an hour and a half to pick up my dog. I tried calling them for an update or a simple explanation for the hold-up, however, they refused to answer my calls. There were also probably 10 people behind me, waiting unreasonably long for their dogs as well. This was the last straw, considering all of the mistakes and unethical shortcuts they've tried pulling on me in the past. Save yourself the stress and money; don't come here.

We were really excited to have our puppy participate in their daycare and even considered making Wagly our primary veterinary hospital since they provided multiple services at one location. Unfortunately, we were thoroughly disappointed in the introductory process which included getting our puppy scheduled for a temperament test and providing his medical records.
Their administrative staff were disorganized and lacked proper communication skills which was very frustrating and have made us reevaluate their services. They changed our appointment without informing us, lied to us about notifying us beforehand, then literally received their email 5 minutes before our original appointment time. In addition, they did not provide us with accurate information which contradicted what was listed on their website and what the staff had emailed me days prior. Giving it two stars as I understand the rest of the services may be satisfactory but the administrative/reception need to be properly managed/trained. They are the first experience we have as customers and can easily win or lose us.

Watching my dog on webcam, 2 poodles/mixes kept biting/humping/attempting to dominate my dog. When I called, they removed one dog but the other kept going. I paid for the most expensive boarding, so I don't understand why my dog couldn't be put in his enclosure away from those dogs who clearly didn't pass the required temperament test that my dog had to.
Now my dog has a wound on the back of both back legs from being bitten. Manager isn't at work on Fridays, and I'm supposed to wait till Monday for a complementary vet check by their vet. I would caution anyone with a well adjusted or submissive dog using this facility. My dog was reported by the trainer during assessment as being submissive and able to ignore other dog behaviors.

Tried to given them the benefit of the doubt, but no, yet again they completely fail at the most basic things. Dogs at daycare on a Saturday. Repeated calls to the number that goes unanswered so we can drop them off. Finally grabbed the guy working who came out with someone's dog, and all he can offer is that "some calls just don't ring inside". Picking up was even worse.
After landing in dead end voicemail 3 times, I resorted to pounding on the door. An employee finally comes out and says she is the only one working and she was in the back. How does that even make business sense in a facility this BIG? And since the site manager can't even bother to return my repeated calls asking to speak with him, I'm done. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to take care of your dogs. You know, some place that isn't basically a hostage situation to deal with.

Wagly still continues to give good service. My dog smells great and I like the way they cut her hair. One negative feedback, they require customers to call when they arrive due to Covid, but on my last visit, it took about 20 mins for me to get a hold of them to pick up my dog. I'm not going to ding them this time because it wasn't like that the last few visits. It may be personnel changes or what not, things happen. I do hope they could fix that situation though.

Love that there are cameras to be able to checkin on my pup throughout the day. My husky always come home happy and tired from a solid day of playing. I like that the kennels for eating are in the same room where they play. Reservations are highly recommended for daycare. I would like time for the cameras to be extended. And for the cameras to be available when the pups are kenneled. The staff has always been friendly. It's also comforting to know that there is an onsite vet.

We took our rescue dog that we have had for 3 months to Wagly BH she does not like other dogs. A HUGE Shout out to the Wagly team from setting up appointment to check in to grooming they were amazing. Great job, friendly, clean, and really communicated with one another and us about how our girl did. Great! Highly recommend.

My dog LOVES Wagly! Especially the fact of being caged free along with the sleepover the option. My issue is he after spending the day or week at Wagly he comes home with dirty and matted hair. He also has this urine stench that takes a couple of baths to remove. I'm very aware of the length of his hair, but I feel this is pretty terrible. Not sure if their cleaning routine is the best I once requested the bath before I picked him up, but after they bathed him they put him right back into the play area and not in a room for him to wait for me. Not sure why the staff made that decision, so when I picked him up he looked cleaned but with a urine smell. Other than that issue my dog loved to stay at Wagly!

Caution! Please do not take your dog here for grooming period. I wish I had read the previous reviews of this place. How could Wagly hire someone that has no knowledge on how to clip hair. Even a child probably can do a better job than this. Uneven cut to to the point where you'll gasp looking at your precious pet and wonder if it is your dog. Horrible. I would never ever recommend this place,

Though I have another vet I decided to try a vet at Wagly. Before it would take upwards of 45 minutes wait previously, it took less than 15 to see a vet directly (with appointment). Vet services performed/ medications needed/costs, are all listed on large monitor in vet observation room. Bill payment is made in same room as well. Very efficient process!
Most important though: both my dog and myself were treated with concern, understanding and heart. With one visit, I have decided Wigly is the location, of my new vet, for my dog.

It's been 2 months since our experience and I have yet to hear from the business. No call, email, or response to my review yet I see them respond to other reviews on here since. The lack of response not only proves that they were negligent, but also how unprofessional they are in not taking ownership of what happened. They clearly don't expect us to come back, even for the vet services.

Switched over to wagly about a year ago and I'm glad I did. The staff is super friendly and patient with my boxer when she can be a handful at times. They've always been friendly and treated my dog with love and care. Ana helped me when i first switched vets and she was very informative and courteous. Would definitely recommended to anyone looking for a good vet

This was the BEST grooming experience I have ever had with my dog! We had recently re-homed our dog and he was really knotted they cleaned him up! There groomers were very professional and fast! They also had same week appointment which was awesome. We dropped him off at 9 and picked him up at 10 the service was fast and they did an amazing job! They were also gentle and patient with him which was great! If your a pet owner that needs grooming this is the place to go! They treat your pet with respect and are gentle! Keep up the good work Wagly!
