Our dog just needed her nails trimmed and they got us an appointment that day very good

We did not have a good experience with this groomer now for several visits. We tried once more today and were really disappointed. This time for the last time. Our dog left with both ears bleeding from the groomer. I called them when I got home concerned about the bleeding and was told this happens sometimes and to apply hydrogen peroxide to the cuts. He did not offer any kind of credit or offer to offset their error. Do not waste your money here. They are expensive and not sensitive to dogs and dog owners.

I have been taking my dog here for a few years and they always do such a great job. They environment is nice and calm and not crazy busy and stressful like PetsMart. Dave is always able to get me on the schedule and the staff are super kind. I have two dogs and one of them is a kinda difficult to deal with but they always do a great job and they are so kind and helpful. This place is definitely a hidden gem in Ponte Vedra. Great service and great people!

I've had my two dogs there for grooming every six weeks for many years. They're very good, and my girls seemed to be at ease about going. Professional and reasonable in price.
