Dog's Day Out

I started taking my dog Milo to Wet Nose so he can spend some time once a week with other dogs and he really loves it there. The environment is very pleasant and the workers are friendly and laid back. The prices are reasonable and they send you a "report card" after each visit.

I'm very happy with my experience at Wet Nose! They went above and beyond in their treatment of my precious boy and I feels safe and secure leaving him in their capable hands. Shannon in particular did an amazing job with his groom and he came out looking like his best self, as well as feeling and smelling amazing! Will definitely be returning!

I boarded our dog for 6 days at Wet Nose. I picked her up today and she had poop all over legs and body. The employee said it was mud when they brought her out and used wipes to try and clean her. I didn't know it was poop until she got in the car and the stench of poop was terrible. She was in heat wearing diapers when we dropped her off, which they said was not an issue.

Only 2 diapers were used the whole time and she was still bleeding when she got home. She is a very sweet dog and seemed very sad and not herself when we picked her up. The kennels where she stayed were little concrete areas that were super noisy. The bedding provided for the standard boarding was thin bath mats, but the email I received stated plush bedding and/or blankets would be provided.

We have more vitamin supplements remaining in her bag than should be left based upon the dosage instructions provided at drop off. It appeared that she hadn't been fed yet for the day when we picked her up at 10:00 a.m.

A family member recommended this place for boarding. I took my Frenchie, Duke there and was impressed from the drop off to the pick up. They can text which is great and the ladies there seem to genuinely love their jobs. When I picked up Duke he was happy, this was by far my best boarding experience I've had. We will most definitely continue using Wet Nose Lodge & Spa.

We have been using Wet Nose for a good while now and we love the service given. They know my dog and her weird personality and can make adjustments based on her needs. Our dog is always happy to go in and then we love the bath prior to picking her up. Our dog comes home clean and sweet smelling. They contact us with any questions and are always courteous. Thank you for your great service!

We have taken our dogs here twice and the first stay things went well. For the second stay our dogs stayed longer and when they came home one of them had a visibly swollen paw and her hips are bothering her. Prior to going in she was fine and had no issues. When we called to discuss the problem the girl who answered said well that's interesting.which didn't make us feel to great to start off the conversation.

She spoke to some of the kennel techs and groomer to see if anything had happened. Kennel techs said our dog was walking fine and the groomer mentioned for her bath all was okay. It's important to note our dogs did not get a bath and when I called this out the girl I was speaking with then changed her story and said oh yes I mean prior to them getting a bath they left before. Unfortunately this all just feels too convenient and doesn't instill a lot of trust.

We used the Wet Nose Lodge and Spa for the first time during Christmas break, it was GREAT. We got updates everyday on how our dog was doing and pictures too! Would definitely recommend them to everyone!

We left our 2 Shi-Tzus for the very first time boarding here for 11 days. We were super nervous because our dogs are not very social and they take time to get used to new people but here the staff was super patient with them and eventually our furry babies got used to them. When we picked our dogs up, both came home happy and healthy, not traumas at all.

We loved the daily reports as well. This place is a little pricey but we love our dogs so much that we thought it was worth it after such a good experience. We will definitely use them again and I'm looking forward to start trying some of their other services.

Bring my dogs here every Monday, love it here, they also post the pictures of the dogs that come to daycare every Monday. I strongly recommend this place, I did a lot of research. Also they have a pool for the dogs to play in! We're going to buy a package soon of daycare credit so we'll get a better price too.

Team here is the best. Bailey spent 4 wonderful weeks with them getting puppy training and a week of boarding. Couldn't have asked for a better team to take care of my dog.

Writing this review on behalf of my mother who boarded her three dogs here. When they were dropped off they had just been groomed that day and were clean and happy. They were there for 5 days and we were horrified in their condition when they were picked up. Their fur was matted and yellow with pee and poop. One of the dogs had eye infections in both eyes.

One of the dogs had a leg that was actively bleeding. All 3 dogs were hoarse likely from barking and getting no response from the people there. When my mom asked about their condition their answer was that they are only let out 3 times a day. We will never board our dogs here again.

My husky, Moody, has had entire behavioral adjustment. He received level 2 training. At 2 yrs old, he was very wild when I dropped him off. After 21 days there's a complete turn around. He is still just as loving and full of personality, however, now he is very cognizant. We enjoyed the daily report cards. Wet nose is a great place with a bright future. Would definitely recommend.

Do not take your dog here! When I picked up my dog after boarding, I was waiting for them to finish grooming him and I heard him barking and yelping on the other side of the door. When he came out, his back feet were bleeding and I looked and noticed that she trimmed most of his back nails WAAAAAY too short and cut deep into the quick. It was shocking and disgusted. I have never had a groomer, ever, cut nails like that. Completely unacceptable. Stay far far away from this place

I was having my floors redone at the house and needed somewhere for my extremely hyper dog to go. Found their day care program. My dog absolutely loved it! He gets so excited as soon as we pull on the street. The owners really take care and pride in business and in their employees. They all are well educated in dogs and training. By the end of the first day my dog was happily playing with dogs of all sizes. I liked that the owner is there watching and helping the animals play and learn. My floors are finished, but will still take my pup to their day care.

Love this place! They treat my babies like their own and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else. Thanks Wet Nose Lodge!

I thought I would try a new place and called the day before for pricing. I was told bathing was 10 and grooming was 20. With a bow or bandanna. I got an appointment since it was about what I usually pay for a 6 pound dog to be groomed. I dropped her off and was notified a couple of hours later she was ready for pickup. I went to pay and the charge was $48.00 almost $20.00 more than I was told just the day before.

I questioned the price difference and was shown the price list that shows $48.00. I stated that was not what I was told yesterday. I was extremely dissatisfied as I could have gotten it for $30. And not had to drive into Humble but I thought I was giving a new business a chance! Never again! Also the grooming was not as good as I usually get for $30. I certainly would expect more for $48 as I do not spend this much for my own haircuts.

We just used this facility for the second time. Our first stay for our 3 mini schnauzers was back in March 2018 and we paid $75 per day for a deluxe suite. Since then they've changed their name and raised their prices. I just picked up my girls and was shocked to see that the rate was now $150 per day (which included a surcharge for the holiday week that we were not told about).

According to management they sent out an e-mail blast with their new rates. Which, had this been a 10% or 20% increase and I missed the e-mail, that would have been understandable. But a 100% increase? That's not a sufficient way to notify customers. There was nothing on the counter to indicate new rates when we checked in and no one asked me if I was aware of their new rates (which went into effect within the past 30 days) when I called to book the stay.

A 9 day stay with $90 in grooming charges totaled $1,416.12. They claim to send daily updates on your dogs. We received one picture per day of one of our dogs and the update had only one dogs name. Each person's opinion is different but I feel $150 per day for 3 dogs to share one room is just too much money.

We went out of town this past weekend and my Fur baby has the pleasure of staying here. The staff was very friendly. We also received nightly cards by email with pictures of our baby while we were away. On our way home we had an emergency and couldn't pick him up in time and they had no problem extending his stay until the next morning. I think we have found our new pet resort that gives the same care to our baby as we do. Will definitely use them again.

I would sincerely like to thank the owners and staff. We relocated to Humble the day of the ice storm making our trip longer and later arrival time on January 16, 2018. The owners answered the phone as we were calling with our arrival status. It was a long trip for us and so thankful they took our 2 girls once we arrived (which was late after hours) fed them and kept them for a week while we got settled.

Their place is clean and took good care of our girls. I will continue to use this nice wonderful place. It was nice to feel welcomed to the area like they made us feel. Definitely would recommend! I am truly grateful.

Absolutely love this place and My Roxy does too. I have used them multiple times. Roxy enjoys her pool time and individual play time. A bonus is the updates via email or text with pictures of your fur baby while you on vacation.

Fetch Pet has been a life saver for us. They take great care of our dog Shayne - he is treated like a member of their family. He enjoys Day Camp too. Fetch Pet sends a report card & pictures each day so you can make sure your pet is happy & healthy. They will also let you know if your furry friend is not feeling well. We always leave Shayne with Fetch Pet when we go on vacation & don't have to worry about him. Their staff is always cheery & ready to take your pet in for a fun day. Would absolutely recommend Fetch Pet!
