The vet tech & vet were thorough and friendly! I have a follow up for my new shelter dog's ears. They were very gentle with the pain she was having with her ears. I would have given them a 5 star rating but in January they raised their prices. If they continue to do that I will be finding a new vet. All and all I had a great yearly check for both of my dogs & we have a game plan to get our newer dog better and healthy!

Big kudos to this amazing clinic! I needed and international travel certificate and they were able to get me in right before the deadline. The whole staff was super friendly and really nice to my dog. He is definitely scared of vets but they did a really good job of taking their time and not pushing him. Very friendly efficient and cooperative.

What an amazing place! I was so impressed by everyone here. They took good care of my baby, Athena. I brought her in to have her spayed and found that they only do surgery on certain days. After learning that my work schedule wasn't conducive to those days, the doctor made an exception and offered to do it on a day the worked for me. What an amazing and thoughtful gesture. Thank you so much doctor. Your kindness has made us a patient for life!

The absolute BEST animal hospital there is without a doubt. The staff are very well educated, polite, and truly care for the pets you bring in. I don't trust Beautiful (my boxer dog) with anyone. But I trusted the staff at prestige completely. Beautiful had an ulcer on her eye. They were great with her and sent us home with everything we needed to care for her. I can't recommend them enough!

I've been going to this clinic for a few years now. I'm very happy to say that I've never encountered a poor attitude from any of the staff. They take time to explain things and answer all your questions. They will make recommendations for treatment but they don't push it down your throat. Like any vet office, treatment can get expensive; however their paw plans membership does help. Thank you all for looking out for my baby girl.

Update: changed from 5 to 1 star. We had a great experience until recent marketing from Prestige encouraged us to purchase preventative flea & tick and heart guard chews. A lady from Prestige called to inform me that our order was cancelled because 1 was a prescription that our pup could only have for 2 months (the heart-worm test was due in 2 months).
Even though the other was over-the-counter, this product was also cancelled. This means, we lost out on the complete bulk discounted order with an additional 30% discount, which we mentioned ended yesterday (upon researching emails, the sale actually ends today and she didn't mention it was still valid so I could simply re-order). She then kept repeating the same thing over and over about the prescription, which came across very condescending, as if I was incompetent (it honestly wasn't hard to grasp after the first explanation). Frustrated about losing our discount and having to go through a bunch more hoops to provide preventative care to our fur baby for fleas, ticks and heart worm; when I mentioned this frustration and how we may want to look around at alternate places, the response was that she could get our transcripts ready for us.
This matter could have been easily recovered with excellent customer service who knew the promo and had tools available, so it's such a shame to see this level of service provided. We've spent a lot of money on initial care with them and the doctors and their assistants have been great thus far. There was one visit we had to wait 45 minutes before being seen, but we even blew that off as things happen; however, the way this phone call was managed, the lack of solutions offered and the condescending manner in which she approached the call is now the main experience we have to draw on. It's such a shame that office staff has made us want to change vets now.

I got lucky Dr. Carter agreed to take care of my boy. Not only was it far more affordable, he was absolutely amazing. He listened to all my concerns and addressed them. He made accommodations to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. The procedure was quick. Best of all, he figured out what's wrong when the last clinic failed to do so. (The old place cleaned the teeth and pull the top 2 canines as well.
They said the bottom 2 canines need to come out too. They said they weren't comfortable doing them because the bottom jaw is thin and might break. They referred him to a specialist.) Nope. He had some growth inside of his lip and Dr. Carter extracted them. They were the size of a grain of rice. They were in the old x rays from the other clinic but were overlooked. We also got to keep the bottom canines, saving him from unnecessary teeth pulled!

My 14 yr old cattle dog had surgery on Tuesday 1/25/22. Procedure was a tooth extract/teeth cleaning and growth removal on right ear. Dr. Carter performed the surgery. Was very nervous with placing a 14 yr old dog under anesthesia, she came out with flying colors. Dr. Carter and the whole staff were so professional and made the whole process easy to get her in the door (a very anxious dog). Prestige also takes care of my 2 Great Danes as well. I give them 5 stars all the way around. I can't Thank them enough for the care they give my pups. Gina A.

Unfortunately I had to put my cat Heiko down - my little pink darth vader. He simply was not getting better. Hard decision. I called up Prestige and asked for a time for putting him to sleep. At first they were trying to find a normal slot but what I wanted to do was come in first thing in the morning and do the deed. I didnt want to dwell on it all day.
So I was kind of annoyed of trying to find a slot. They they asked to put ne on hold and came back and said I could come in any day any time. Awesome. So I brought him in and all the staff was very nice to him and me. I had him cremated so I could spread his ashes in places he loved to be (he was an inside cat but loved going out occasionally and eating grass).
And boy that package they get to you is nice. A little too nice for what I wanted. Also a week later the entire staff signed a card with their condolences. Of course they didn't know him personally (or maybe they did since I was bringing him in frequently there near the end). but it was a super awesome gesture.

So sad our favorite vet is now impossible to get into. You would think with having 3 vets on staff you could get in and it's never the case. Over a 3 week period had to go to the emergency vet 2x with a sick dog who could never get an appointment. Each time called to schedule an appointment we were told 1 week out for an appointment, no emergency appts, and would put me on a cancellation list with no call back ever. Sadly our dog had to be put down and having to pay thousands of dollars more than needed over the 3 weeks as Prestige could not get our dog in. On to a new vet

Went for the first time today and we are so happy with the care our little pup got! First, it was very easy to book online. Eberyone was so nice in the front desk and our tech was amazing. He took the time to get our puppy comfortable around him. Dr. Stone was great, he recommended food and answered all questions we had. He even gave us some tips on what to look out for with our dog. Overall great experience and we're all very happy!

They adore my new pug puppy and they treat me like family. The best idea is that they have a candle that is lit when a pet owner is saying goodbye to their pet, this signals ppl to be quiet and in all honesty it's such a sweet gesture and goes to show they really do care for the animals and their furry family members. Thanks! Lulu and I appreciate you!

Our family's old animal clinic closed and they transferred my pets' records to Prestige. I am so pleased with the care that my pets have received. The staff isn't pushy with trying to get you to buy products. They are upfront and honest about estimates. Dr. Kimber's compassion and honesty helped me make the very hard decision to help my elderly dog pass on.
Well today I took our new puppy in for his first checkup and shots! Dr. Stone and his technician were so friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me flea/tick & heart worm medication samples too. Please check this place out!

I took both of my dogs for the first time and it was a great experience! The front office were nice and polite! Dr. Stone was great, took his time to go over all my concerns with both of my dogs, he recommended some dog food choices. One my dogs had a double ear infection and allergies. The treatment has been working so far, his itching has subsided tremendously. We are very thankful to Dr. Stone, Duke is doing so much better

As usual, the best friendly service from the staff. We already had an appointment for Thursday, but yesterday, Sunday, I found a large hard lump under Baylie's jaw and was really worried that it show up so quick. Monday morning, I called Prestige Animal Clinic. Michele explained to Dr. Carter our concern, and they got us in that day. I think Dr. Carter gave up his lunch to take us because they were very busy when we arrived. Calista saw us almost immediately and took care of the vitals.
We brought Baylie's sister, Sasie, as moral support; they choose to take care of Sasie's annuals which were going to be done Thursday, so we wouldn't have to come back. As expected, we had a few small waits while Dr. Carter took care of the scheduled appointments but nothing very long. We were just happy to get in when we did, and they saved us a trip later in the week. Now we wait and pray for good results. Thank you one and all at Prestige Animal Clinic. you are the BEST.especially Dr. Mark Carter.

This is by far the best veterinary office I've been too. Even with COVID-19 Dr. Carter made me feel like my new rescue dog was in the best hands ever. He comes out to your vehicle to make sure you're updated and went over all of the treatment with me and that I didn't have any other questions. I never felt rushed or like he did not have time to make sure I fully understood the next steps and the way he talked about my little dog made my heart happy as even though I could not be with her, he took the time needed so she felt comfortable as she is very timid.
I left feeling like I just talked to a friend of the family. I will be taking Both of my dogs here going forward. From the moment I arrived the staff was friendly and welcoming. I cannot say anything but great things about this office and how Awesome they are! This is great team of employees!

Well, this kitty is something else. A month ago we had another emergency situation when Finn ate two long pieces of yarn. Prestige Animal Clinic has been amazing throughout his long recovery. Happy to report he is doing great now. We are so appreciative of the professional, caring and responsive staff at Prestige!

I hardly leave bad reviews because I know companies are always trying their hardest and their best to please clients and members. But I will have to say this that is the absolute most disorganized, incompetent facility I have ever dealt with in my entire life. This facility was bought out by these incompetent people that have absolutely no idea what they're doing.
I decided to go here a few years ago. The facility had changed management. My dog had a environmental skin infection and I needed ointment and some antibiotics for him. The vet proceeded to tell me that he needed to do bloodwork and it was going cost me over $500. I looked at him shocked. I decided to go to another vet where they charged me 150. And gave me exactly what I knew he needed.
Part two, I decided to go back there a few years later because I thought hey you know maybe things have been ironed out and now they're doing a better job. Again, the experience was ridiculous. My husband took our dog to the vet because he has a cyst on his neck. They gave us an estimate which was still a little pricey but it was doable. My husband comes back with the invoice and they charged us $65.
I was a little confused because the office visit was only 40. Well apparently they charged us $25 for wound care - meaning they shaved around his cyst and cleaned up his wound. That amount was not discussed when my husband was speaking with the vet. I called the vet and asked what that dollar amount was and then he explained that he said that he may had forgotten to mention that dollar amount.
I wasn't super frustrated but it is what it is. I called the vet back with my husband on the phone so he could explain to me what the estimate( to remove his cyst). He went over everything with me and he had asked if I wanted to remove the cyst on his eyelid but then also there was a lump behind his left leg. I specifically told him let's just do the eyelid and the cyst on his neck and if his lump gets bigger on his leg then we can decide later on.
I received the estimate and I noticed it was a little lower than what they originally gave us. I called the vet back and he said that oh it was just for the cyst on the neck. I said well no remember I discussed that I wanted him remove the two. He had no recollection saying that and my husband and I are looking at each other like how does this guy forget?!?!
Part three, we decided to take hIm ANYWAY to get the cyst removed. I take my dog to the vet today September 23 as my husband made the appointment and wrote the time on a piece of paper. I called and the Receptionist as I was waiting outside with my dog. The receptionist said we don't do surgeries on Wednesday. And I was like well that's in accurate information because I have the time and date written down on a piece of paper so what I don't know what to do.
And come to find out she had the wrong person pulled up and the wrong dog. And then she proceeds to tell me that my appointments the next day. I got extremely upset with her. She was not helpful, and the most inconsiderate person I have spoken to you on the phone. I then asked her I would like the office manager to call me as soon as she can so I can discuss my frustrations with her.
She said that was fine. And then I get the email below. I highly suggest to this facility. you really take into consideration the bad feedback that you are receiving. I would like to see the reviews removed from the previous owners because I have a feeling that you guys would be a one star facility. I am highly disappointed in the response but also with the management.
I am not sure if the veterinarians are good doctors or not because I haven't had a chance to actually meet them in person revels, but from what I have been dealt with I can say that I feel very sorry for anyone to actually take the animal here. Also, why not phone call back?! You send me an email. trash oh and the highlight reviews are the previous doctors

Rescued an older cat that suffers from arthritis and still didn't have a vet for her. So when she was showing signs of distress, I was nervous and very scared I was going to lose her. Did an online search and Dr Kimber was done the street from me and available for a same day appt. Dr Kimber immediately recognized that I was very emotional and worried, she took her time and answered all my questions fully and really gave my Baby K a lot of attention.
She was very optimistic about getting her back on track and gave me a pricing sheet with suggested tests and treatment. I went for everything she suggested and I'm so happy I did because Dr Kimber and her team went right to work! I walked out with my beautiful cat feeling better and I felt so happy and relieved! Thank you to all of the team at Prestige, you made this fur momma so happy and a lifetime custom!

We took our 6 year old Lab/Pit mix to visit Dr. Kimber for his yearly check up and to get him up-to-date on some shots. Dr. Kimber listened to all of our worries about our very anxious pup and recommended a few options for us! Prestige is very close to our house and the environment was clean and the customer service was outstanding!

By far the best experience I have ever had with taking my dogs to the vet. All of their staff is friendly, kind and super patient. Their vet techs are incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions prior my dog's surgery. Dr. Carter did a great job of removing two tumors from my dog Otis. He answered all of my questions before the surgery and never made me feel like he was in a hurry to get to the next appointment like other vets do. I highly recommend this vet clinic. I have had horrible experiences at other clinics. I will never go anywhere else.

My last visit will prevent me from going back. The clinic is very nice and the employees are usually super helpful and good at their jobs. However. We took my 6 year old dog in for a nail trimming. The employee there indicated that my pup is very strong (70 lbs bulldog/pit mix) and they had a hard time holding him down to trim his nails. They did complete the task and when we got home, I noticed my dog limping.
It got worse throughout the night and in the morning I called to see if they remembered anything during the visit that would have seriously injured his leg. They tech responded with 'yes I remember him and we had to physically lay him down and restrain him. He also pooped while we were in the middle of it so he was really scared'. Now I ask you, if the animal was so scared would you just tell the owner that this is not the best way to trim the nails and stop the service?
They did have a conversation with me to consider sedating him next time but that does not really help me and my dogs leg with this time. They prescribed 5 days (10 x 75mg pills) of Rimadyl to help the injury that happened at the clinic and tried to charge me $41. Taking the script to Costco, I got the meds for $14. He gets his nails cut at Petco/PetSmart and doesn't usually have an issue. They simply secure his leash to the table above his head so he cannot lay down or pull away, bend each paw back and clip away.
