The way they handle dogs should be disclosed to you at orientation but it is not. I saw a worker today grab a dog by it's chin and YELL "NO" in the dogs face. They seem like a great place to leave your pet but as a person who as worked with dogs my whole life I've never heard of such "training"tactics. When I brought this to the desk worker she simply said "that's what the owner taught us to do" I said "well I am no okay with you touching my dog that way and we won't be coming back." It was met with okay that's fine and she walked away. If you have any type of fearful or reactive dog I would absolutely not recommend bringing them there.

My dog spent 6 days at Paws and Claws. I'm very happy he stayed there. The staff are very friendly and outgoing. Facility very clean. My dog was groomed and the groomer did a great job. I've taken my dog to many boarding facilities and this is the best one. It's nice to know that when my dog needs boarding he'll be where the staff care and is in great hands.

We've boarded our dog here for 10 years. We know he is in safe and caring hands while here. Also, we use the grooming services and have never been disappointed! Tari, the owner, and her staff are obvious dog owners themselves! So friendly and kind.

Paws and Claws is our favorite. The team is great and incredibly helpful. Drop Off and Pick up are a breeze. We especially love that they have the groomers right next door.

We had an unexpected situation come up and needed to board our three dogs with little notice. I contacted the Paws and Claws staff, and they were able to accommodate our request. In addition to the immediate boarding needs we also required five weeks of daycare for our two puppies. Tari and the staff were very accommodating to our needs and supported us throughout.

Since our two puppies had been attending daycare intermittently, we knew they would do a great job taking care of our dogs. I highly recommend Paws and Claws! A BIG Thank You to Tari and the entire staff.

Our pet is 16 1/2 and has not spent much time being kenneled. We use Paws and Claws Pet Resort for her grooming and have always been happy so we decided to give their resort a try. We were away five days. Our dog came home happy as a lark and we will definitely use them again.

I cannot tell you how much I love them. Having doggie daycare that we trust has made it possible for us to be successful with our new, high energy dog. She loves to come and it's sad on non daycare days. I can't leave her home alone, so without them, I wouldn't be able to work, do errands, have a date with my husband, etc. Instead, I pick her up at the end of the day and she is happy and tired.

Whenever we go on vacation we use Paws and Claws! Staff is super nice and very thorough on the phone about pricing, drop off and pick-up, and what you can and can not bring for your pet while staying there. We wanted to pick up our dog at 2am and Paws and Claws makes it super easy to do that. The building and parking lot is very well lit so we felt safe picking up after hours. We will definitely keep going back!

We LOVE Paws & Claws! Our chocolate lab puppy, Mav, has been going intermittently since he was tiny (11 weeks) and has thrived here at every age. The staff are all exceptional; they care for my pup while also reinforcing good behavior and correcting unwanted jumps/nips. They are flexible and very responsive; I especially love the option for 24 hour pick up which allows the ultimate flexibility for those of us who work odd hours. So happy to have found them!

My 7 month old puppy spent 6 days here when we went on vacation. I did not worry about her at all. They are very professional and really look out for the dog's welfare. When I picked her up she was clean and in good shape and healthy. She also goes to doggy day care at Paws and Claws and she is always excited to go play with other dogs. I highly recommend Paws and Claws Pet Resort.

We have used Paws and Claws for years, both for boarding and for daycare. They always deliver solid service and take great care of our dogs. Now that they have after-hours drop off and pick up, we like them even more! Grooming services have also been high quality with flexible scheduling (our dogs are short haired and simple to groom). One of our dogs has special behavioral needs and the owner has been accommodating and great to work with.

My first experience for boarding my dog here went okay. I was happy to be able to check on her over the cameras all weekend. But when I picked her up on Sunday (I wish there were more convenient times to pick up that day. Their lobby is only open 3-6pm on sunday's) and brought her home, there was dried vomit/ diarrhea on both her bed and blanket.

No one even bothered to tell me when this happened, or if they fed her after the incident. I understand that they're busy on Sundays dealing with a lot of pick ups, but an issue like that needs to be brought to the owners attention right away. I don't know if this was because of my dog getting sick, or if she was just nervous about being away from home for so long. I'd be willing to try Paws and Claws again, I will just be sure to be more assertive about asking how my dog's boarding stay was.

We picked ours up today, they don't even deserve a 1 star. Did you even feed our dogs? We brought the same amount of food & treats home as we took 4 days ago. The blind dog laying in the middle of the floor spinning around because she couldn't walk on your floor, yep.pay attention to her now that we showed up! Thanks for sending the 2 shitty blankets home with us, did they have to lay in that crap for 4 days? It's sad to see some had to be locked up all day because "they didn't behave", what about the one biting the other dogs in the neck, nothing done to that one.he must be their pet!

Sad place, won't go back & neither will our friends! I will repost this every year, we had to euthanize our dog after her stay at this dump.they never gave her one shot of insulin & she needed 3 a day! We were certainly charged extra for that service tho! Her body shut down & we regret that her final days were at this dump! Oh by the way.are your neighbors still complaining about the smell of urine/feces, you made sure to tell us that.that should have been our first clue that you run a filthy place!

We will recommend this place to our friends and family. It makes us feel so much better on vacation knowing our dog is being well cared for! We are able to watch our dog play and interact with her friends through the web cams. We liked the indoor/outdoor layout of this place. Can't wait to bring our dog here in the summer! Great staff and a good way to give your dog a vacation as well.

I have nothing but great things to say about Paws and Claws. Its a lifesaver when we need to leave town for a weekend and can bring Oskar to P&C for overnights. We never have to worry as he is always in good hands. The space is great and the staff is very friendly and genuinely loves animals. When we pick Oskar up after a weekend he is always exhausted which means he had a great time with friends and got some exercise too!

I typically go to the Hudson facility as I live just a few blocks away but have used the Stillwater location as well last minute when Hudson was full. Same experience at both locations.

Love the staff. They all deserve a raise. Our 3 dogs think Paws and Claws is the best fun ever. The biggest problem is they need to expand. A very popular place. I'd tell you to definetly bring your pets there, but then it would be even more popular and harder to get in. :^

I've brought my puggle Izzy to Paws for years. She is always very excited to go--almost the only time she barks is when we get close to Paws. The longer it's been since we've been there, the sooner she barks. She has everyone who work there, up to Teri, the owner, trained to give her a treat when she gets there and before she leaves--it was a process for her to get everyone trained, but she is persistent!

She has friends at Paws that she's known since she was a puppy. I've even met some of her Paws friends in our neighborhood, LOL! Doggy daycare was a weird concept to me before I had a dog, and it's still kind of strange how our dogs have their own lives at Paws, but it's a lifesaver! They take great care of our dogs while we're at work!

The #1 place my dogs love to go in the winter, Free Range Mayhem for Dogs 20 or so Dogs running and playing in a gymnasium drop, them off in the morning pick them up later and they are wore out for the next day! You will love it as much as the dogs do, and the are open year round we just bring them in in the snowy months because we have them out allot in the nicer weather
