Silver Dog Bed & Biscuit

Can you guys provide updated pictures of your interior? There are pictures on google showing some musty ceiling tiles, and flooring it seems. Will change to four or five stars if done.

I have used Silver Dog for many years. My dog loves it here. Great people and great prices. I have used their grooming, pet daycare and overnight pet stay. Never had a problem.

First time leaving my 16 month old pup for an extended stay. Silver Dog Bed & Biscuit took exceptional care of my boy. I highly recommend them.

Critical: Quality Same as every other boarding we have ever used. Our dog came back with a bite injury, kennel cough, and smelling like urine. After a $200 vet bill for antibiotics he is still keeping us awake hacking at night. I understand the bite off all things but the kennel cough and his filth say it all.

After a week, we got our dog's toy's back the exact same way we sent them. So he got none of the toys he holds onto when he sleeps or anything else to comfort him, his first time away from home. Never using again.

Went in there 7/5/21 for information about day care for my dog. As we entered all we could hear was dogs barking, and NOT sounding like they were playing. Woman (blonde)working was quite rude, First she said who are u here for? I said I'm not, soon as I said that, I got the "I'm way too busy for this look " I said I'm wondering about info on doggy day care.

I was told like what? I replied, I guess prices, then a long silence followed by prices on a post it note, and brochure. I asked are they around other dogs? She replied yes, I said, I'm not sure if he would like that. I guess we would have to see how it goes. She then said. then why would u bring him here? in a not so nice way. I said he has separation anxiety, and I work.

She said that's too bad, and walked away. and left the counter, with my boyfriend and I just standing there by ourselves. Nothing about accommodations for ur pet, schedule, activities, feeding.etc. As rude as she was I wouldn't bring a pet rock here.

We've been boarding and grooming our dogs here for nearly 20 years. They have always been awesome to us and our dogs. All of our dogs have been more well-behaved here than at home. The groomers are fantastic as well! I can't say enough good things about Silver Dog.

Silver Dog takes great care of my dog Dutch. He's always excited to see his friends and I can tell that he gets plenty of opportunities to run around. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They make boarding your pet a breeze. My dog always comes back played-out and with a huge smile! He's an important member of our family and we trust Silver Dog to look after him while we're gone.

Great staff. My dogs love going and can hardly contain themselves with excitement when we pull in. I also get my goldendoodles groomed here and have been very happy with the results. I would highly recommend this daycare and grooming to anyone.
