Your pet will look forward to staying with us at Bangor Pet Resort & Spa. When pets vacation in our upscale doggy suites or cozy kitty condos, they live in the lap of luxury. Check in at your convenience any time after 7:30 am. Then check out by 3 pm. If, however, you need more time, just let us know.

New to the area.and was very nervous finding a new groomer. At the check-in they were very specific with their questions. It was easier for me to leave my dog there as they knew his needs. In fact, I usually forget something and they had already covered everything needed. I have a 10 year old Australian Labradoodle.he is anxious and timid. He came home so calm and happy. Slept a bit and I'm very happy with his cut. Will be recommending to everyone. Thanks

Poor people really tried their best to cut my cats nails I felt so bad he just wasn't having it. The only reason they have three stars and not five is because before my cat decided he'd rather die than have his nails trimmed we gave him to them to get him groomed, our little cat got so scared they couldn't get him out of the cage. But upon the changing of shifts it never got relayed to call us and our cat stayed their all day while we waited for the call they assured us would come when they were ready then charged us for the service that was never given until we called and straightened everything out.

I love love love Bangor Pet Resort & Spa, and my dogs Mocha and Whiskey do too. I have brought them a few times for doggy daycare when my partner and I have had busy days, so we're irregular customers, but our dogs absolutely love being there and we feel confident that they'll be safe and happy during their stay. We just recently boarded them for the first time too and had another great experience.
Everyone who works there is so nice and very accommodating! They post videos on their Facebook page that are great to watch to see how happy the dogs are during their stay. I love that the pups get playtime with other dogs while they're there and that they come home ready to cuddle and sleep after an exciting day. We'll continue to use this great service as long as we're in Maine!

My pup LOVED going here. It was evident after just 1 visit how much fun he had playing with all the people and pups. I also loved having him go here. The biggest thing for me is being able to socialize him so the fact that they have a big area for the dogs to roam is great. They also post regular videos to FB throughout the day so you can watch your dog having fun!

Staff is great- they take care of my high-energy puppy and tire him right out. They're sure to let me know how he does each day. Reasonably priced and no need to call ahead once you've had your initial visit. They do half days and have bundle pricing. While they don't have any live camera feeds, they're very active on Facebook and post multiple 2-3 minute videos per day showing all the dogs. The folks operating the camera know the names of ALL the dogs, which tells me they really care. I'm so glad I found this place! They've been a real life-saver!
