We are Broward County's largest mobile pet groomers providing "Perfection with Affection" to all breeds and sizes of cats and dogs. Let us pamper your pet in our fleet of warm and not-recycled water equipped mobile grooming salons. We bring our pet grooming services to homes, hotels and business offices within Broward County, 7 days a week.
We do not charge extra for full shave downs, lion cut styles, etc. Everything is included in one grooming package price. Your groomer starts by scaling to remove tough calculus buildup above and below the gum line. IMPORTANT: Anesthetic dental cleanings are required for severe periodontal disease. Also, when teeth need to be extracted, the use of sedation is required to avoid severe pain. This will be only executed in a Vet office facility.

Terrible customer service, terrible groomer, they don't listen. SEB is the only one who's great with pets. Ppl etc. For a mobile company you would think they incorporated price influx within the mobile pricing after all a surcharge is ridiculous. Had Beth who by far was the worst, was completely rude to my family when she arrived way too early for the appointment after it was instructed that we that we were not available for an earlier slot to keep it as scheduled.
I can only imagine how she treated our dogs. My roommate explain she was rude to him, my uncle and our guest. I'm going back to petsmart dealing with them is like dealing with the DMV no one answers calls, emails or text but quick to take money.

I used this service 3 times. The last one was Christmas week 2021. I have a shitzu. Her ears were trimmed so short. She looked like a beagle. 5 months later they still haven't grown out. They don't follow instructions. Keep raising prices. Now they charge surcharge for gas. I always went to Pets Smart and I am going back.

The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is the groomer was very polite and respectful and pleasant. The actual haircut looked horrible. I asked For three things I want Only a trim, I dont Want her looking like a poodle, I want The puppy cut. She came out looking exactly like a poodle with almost all her beautiful hair cut out, the exact opposite of what I asked. My beautiful dog looked straight up ugly.

I had my dog done for the first time with Bubbles to bows. I am extremely happy. My groomer was Beth, and she will be my doggies groomer for life. She listened to all the tiny details I wanted done, and my doggie Zac came out amazing. Very disappointed! Johnny did a nice job grooming but was out of bandanas and did not spray pet cologne as stated on website. I do not like this company's policy. They charge 3% to use a credit card but never tell you this upfront. Their fee is on the high side but thought I'd give them a try. Honesty would have been a better way to handle this policy not just charging extra without my consent. Would not offer refund just apply to next visit but so annoyed there will not be a next visit.

I trusted my 2 yorkies with them and i will let you decide Had 2 oclock appt was changed to 1230 needless to say now they where late did not show till 1 oclock. Gave them our two little ones they where in truck for 2 hours got them back when we went in house and put them down on floor not one but both dogs where coughing and choking this continued into sunday. Monday came still doing it brought to vet, contacted bubbles and bows, and in an email told me it was a slim chance the vet is right funny how a groomer knows more than a vet.
It is now in my lawyers hands. They told me i was threatening them with a lawyer well you know if you would do what you tell someone you would do and dont lawyer is the next step i just dont want any one else go through this. This all started when i called on monday to let them know we are going to vet they told me the owner would call me at 9 am the next morning that would be today tuesday.
Well not only did the owner not call me no one did i had to call them back then i was told the owner was out of the country Lies, lies, lies why are people like that Thank you everyone you decide on where to bring your little ones

How do I start, first of all- this is out first time using a mobile pet groomer ever. I wanted to call around get some prices and read reviews. All the reviews here looked great so I called. This was the first mobile pet groomer that I called that actually answered their phone. The others I had to leave a message and wait for a call back (I'm still waiting on one to call me-left two messages).

Then the lovely lady on the phone informed me the charge for our pups would only be about $10 or so more than what we usually pay at the regular groomer and they come to us. Check number two in the win column. Then she informs me they had an appointment for the next day-check three! Today I wake up excited for my pups and their impending spa experience.
The groomer texts me about an hour before to let me know he is running about 1/2 hour behind-no problem. Came right on time! My dog Sprocket is a Chi/tzu so he was looking pretty scruffy- had not had a haircut in a while since I'm unable to drive right now. Well when he came back in the house- my baby is adorable. The haircut is perfect. His coat is so soft and he did not get as worked up like he usually does at the groomer.
Then it was Nalah's turn. She was so excited to to with Brooks. She did great and looks amazing. Coat is soft, nails trimmed, and smells so good! I highly recommend bubbles to bows and ask for Brooks!

Worst customer service I've ever seen. Groomers are great but the company and the company owner doesn't have any concept of what customer service means, or any regard or respect for the customer. See the many other reviews below, rude, argumentative, not worth the trouble. Patty is a great groomer though, my girls love her and we'll miss her!

First time using a groomer at all! And Bubbles to Bows made the experience amazingly easy and delightful. My babyboy seemed pretty happy after his bath and was running around excited and wavy tail The groomer Johnny did an amazing job! Cut his hair, bathed him, brushed him, and I could see he went into detailing with his lil ears and around the eyes. Duke looks like a teddy bear now I am def using BtB again and requesting Johnny of course! Thank you so much guys and keep up the good work

Tammy is my dog's groomer. Tammy is always on time and lovingly takes Daisy Mae in her arms and carries her to the van. When I passed by the van to put some mail in my mailbox, I could hear Tammy as she was talking so sweetly to Daisy Mae. Within an hour, there's a knock at the door and my adorable miniature poodle trots in knowing she looks amazing wearing a trendy scarf (no bows please) and practically twirls around knowing she looks and feels tres magnifique!
As a handicapped person, I find Bubbles to Bows to be immensely convenient to me. Most of all, Tammy is a keeper. Her grooming skills are awesome. The only reason I don't award Bubbles to Bows 5 stars is that I believe their price to be a little high for the simple cut that Daisy Mae receives.

I had seen thier trucks a number of times while going to work or in the Sunrise/Tamarac area. I figured I would gave them a try. Both Oreo and Reese came out perfect from thier grooming. I will definitely use them again. I had called Monday and scheduled an 11 am appointment and they were actually 15 minutes early. Nice job ladys.

I used Bubble to Bows in May, 2014 and the gal who bathed and dipped my bath for fleas did a very good job. I used them again Nov. 2016 and explicitly stated when I set up the appt. that I wanted my cat bathed and dipped for fleas and set up appt. for same. I told Anna, the groomer, the same thing, a bath and dipped for fleas. All she did was clean her ears and clean the anal area and put "people perfume" on my cat. Today, when I called and spoke with the manager, she told me they do NOT do dips for fleas.
When I told her that the groomer that bathed her 2 1/2 yrs. ago dipped her for fleas, she started going on and on that they do not do flea dips and that I need to clean my house and wash the cats bedding etc. I told her that my cat was still scratching when the groomer left and what the groomer did didn't do any good. The bottom line is that these people LIE and I would NEVER, NEVER use them again. Go somewhere else!

UPDATE- Had a wonderful grooming done today by a real Pet mobile grooming company and just realized after 3 months some woman claiming to be the owner?( we always dealt with a man previously) who said he was the owner had replied on here. This woman is worse than the two horrible groomers that showed up that day. I posted pictures that day and went to my vet the next day for medical treatment on my dogs foot that they had injured and made a formal complaint to the BBB of Broward County.
I didn't wait months to respond! Don't use this horrible company, they do horrible work and injure your pets and refuse to pay vet costs for their damage! They didnt even offer to do a complimentary grooming for their horrible mistakes. Worst customer service and probably why they can't keep employees for long and use old crappy vans!

I have been using this company for close to 3 years now. Each time I schedule a first AM appointment. Each time they arrive past the time of 7am. This morning my appointment was scheduled for 7am. Not one missed call not one message from anyone saying they would be late. I called the office and the voice service says the office opens at 8am. I left my message that the groomer still had not arrived and I would no longer need the service as I had another appointment I needed to be at. 7:23am the groomer decides to call me and tell me she is at my house.
I told her that she is late my appointment was for 7am and I had no missed calls regarding that she was running late. She claimed she called my phone but yet I had my phone on me the entire morning, not one missed call not one voicemail. Horrible customer service! I called the office at 9:45 to speak to the "owner or office personal" and her response to me is "I haven't listened to any messages yet this morning" so I proceeded to tell her that I declined the grooming today as they arrived late and she told me I had to remember that they come all the way from Sunrise and I am in Hollywood east and they encounter school zones and traffic.
I told her That's not my problem! She proceeded to make comments and I told her I would take my business elsewhere and she wasn't even the least bit sorry for any of it. By the way I had referred my sister to use the services over 2 years ago and my sister stopped using them when her groomer was late and left her dog with bleeding and breakouts. DO NOT USE THEM SAVE YOUR MONEY AND MOST IMPORTANTLY YOUR TIME!

This mobile grooming is mediocre; I was expecting a little better service. They arrived on time and had pleasant customer service; except that the employee smelled like cigarettes a bit. My dog was done within the hour and she smelled nice and looked ok. One complaint! The nail grinding was terrible! Looks like they cut and that's it. This is a deal breaker for me!
