The puppy we purchased had a cold and discharged coming from it's nose, the insurance they provided did not cover anything and we was told we would be reimbursed by the insurance they provided that was not true at all, I had to pay a extra 960 dollars for the vet to get medicine for the puppy plus more on top of the recurring payment for the puppy.
They said the puppy had a good temperament and was healthy and would be a good fit for emotional support and family dog but the puppy is not he is beautiful but will not stop barking and has a terrible habit of biting and lunging. I feel swindled and for what I paid you would think the puppy would come with more but it doesn't. All puppy is from this shop are sick.

Came here to play with the puppies. George and Tom were very nice. The place is clean. Puppies smell good :) I took a star off because one of them was very insistent on me leaving them a 5 star review on google. Prices are higher- they said it was "covid prices" because everyone wanted a dog during covid. I was told the dogs were $6,500 each, but they said they will give you $500 off.
They offer financing. There is NO way I'd pay that much for a dog. They will tell you it's cheap compared to other places. We've bought a Yorkie (actually 3 of them) from Puppy City in Winchester- prices ranged from $1,700 to $2,000. this was between the years of 2017-2019. I think prices have gone up a little since then.

Tom was absolutely awesome! He was so helpful and knew exactly what puppy I wanted after he got me talking for a couple minutes. When I finally chose a puppy, I had some financial issues and Tom was very great with figuring out solutions for us. Thanks for everything Tom, we'll love our puppy forever!

I got my goldendoodle puppy Milo here 6 months ago. Superstar puppies found the exact breed and color I wanted and had him to me in 2 days. He is came very well socialized with people and other dogs. He is strong and healthy. If you are looking for a reliable healthy puppy this is the place to go! They are so helpful and friendly I had a great experience getting my baby. Can i just say how awesome Dana was?! From her customer service, her personable attitude & just all around a star employee! i made an appt the day before my family & I wanted to come look at puppies. i appreciated that they had available next day appts. We came up and got to play with 2 of the puppies for sale. Dana really went out of her way to help us found & leave with our forever puppy. They just recently opened up a few months ago & had a nice amount of puppies available. Thank you again Dana, we love him

Ok, so I don't leave reviews unless I am REALLY impressed with the service, and I WAS! I have Never owned a pet in my life but lately I have been having bouts of depression with everything that has been going on in my life. After some research, I came to SuperStar Puppies and Tom was PHENOMENAL! I told him what I was interested in and he immediately introduced me to the love of my life.
I was supposed to play with him for just a while but I ended up just holding and loving him for an hour. Now lets be real, puppies aren't cheap, but Tom not only told me different options they offer, he went the EXTRA, EXTRA mile to make sure I was able to leave with my Codi. I am FOREVER in your debt Tom at SS Puppies and would recommend EVERYONE to talk to him (Tom) if they are looking to bring home some joy!

Came here looking for our first puppy in the area and fell in love with Bailey! Isaac was super helpful in introducing us and telling all us about the SuperStar Puppies benefits.
