Deborah Walker has been training pets for over 30 years. She owns and operates one of the leading Animal Care Facility in the state of Illinois. LaBest Pet Resort is a state of the art, Doggie DayCare, Grooming, Training, Pet Resort Facility. She is a dedicated animal welfare activist. Deborah specializes in animal behavior, massage & deep tissue massage therapy and teeth brushing with a tartar removal product.
At LaBest Pet Resort, we treat your pets like family! From our luxurious suites to our indoor/outdoor rooms, each guest relaxes in climate controlled rooms with access to fresh water at all times. Our attentive staff, which has undergone extensive training, will monitor your pet's food intake and elimination.
For LaBest Pet Resort's feline friends, we have an all new cattery with twice the room for them to run and play. Your cat will enjoy natural light from multiple windows, vertical elements for climbing, and several relaxing spots for lounging. We provide all the kitty litter your cat can use. Extra charge. get use to hearing that Taken my dog there several times bc it is close to the house and somehow the always add fees. Today it was (mind you they have trimmed my dog's nails over 15 times) - extra fee for trimming bc someone had to hold her. I was there. I stayed for the appointment in the waiting room - I could have held her. What a joke!

Nice place that seemed to care about pets. However, they said my baby's nails needed to be trimmed even though she had just been groomed. It cost $20 extra and whoever did it was not experienced. They were cut into the quick and now my baby won't even let me touch her feet. She is now constantly licking them.

The best pet resort I have ever worked with. On my dog's first day there she was very full of anxiety. The staff realised this immediately and began working with her. By the end of the week she was dragging me into daycare to see all of her new friends. It has been a real blessing for her and our family. I can not begin to say enough good things about this place.

My pit bull just had her nails done here for the first time. They said she was perfect. I asked about classes and training and they were very informative and gave me a pamphlet with all the information. They also sized a gentle leader on her. They even had it in my favorite color! I will be returning every 4-5 weeks for great nail trims!

Well picked up my pet and he acted like different animal. He was exhausted, drank immediately 24 oz of water and 4 cups of dog food. If that doesn't tell you something. And the icing on the cake was that they told me I could pick him up either at 12pm or 5pm on the day of, what they didn't mention was if it was 5pm I get charged $25 so when I had car trouble and couldn't make the noon pickup I called 16 times on the EMERGENCY LINE AND AFTER HOURS LINE NO ANSWER YNTIL 3 HOURS LATER AND I CALLED THEM FOR THE 21st time not the other way around. All in all won't be coming back! I hear traveling tails or something was the place to go
