Our puppy has been going to day care at DogiZone for six months now (since he was 5 months old) and LOVES it. We recently enrolled him in the two week Training Camp to help with leash pulling and manners. I am super impressed with the progress he's made in such a short time. The private lessons and group trainings have also helped us reinforce what he's learned at home. Jessica, Milton, Shannon, and Candice were all fantastic and patient even through the rough spots like the first day of Elementary School where Finn barked nonstop and thought he was at a party. I highly recommend the training and daycare at DogiZone.

My little long-haired chihuahua loved her spa day with Lupe! She doesn't adapt easily to strangers, and her groomers have always made her feel comfortable and loved. I appreciated their covid protocols and curbside check-in. Most importantly, she was finished within an hour, a great boon since I live far away and waited to pick her up.

We left our 1.5 year old German Shepherd at DogiZone for four days. My husband and I are definitely the kind of people who treat our dog like our baby so it wasn't easy for us, but we are very happy with the way Adonis was treated. They also groomed him, which was exciting for us because he can be a handful to groom, and they were able to make it happen. We will definitely take him there again in the future!

I was so impressed with DogiZone! The customer service is outstanding. I had a tour of the training facility and the place is impecable. The staff are friendly and very attentive. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs boarding or training is just not for my budget I couldn't afford it at this time. I do plan to comeback for group training and dog activity in a near future.

This review is specifically about Jessica, our dog trainer. Jessica is FANTASTIC to work with. She was wonderful with our dog, Luna and understood her and her needs very well. She was very professional and transparent during the initial assessment and helped me work out the right training plan for my budget and goals. We decided to do a few months of 1:1 training and the transformation in my relationship with my dog, the new tools I learned, and Luna's responsiveness has been unbelievable. Jessica's methods really accelerated the process and have set us up for a more fulfilling relationship with Luna. She's also simply a fun and lovely person to be around!

Very unprofessional. The company shuttle service was more than an hour late to pick up. This was despite me calling them multiple times. Not going there again. And they charge insane prices- which I thought would be okay to do for one weekend but not worth it at all. Not going there again. Deserve less than 1 star in my book.

My dog loves this place and so do I. I am a frequent cIient and will continue to be. It is hard to get them by phone sometimes, which I understand due to high demand during COVID. I do wish there was a bit more organization however. For example, when I purchased grooming passes or have store credit to use but yet still get charged for services even though I informed them upon check in or check out of the passes and the credit.
I get that they are swamped but there should be a better system of checking notes in the system to ensure this doesn't happen and that's why I am giving only 3 stars.

Over all I'm satisfied with the facility. To begin reason I'm giving 4 starts is due to front desk I was given an attitude by one of the staff but, the rest were absolutely great! I dropped off my puppy for daycare. I was very pleased to have received updates on Thor, access to live cameras and even pictures of my puppy. I was informed by my family member when our puppy was being picked up he was in a happy mood and even wanted to go back into the facility haha.
Once our puppy got home he was tired out! which was great cause we all got to relax he took a major nap once home. I'm super happy with everything because, now I feel comfortable leaving my loved one being cared for here when I'm unable to on some days. Especially being my first time. I thought the price was amazing for everything they do. Thanks dogizone they have gained a new customer! (Pictures below I received from doggizone of my puppy playing)

While they did a good job grooming my dog, they never answer the phone. I thought it was a fluke the first few times, BUT it takes several days to get a call back, IF they respond at all. Not sure how they stay in business. I am looking for alternative dog services. If they see this review, it would be a good opportunity to explain.

They were fantastic with my puppy! The staff is friendly. HOWEVER; they are the absolute worst about answering any calls. I literally have called over 10+ times and left voicemails - no calls back. God forbid if I had an emergency - doubtful they would answer their phone. I went to another day camp/boarding place and told them about my experience @ doggizone and they relayed that they are gaining customers due to their lack of communication. Again, great facility, great staff, and my dog enjoyed but my goodness, they have not mastered communications at all. I'm hoping they'll read this and improve because they're good at what they do. In the meantime, I would recommend another place.

I've been a DogiZone client for years and have used several services: board & train, daycare, boarding, and University/unlimited group training. I trust them implicitly with my guy. Boarding: prior to COVID I traveled regularly for work and have begun again. He is always happy to be dropped off and happy, healthy, and well cared for when I return.
No issues with special instructions, including after unexpected tooth extractions during a dental cleaning. They follow the rather detailed vet orders precisely. He's a pretty happy go lucky dog, but still 95 lbs of knuckleheaded boxer and they do great with him. Daycare: He's too lazy for daycare these days, lol, but always had a great experience with it. Training: I can't say enough great things about their training department!
The entire team is great, and Jessica & George are phenomenal. They are so knowledgeable and know how to bring out the best in each dog and owner! Board & train or classes aren't a magic bullet; you have to put in the work. But they have the skills and expertise to help you with the hard stuff and the fun stuff. Great company that focuses on the customer and most importantly, the dog!

I took my dog in for a grooming and these SOBs ruined my dogs coat! I called ahead of time to make sure they had someone qualified to work on long thick coats. They claimed to be experienced. When I picked up my dog, this is what I got (see pictures). His cost was uneven and choppy. Even worse we're bald spots on his back. These types of spots are caused from aggressive combing with a metal brush.
The fur begins to tear from the skin and will NEVER grow back. Of course these animals took no responsibility and claimed my dog was already balding. This place needs to be shutdown. Take your pet there only if you hate your dog.

Loooove this place to take care of our little dog. Had him boarded for the first time since I had to travel and his dad works nights. We were super worried he would miss us and whine the whole time. But, he was made super comfortable and came out of his nervous shell to play with the staff and other dogs. Highly professional and dependable.

This is a response to Elesha J.'s response to my review where she said DogiZone operates like a gym where you pay for classes and lose them if you don't use them. I'm sorry to say this but that sounds like a POOR, unfair, selfish business model to me. So if a person signs up for 6 months of classes for their dog and then becomes very ill and can't take the dog for classes are you saying he loses his money? That would NOT leave a very good taste in that person's mouth. And, as you may know, it takes TEN good reviews to make up for ONE bad review.

I called and left a message inquiring about pricing for dog daycare for two dogs. I asked them to leave a message back with the pricing AND the earliest I can drop my dog off. I emphasized that I'm an nurse and unable to answer the phone during the day so please leave the info on the voicemail. The woman called back and left a message asking me to call her back to schedule the dogs for an evaluation.
I called back on my lunch break again just asking for pricing. They refused to give me prices until I bring the dogs in for eval. Why would I bring my dog there for an eval without knowing pricing? What if it's more then I'm willing to spend? Just be transparent with folks and give the info as requested. People who use dog daycare have busy jobs and can't play telephone tag all day tracking down info that can be a 5 second convo.

This people were nice enough and I really enjoyed the trainer. However, I signed my puppy up for boot camp when she was 3 months old and even though they assured me on several occasions that she wasn't too young I believe she was. I wish they had advised me to wait until she was 9 months or even a year. She knows her basic sit and down but she is terrible on the leash, does not stay, jumps and nips still etc.
The cost was entirely too much for what we got out of it. Don't waste your money. For me to be looking into signing her up for a different training facility 6 months later after the amount of $$$ we spent at DogiZone makes me very unhappy and not likely to refer anyone to this establishment.

Dogizone is a wonderful place. The staff is dedicated and caring, and I know that my basset hound is in good hands when she goes to doggie day care and boarding. She has been going there for a year now. Occasionally she gets overstimulated and barks a lot in day care. The staff has been wonderful about giving her breaks and putting her into a smaller group with individualized attention when needed.
She is happy boarding at Dogizone because she gets to play with other dogs twice a day, and she gets lots of attention from the staff. When I pick her up, she smells fine (that is not the case at other boarding facilities) and is relaxed and tired. I've been pleased with the grooming she has gotten. It is convenient to drop her off for day care and have the grooming done when she is there.
I had two private sessions with a trainer, and they were very helpful. I may end up doing it again if need be. I want to give a special shout out to Isabela, Jessica, Adams, and Kelsey.

I HIGHLY recommend DogiZone to all dog owners. They have fantastic customer service as the staff is friendly, helpful, and always available. The dogs in Daycare are well monitored, cared for, and always come home exhausted. The trainers are top notch. To say they are knowledgeable is an understatement. During class, they demonstrate the different commands, educate the "parents" by explaining the why behind the actions, and offer support for any challenges you may be struggling with. Their virtual training sessions are great for when you are unable to make it to their facility. Without DogiZone, I wouldn't be the confident dog owner I am.

Our 3 month old lab LOVES puppy class! We have been going since he was 9 weeks. Great socialization for young puppies and the trainers teach us great ways to train and help with any specific challenges. Dogizone practices safe social distancing and requires masks during group classes so everyone is comfortable.

Hermoine and I would like to thank Jessica for our evaluation conference. Jessica spent an hour with us going over package options and training questions. She was so nice and Hermione really liked Jessica. The facility was clean and spacious. It was really crowded, so I know they are making there doggies and fur baby parents happy. I look forward to taking classes and adding additional information about DogiZone. Hermoine added her ruff ruff, which translated means, thanks.
