I don't know what they did but my two little scared rescue doggies came out of their bath and grooming with bright eyes and very very happy. They do a great job.

Took my husky here to give it a shot. First they said 2-3 hours and I told them not to do her nails because our vet does them. Her paws were bleeding when I picked her up and she had a contusion on her snout. Then tried giving me a story about how she acted badly and it wasn't safe to groom her. She's been groomed lots of times and after 5 hours and 65$ I'm extremely disappointed. She was probably acting out because she was mistreated.

Took my dog for a bath and nail clipping and she looked and smelt great and the people were very friendly. Wasn't very expensive definitely taking her each time i need to Make sure to be on west kimberly and turn south onto division because thats where the parking lot is. Maps was not accurate

We started using Terri's two years ago when we got our puppy. The staff is always friendly and they do a great job with Bernie.

Very easy to get an appointment and staff was very friendly. My pup was groomed just the way I had requested. Will definitely use them again.

Minimized dog tail injury after accident. Groomer wrapped tail with bandage and was told ''must have snagged with brush. After unwrapping at home, literal quarter sized portion of tail was missing. Took to vet immediately and told was new small growth was probably hit with clippers. Charged full price, would not have been as upset had groomer been up about severity of injury and then been charged full price.

I think overall the visit was good. However there were two areas under my dog's ears that were cut too short and caused scabbing. The groomer also said she had dual ear infections and so concerned with that I went to a vet and it was confirmed she did not. I think I will go one more time and see how it goes.

They are great! Our dog loves going here for spa day for him. We love how he smells after. All staff are friendly and kind to dogs, customers. I recommend them from experience.

Arrived without an appointment and was seen right away. Staff was so friendly and great with my 7 month old puppy. It was his first time getting his nails clipped so he was alittle wiggly and unsure but the staff was patient with him and kept praising him. Will definitely be going back.
