Kennels and boarding centers are expensive and stressful to your pets & the additional vaccinations they require may be harmful. Even the most reputable boarding centers can stress your pet to the point of illness. Many are not even staffed during nights, weekends, and holidays so your pets are left in a cage alone.

We used Vicky's pet service once and had good enough experience we decided to reach out to Vicky again for an upcoming trip we planned for next month 10/5-10/12. We paid Vicky $180.00 for deposit on Tuesday 9/10/19. On Wednesday 9/11 (next day) we then found out our itinerary changed and reached out to Vicky about possibly sitting our dog for an additional day and she advised she already had overnights booked and still offered our dog could stay overnight but not sure how that would be without her supervision.
We understood the circumstances and advised her we would make some calls and get back to her. I notified via text Vicky this afternoon (2 days later) that we needed to cancel the reservation and she quickly responded via email cancelation paperwork; no text or call back. While we understand the terms of the contract I called Vicky to see if it was possible to get any kind of refund (keep in mind this is only about 3 days and our trip is 3 weeks away) and she firmly said no and reiterated how busy she was and how many appointments she did not confirm because we reserved these dates.
While I understand this is terms of a contract, we felt this was plenty notice considering how "busy" she reiterated she was and how many cancelations she had because of our reservation. We believe Vicky is great with animals but her service this time around was pompous and aggressive.

Miss Vicky did an amazing job taking care of our two dogs while we were out of town. I was stressed before leaving because one of my dogs is rather high-maintenance and runs off if given the chance. After meeting Miss Vicky, I knew that she would be able to handle him. I requested that she texted me pictures of my dogs everyday, which she did, and I was able to see that my dogs were very happy - I know they loved her homemade dog treats. We came home from our trip to two calm and content dogs and she had even cleaned up the messes they made in the house while we were gone. Highly recommended!

Miss Vicky is the best! She took care of my sick cat who would hide from anybody, but not for Miss Vicky! I was amazed! She has taken care of my pets for a couple of years now, and I trust Miss Vicky extremely! I can leave for a couple of weeks and know my pets are in great hands! She now is pet sitting my dog, who was very skidish of people, from being abused from past owners. Hugo, my dog just loves her and pretty much jumps out of the car when we get to her house! She takes incredible care of my pets! I am definitely recommending Miss Vicky's Petsitting!

Miss Vicky has helped watch our dogs several times and she is the best! She is very thorough and truly cares for the animals. She always gives us updates on how our dogs are doing and will keep in touch with us when we are home to make sure we made it safely. I am very, very picky who takes care of my dogs. And I truly believe she possesses the skills, love, and compassion for taking care of animal! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my furbabies!
