Lake Pointe Pet Resort

Lake Pointe Pet Resort is the absolute best place for our husky. There is a big backyard for her to run around and she gets to spend lots of time with other huskies. Daniel does such an incredible job with all the animals. Lake Pointe is by far the best boarding facility I've ever used.

We board our two dogs Tucker and Lilly numerous times and the place is very well run. Daniel is very attentive and great with the animals and he communicates with us. Our 2 dogs love it there. My wife and I highly recommend his business

We have boarded our dogs at LakePointe Pet Resort multiple times. They are close to home, affordable and take great care of our dogs. I love the option to have them bathed and a nail trim before pick up. Daniel is quick to respond to questions and gives updates when asked. Great place for our pups.

I have boarded my 2 dogs here a few times now. The facility is very clean. They take very good care of the animals and are very accommodating. You can tell they look after your pets as if they are their own.

We boarded our dog at Lake Pointe for the first time over the busy holiday season. We have tried a few other boarding facilities in the area and liked Lake Pointe because of the quiet area and outdoor space available for the dogs + the wonderful care he received. Daniel was responsive and kept us aware of how our dog was while we were away. Daniel worked very hard to calmly and kindly manage our dog's anxiety, .

He was flexible about drop off and pick up, and made everything as easy as possible for us. Daniel gave a tour before we boarded, something none of the other facilities offered. We will definitely board our dog at Lake Pointe the next time we go out of town!

We have been bringing our dogs to this facility for many years. They are extremely friendly and treat the dogs as if they were their own. My dogs have never had any hesitation when we take them here, which is a testament to how comfortable they feel. My sister also brings her dogs here and has been for several years as well and they remember us every time. It's so wonderful to have a place like this that we trust unconditionally.

This place is the best! Daniel was super sweet and helpful. He answered all my questions and really helped me feel at ease about leaving my dog with them. He gave me a call to let me know how the first day went and that my dog was behaving well which is what I was worried about. They have covered runs for Jumpers which was really great because my boy jumps and climbs.

Pick up and drop off was easy and convenient. The facility is beautiful and clean. The most stressful thing about traveling was worrying about who would take care of my pets and I am so relieved to have found this place. Will definitely be using them again the next time we take a trip.

Daniel is awesome to work with. We've boarded our pets at a few different places in our area, and weren't very satisfied with any of them. We're so happy to have found Lake Pointe, and always feel comfortable knowing that our pets are in their care while we are out of town. Lake point pet resort is the most amazing boarding facility! Each pet has their own private area, and dogs have access to indoor and outdoor areas. They have large yards for the pups to play, but if your pup in anti social, they are let out to play alone. Our dog loves it there and is so excited every time we go! Daniel, the owner, is the sweetest, loves all the animals, and is always in touch. He's always happy to give you a tour of the facilities, and keeps the space is tip top shape. It's so great to have such a quality facility in the area!

I have boarded my two boys here a few times (& so have a few of my coworkers) and we absolutely love them. They always run in eager to see Daniel and Robert and they always come back happy, clean and well fed. We love them and I would seriously recommend checking hem out! p.s. they always have chocolates at the check in lobby :D

Love Lakepointe Pet Resort and our Buddy loves it as well. They are so nice and friendly and very good to our pet. Very affordable also and close to our neighborhood in Rowlett.

Lakepointe is the best! We love that our dogs have access to outside whenever they want. We love that they have play time with the other dogs daily. The staff is incredible too. Daniel is friendly and always takes such great care of our pups. He's very attentive and caring. We love the baths at checkout and he goes the extra mile by washing the pups' blanket! Such incredible service! We drive past several other places, 20 minutes away to take our pups here.

Excellent boarding option. Our dogs are always happy when they walk in and when we pick them up. We have been long time satisfied customers for over a decade. We recommend them to friends looking to board their fur babies. Never had an issue. They are very popular so book in advance!

I found Lake Pointe Pet Resort through Google search. I needed to board my dog Max for the Memorial day weekend. So, I requested a reservation online and received a quick response via email and a phone call. The owner, Daniel was able to make accommodations for me to board my dog for 4 days during one of the busiest holiday weekends. I scheduled a visit to see the resort before dropping my dog off. Daniel was very helpful and showed me the resort, explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions.

I was impressed with the clean and organized kennel. Daniel was super nice and professional in handling my dog during his stay. The boarding included giving necessary daily medication to Max, feeding with a choice of dog food, and 3 times a day walks in a fenced secure patio. In addition I was able to bring Max's bed so he could feel comfortable. Daniel also offered to give a bath to Max before I picked him up and didn't charge me due to rainy weather - a very nice bonus from Lake Pointe Pet resort.

I was also impressed with quick responses from Daniel, I was able to check on Max during his stay at the resort and always received a quick text or phone call with an update. I would definitely give this business 5 stars and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great place, good value, professional customer service and excellent conditions for your pet.
