Chicago Pet Sitters

So glad I found Chicago Pet Sitters. They are truly a world-class pet sitting service. They make everything absolutely seamless. We have a rambunctious kitten who needed to be looked after for 5 days or so. Gimo and Eric were absolute angels with our kitty -- cleaned his litter, fed him, played with him, and made sure our apartment was locked up. We got a report card for every visit along with the most adorable photos of all time.

I could instantly message the Pet Sitter team which was great when I was worried about the thermostat not being cool enough. These guys really understand pet owners and all of our neuroses, haha! I will be using Chicago Pet Sitters any time we're out of town (or even if we just need a break!). Other pet sitters might be cheaper, but if your peace of mind and your pet are important, then this is the place for you.

We've worked with Chicago Pet Sitters for years. Every sitter gives our fur babies so much love! As hard as it is to leave home sometimes, they make it incredibly easy, given we know our little loves are in such good hands. Would recommend them again and again!

Chicago Pet Sitters is awesome! Their sitters are so reliable and communicative. We've had Cathy most frequently and she's amazing- so thorough and kind, and she writes really entertaining summaries after each visit! Highly recommended! I know my pets are in good hands with them.

I've had an awesome experience with Chicago Pet Sitters so far! Onboarding was easy, and you're able to fill out a profile with all of your pets' must-know information. Annie and Amelia checked in on our cats while my husband and I were gone for about a week, and every single day, we were sent lots of pictures and detailed updates about how our cats were doing.

They went above and beyond what we expected from a service like this! Highly recommend. We already feel so much more at ease when planning trips knowing that we can rely on them!

We are absolutely thrilled with Chicago Pet Sitters! We love our pugs and want them to be under the best care. One of our pugs is especially anxious at times and Kyle has been wonderful with her. We appreciate that her arrives consistently on time and manages the locks, gates, alar system, harnesses, etc so beautifully and seamlessly! We literally have nothing to worry about which is great peace of mind! Highly recommended. Also the details we get daily are over the top! I love that I have so many adorable pictures that Kyle sends of the pugs during his visits!

I have been using Chicago Pet Sitters for over 6 months and they are wonderful. My puppy is obsessed with her current walker, Nathan. She is always so happy to see him and shows him her toys and cuddles up with him before a walk. He is very detailed with his post walk notes and makes sure to let me know of anything unusual which gives me such peace of mind. Whenever Nathan is off we have subs and they have also always been top notch. I have recommended Chicago Pet Sitters to friends and neighbors, I hope you check them out!

We used Chicago Pet Sitters to watch our two cats while we were away in Mexico for a week. It was our first time hiring pet sitters so we were a little nervous. Everything turned out perfectly & we were so happy! We started with a zoom meeting which included a video of our apartment & where our pet supplies were located. We received a written update and photos everyday from our sitter. Nathan & Darcy were our sitters.

We would get photos of Nathan or Darcy sitting on the floor with our cats just loving on them. It made us feel so much better about leaving them. Everything was clean and tidy when we returned from our trip. we will 100% be hiring them again when we need a pet sitter.

Chicago Pet Sitters are an amazing company! I've worked with them in multiple capacities over the years and I can't recommend them enough to anyone who needs dog or cat care. I was a CPS pet-sitter/employee for several years, so I knew the high level of care that went into each visit from the employee side. When it came time for me to get care for my own cat, I knew there was no other group I could trust more.

Now being on the client side, I can honestly say that the level of service is unmatched! From their communication to their daily updates, I know for certain my cat is well taken care at every visit. Thanks CPS - you guys are the best!

I struggled to find a service in the city that would watch both my cat and turtle. Chicago Per Sitters has been a saving grace for me! I feel such peace of mind leaving my pets in their capable hands and I love receiving photos of them while I'm away. I've had amazing experiences with Molly and Maya. Both of whom show such love for the animals they care for. This is the only service I use and I am happy to continue to support them. Cannot recommend them enough!

I've never used any other pet sitting companies or self-employed per sitters, and I don't plan to switch to another service provider over Chicago Pet Sitters. Amelia and Maya have taken care of our cat when we were away. They seemed to genuinely care about our cat and love her. I feel less anxious leaving my cat alone despite I have some separation anxiety with our cat. I'm glad that I have reliable people that I can trust with our baby girl. Thanks a lot!

Highly recommended! Very professional and responsive. We use them every time we're out of town to check on & play with our cat. They seem to genuinely care, and are very communicative. And they also send lots of photos! We've also used their dog-walking services a few times, with our dog who can be anxious, and we appreciate that our sitter took the time to get to know him and work with him.

We have had several sitters & they are all excellent so far; including Diane, Tiffany, Annie, Cathy, Amelia, Jessica. All are top notch! Also, the "time to pet" app is great & allows for excellent communication.

Chicago Pet Sitters has done a fantastic job taking care of our two cats. They are total pros -- the sitters have no problem managing our cats challenging food and medicine needs. Always reliable, including major holidays. We've been particularly lucky to work with Tiffany. Our cats are completely in love with her! I used Chicago Pet Sitters for the first time last week and I'm so glad I did. What an amazing business. I had Tiffany, one of the pet sitters come in and feed and play with my Duchess. She sent me photos and a recap of the visit right away and when I had questions she responded immediately. I am so particular about who I use and I was so impressed with Chicago Pet Sitters, the office Coordinator and Tiffany.

My cat, Duchess, looked so happy when I came back from my trip. I'm so glad I found Chicago Pet Sitters. I know Duchess Is in great hands next time I leave for a trip. Superior Care all the way.!

We used Chicago Pet Sitters (Lincoln Park - Webster) after our long-term sitter konked out on us last minute. They were able to set us up as new clients on very short notice and Melissa was wonderful with our cat. She sent daily updates with great pictures. I was almost like we were there. Great service and communications. We would recommend them to everyone.

It was such a relief to find a good pet sitting service for our cat! We could tell right away what a difference the sitter's visits made, and we have also been able to tell from her thorough visit notes and photos that she understands how to take care of our cat. She actually even recommended to us the toy that is now our cat's favorite! We also really appreciate how Chicago Pet Sitters has worked with us to make sure our cat's visits are during our preferred time of day, and all the communication around scheduling has been really great. I have been using Chicago Pet Sitters for 10++ years. Dana and her crew are amazing. Never once have I worried that my fur baby wasn't being cared for correctly. They legitimately treat your animals like their own. They will email you daily updates and they take great pictures of you pets. If you are lucky enough to be in their area, I would absolutely recommend them.
