Dog playgroups are a wonderful way to exercise your dog's body and mind. Games of chase, wrasslin', swimming, hiking, and the pursuit of the occasional varmint will tire her body. The interaction with other dogs and the myriad sights, sounds, and especially smells of the woods and fields will stimulate her mind. Also, we have snacks. This is more than just dog walking.

We will pick your pup up, and bring him to a park in Weston (usually Cat Rock Park) for a 90 minute romp. We take a maximum of 5 dogs per group, so your dog will get plenty of attention, supervision, and love, but will also have plenty of company for fun and socialization.

Facing a crossroads in her professional career, Susie was asked what her ideal job would be. Through our 18+ years of marriage, we have always been a multi-dog household. We adore our dogs. We pamper them. We vacation with them. And we sing them little songs. They are family. So while we may have learned a trick or three about wrangling puppers in the great outdoors, our guiding principle and greatest strength remains the love we feel for our own dogs.Because we know you feel the same way about your dog(s) as we do about ours.
Our playgroups are held in a park in Weston, MA. Your dog gets a full 90 minutes of off-leash romping, swimming, and general merriment. At this time we don't offer leash walks. The reason is that we never want to be in a situation where your dog is stuck waiting in our car for half an hour while we leash-walk another dog.
If you are looking for a fantastic playgroup for your dog I highly recommend Susie and her husband John. When I first adopted Lucy I interviewed a dozen walkers/daycares and found many of the companies take too many dogs, or didn't offer enough play time/hiking while out. When Susie comes to pick Lucy up she always greets with a great big Hi Loosey Goosey and is very happy to see her.
