Very happy with the grooming service. Easy to get an appointment, very friendly, called to check about cutting our dogs hair a little shorter because of mats around ears which I appreciate d. And I felt the price was very reasonable. I will use them again.

I really appreciate their responsiveness, kindness & professionalism. My pup suddenly began frantically licking his paw & shaking hard enough at one point his teeth clicked. I called 6 different vet hospitals while driving to the clinic I was calling, including 24hr emergency. They either wouldn't take us or the wait was 4 to 6 hrs. The wonderful young lady who answered the phone was the only one who took the time to ask a Dr. if they could see us.

They could. Everyone was amazing! They understood that I was scared for my pup & answered my questions. In fact, I am switching from previous vet to Boyd Lake Vet Center. We love our little guy with all our hearts & I know that these wonderful people will take the very best care of him!

Absolutely hands down the best vet in Loveland. Willing to accommodate as best they based on severity of the pet. I'm never disappointed with taking my girls here. The staff is wonderful, and they will help me out by holding one or both of my girls while I'm paying ~currently 8 months pregnant and it can be a little tough to hold them both and pay at the same time~ Everyone there is extremely caring and compassionate about animals and people. 20/10 would 1000% recommend! I can't wait to try their doggie daycare!

My recent visit is for my second elderly dog. We intentionally chose to see Dr. Tyszko again as we appreciated her professionalism and personal touch with our first elderly dog over the last year. Our experience was again above and beyond - she took extra time to walk me through the details of his test results (and why she chose those tests) and even called back after the appointment to ask additional questions as she continues to work through what is going on with him. She is by far and away the very best veterinarian we have worked with.

I wish I could give this clinic more than 5 stars. In the past 6 months I've taken 1/2 of my dogs and 3/3 of my cats here and they've been amazing. Dr. Doherty was great with my big dog and two of my cats (one of which is a very spicy kitty). He was very informative and friendly, making sure my questions were answered and my babies were taken care of.

Most recently, though, we found out my third kitty has stomatitis. It was very stressful as she had stopped eating and was very grumpy. Dr. Tyszko listened to my concerns, recommended we do a full mouth extraction, was very honest about the risks/reward, and reassured me. Surgery day one, I got calls and updates from the clinic letting me know how she was doing.

When she didn't do well after pickup, I was able to call the clinic and Dr. T was there to assist me. 2 weeks pass by and surgery day two (final surgery) comes up. The staff remembers my cat, takes the time to ask how she's doing, Dr. T runs through what the day will look like, and Jo is off to get the rest of her teeth out. The clinic again calls at the end of the day to let me know how she's doing and pickup time.

At pickup, Dr. T tells me how great she's healing from surgery one and gives me *the cutest* Certificate of Bravery for Jo, the staff gush over her, remember the collar she was wearing the last time (themed for holidays/seasons), and make me leave feeling happy. I cannot recommend this place enough. The clinic is always clean, the staff are so incredibly friendly, the doctors truly take time to care for each pet, and the pricing is very fair. My fur babies have definitely found their vet clinic and I couldn't be more happy with it. Thank you Boyd Lake Vet for the amazing work that you do. Jo thanks you as well.

Very nice people work here, easy to deal with. They got my girls in fast, and were good with them. The new Dr.was extremely helpful, went over and above a typical 1st time visit. I was impressed and hope to make this our permanent location for seeing to my girls needs! Thanks to everyone at Boyd Lake Clinic! You all rocked!

Great experience with my first time boarding my rescue pup at Boyd Lake. Everyone was very helpful & willing to answer questions I had leading up to the reservation. Drop off and pick up was fast & easy. Seemed my pup had a great time and was cared for very well. The passion for animals definitely shows. Definitely will book again with Boyd.

Every person who works here has been so kind to me from the moment I walk in to the moment I walk out. They are so calm and patient with my pup and I'm convinced that their kind demeanor is the only reason he can tolerate a visit to the vet. Every time we go Arlo gets a little less nervous to be there. Thank you guys for the smiles and for taking excellent care of us.

I bring my fifteen-year-old Corgi, Maddy in every few months for a bath and thorough brushing. Diane is so good with her, as Maddy can be quite skittish with not being able to see or hear very well and having arthritic pain. I highly recommend Diane for your dog's grooming needs. She is one of the best!

We are new to the area and just got a new puppy. Dr smith and staff were attentive, informative and did not push nonsense. They answered all of our questions and did not make us feel rushed. I highly recommend Boyd Lake Vet.

My Siamese kitty really needed dental care and these vets took such good care of her and performed quality work! She came home seemingly without any pain and her recovery was fabulous. The vets there take lots of time with you and your pet. The prices are much better than some we've seen before. My dog needed to be seen urgently one time and they got her in that same day. I think they are a great vet!

Boomer loves coming here for daycare and everyone is so very friendly and helpful. It's not just a job to them. They truly care about the animals under their care.

We LOVE this place. We were on the hunt for a new vet as our old one refused to see our Great Dane unless we sedated her before hand and she has to go pretty often. They are so patient with her which is all we really care about at the end of the day. They're affordable which is another plus, but we can tell they actually care about our dog and it's important to them that she feels comfortable and we make the extra drive to come here just for that!

Very special thanks to groomer Diane. The past 4 years we've had to had our lhasa apso anesthetized because groomers had told us he couldn't be groomed otherwise. Our past groomer and vet at a different business had parted ways and we needed a new groomer. Boyd Lake said they could give him an anesthetized groomed. But Diane was able to groom our. Sammy without any sedation or being anesthetized!

We are extremely thankful! We always worry about the effect it has on him. We will definitely be going to Boyd Lake from now on with all our fur babies. The doctor was very through as well in her check up before grooming since it was his 1st time there. But I can't rave enough about Diane, Sam has never been this calm and happy after a trip to the groomers. She must be a true dog whisperer.

We love Boyd lake veterinary center! The girls up front are always so it's so professional and helpful. Diane does an amazing job with our Australian Shepard and ensures that his cut is exactly to what flatters the breed. Anytime we've had any trouble they get us in right away!

They were thorough and good to my baby. Clean and conveniently located.

There's a fake positive review from me on their website. I would absolutely never recommend them. They did not take my concerns with my cat's allergies seriously. They told me to give him steroids for life which would have given him diabetes. 0/10 in my opinion. I would never take George back.

Boyd lake veterinary center helped me out in a pinch today. I was visiting a friend in Fort Collins and headed to Loveland for lunch with other friends before returning home to Denver. I called groomers and dog day care centers. No one could help me with my dog who would not survive in a hot car while I ate lunch. Boyd lake let my dog stay with. them during my lunch.

They treated her really well and prorated their daycare rate. So glad I didn't have to cancel my lunch as that was the only option available. If I lived in Loveland Boyd Lake would be my veterinarians.

Thanks so much to the staff (and groomers) for taking such good care of my cat, Norman during his visit. There are very few groomers who will even accept cats, but Norman was welcomed with open arms. And his fur was so soft and silky after. We will be back!

Love this facility and the staff! They are friendly, professional and treat my little dog with love and kindness. I have used boarding services, grooming and of course the vet services there for four years. Dr Carrie is great and I know my fur baby is getting the very best care. If you are looking for quality care for your animals definitely give them a try
