Great place! They carry a wet food that my cat loves. While it's not Meow Mix priced, it's affordable and something that I can feel comfortable feeding to my cat. I was slightly disappointed when I went in once and the woman who is normally there when I go in wasn't there, but I now realize that everyone there is just as helpful and friendly - never a bad experience!

Top level service and they care about the products they stock. Forget going to the megacorps who don't care about your pet AT ALL, and check this place out.

Went today to support a local business because I work next door and always walk by so I wanted to try it. Walked in told them I wanted to do the self service dog wash. Asked for me to pay ahead. No problem. The lady showed me how to use all the stuff and there was another couple in the other stall. Wet the dog and the water was very cool. I figured it just took a second to warm up. Shampoo the dog(at this point it's too late to stop) and go to rinse him and the water is cooler than before.

Keep rinsing thinking it'll warm up and it gets colder. My dog, who loves baths and showers is literally SHAKING. I turned the knob the other way because I thought they had the hot/cold backwards but no. It was the same all around. Freezing cold. So I hurried and rinsed him And dried him. Shaking the entire time. My hands were freezing from the water so I know he was cold and not scared.

After we were done I asked the employee if the water heater was out and she said they had the temps set to not get too hot on purpose but they had been doing a lot of dog washes lately and the water heater was struggling to keep up. Pretty upset that I paid $15 to spend about 3 minutes doing the actual wash. And pretty upset it was ice cold water.

If they knew the heater was struggling to keep up they should've said something because I could've given my dog a warm shower at home for free. I wanted this to be a fun experience but it wasn't. Before you go here ask if the water heater is working yet. Waste of $15 and gas to get to Loveland.

The service was great! My puppy still isn't used to getting her nails trimmed but the tech made sure she was comfortable and was very quick yet gentle with her. I would definitely recommend their services and will be going back!

This is a delightful site with wonderful owners who are dedicated to providing the very best for cats and dogs. My dog loves visiting and they have all the best toys and treats. They also have grain free cat food which my high maintenance feline needs. Yes, all my animals do is sleep.

Love this place. Brian and the other owners are so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We come here for all our cat and dog food, litter, and other necessities. Their prices are just as great as the people, and they only sell the best products. If you currently go to a chain store for pet food and supplies, I would highly recommend checking this place out instead. You can save yourself some time and money, have a more enjoyable experience, and happier, healthier pets!

Locally owned, all natural. Great place for all your dog or cat needs. Staff is very knowledgeable about nearly everything pet related. Bonus you can bring your fur baby in the store with you to get a self service dog wash or a fresh baked treat from their in store pet bakery. Love this place.
