Sam is an amazing person. I would definitely recommend coming here. The workers are amazing. Theres a guy that cleans out the water bowls and the food and cages. Very clean bit store. Lots of stands, toys and birds. I love this place so much! we got 3 birds from here. Im Mady and my dad is Jason we came today to get them groomed. birds look very healthy and they give good facts about birds. I love this place soo much! Have a wonderful memorial day weekend!

This place is amazing, the feel when you walk in is so amazing The whole staff was awesome and friendly, their birds are overly loved. HEATHER HELPED US WITH OUR BABIES GET THERE MANI PEDI'S DONE. so much great information and make you feel like your family. I totally recommend getting your birds stuff there as well as getting their beaks n toes done there. The price is right too.

The customer service is great. We came in to look around because my husband & me are Interested in getting a bird friend. As soon as we came in they showed us around, introduced us to all the birds & their personalities. It was very special. They also have a variety of toys & all things you may need to get started on your bird pet experience. Another thing to note is the birds get a lot of time to be free & play, which is essential for any creature. It also adds to the birds friendliness. I definitely recommend.

Our family stopped by Golden Cockatoo to look at a possible pet bird. Heather Eamigh was very kind and knowledgeable. She took her time with our girls and helped determine the best fit for our family and made sure we knew everything to properly care for the bird. The store was very clean and has a good variety of birds and supplies.

The most awesome experience ever! All the staff is wonderful. Especially Heather, who has been there forever and knows each bird's psychology super well. She spent time with us and taught us how to connect with each animal. The place is full of love. The animals love their mamas. I would literally want to life there! Best bird aviary ever! We had such a great time that we will definitely go back. Actually we are on the way driving over there again right now as I write this!

I got my baby Golden Conure and I am so grateful to meet Deborah at the store. She helped me out with everything. It is not only about the bird but the experience. She explained me everything about the species and send me text messages to know how the baby is going. Besides that their nursering service is amazing. When I travel, she send me photos and videos of Harry when hanging out with other birds. Couldnt be happier. Highly recommend, they love birds!

Golden Cockatoo was really fun. I needed a cage and all of the amenities for my new parakeet. Samantha was really knowledgeable, friendly, professional and set us up real nice. It's a fun place to visit if you just want to check out all the cool birds. Highly recommended if you're a bird lover.

It's a great little bird shop! They have a lovely variety of birds to buy as well. Lots of food and toys, too. Reply: It was a nice little bird shop until I got a smart remark because apparently writing a nice review for someone is offensive by not acknowledging the size of the building, but you can keep your four star review. Staff are very friendly and willing to answer any questions. Good deals on merchandise! We got 50% off a tall perch for our babies. Always love that they have the birds out to handle.

Staff is always super helpful and welcoming. Boarded my bird there a few times, and he always looks well taken care of upon my return. Grooming is quick and efficient. This shop is very clean, and it's evident their birds are very well tended to. There's a great assortment of toys and cage essentials.

I bought my princess (she is a queen of bavaria conure) in 2015 from Golden Cockatoo. I then bought my King (also a queen) in 2018 from them. It is now 2020, and I have been going to Golden Cockatoo for grooming, toys, and food since I got my little sunshines! I recently bought more cages, so they can enjoy the outdoors. Everyone there is very helpful and friendly!

I probably bother Debbie too much with all my questions haha, but she is always there for my babies! Especially since my King has been a little upset lately, so debbie showed me this product that had chamomile in it and has helped him calm down a bit :) So thankful for everyone there!

I recently (after weeks of research) decided I want to add a bird(s) to my family! I wanted to be sure I got a bird from a reputable store or breeder and with a knowledgeable staff to help me make my decision. I visited probably a dozen different places with mixed feelings and conditions before I came here. I was blown away by this place! Massive selection of beautiful and happy birds, extremely knowledgeable/kind family staff and the conditions were excellent.

I was interested in a cockatiel and they let me hold one and even walk around the store with him! The little fella was so tamed and enjoyed accompanying me as we walked around! The birds are hand raised by them so they were all so friendly and eager to be held and talked too. They have their personal birds out as well and they talk to you, let you see what your new feather friend can become and in one case, show alittle attitude (still cute!) If you're wanting a bird or any supplies for your bird, this is the go to place!

Awesome place! It's clean, nice and love all the birds! Sadly I'm still not getting a bird. I'm looking forward to get a cockatiel or a pineapple conure! And I think this is the place where I can gladly get them!

Came here with my in laws doing research on different breeds of birds - and man this place is amazing! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, an overall extremely pleasant experience for us all! The birds were very social and sweet - our boys (and all of us) enjoyed talking to them and holding them. The store was organized, clean and quite large. Can definitely recommend!

Absolutely I would recommend! Came here yesterday on a recommendation of a friend. and first and foremost I have to give a HUGE recommendation and thank you for the care and evident true love Katie has for birds. We just moved here from CT in December and our African Grey parrot has only gone to our vet for nail and beak trimmings and she not only calmed our grey before the nail trim but throughout the whole process she kept her calm and was very gentle and did as good if not better job than our vet did ensuring our bird's nails were properly trimmed and not sharp.

The owner and rest of staff were wonderful and totally helpful and as a bonus found a perfect clearance'd play-stand that we've been looking for at a great price! Just going to jump right in! I freaking love this place. I stopped by a year ago and looked around and came back a few months ago and got an umbrella cockatoo. I still have to visit her at the store since she's still not ready to come home. So I'm there a couple days every week. Debbie showed me her and I fell in Love instantly. I know she's in good hands there and it's an awesome feeling.

These people give the birds so much love and it shows. Ruth and Ian are my people of choice to ask a million questions and they always help me learn new things about bird parenting. All the birds there are such sweethearts! Also another plus is their toys are priced very well. A lot of pet supply stores try to beat you in the head but they don't and they don't try to push you to buy things nor birds.

I almost forgot to add they have a good points system when you shop with them. Staff is awesome and feels like family, whenever i go on vacation I can be confident in leaving my bird with them and she will be taken care of. Certainly would buy another baby from them.

Came by being a newbie in the bird world and wanted to seek advice and guidance. This place is amazing. Super clean and they have a nice selection of bird but ALL the birds are friendly, healthy, and sweet. That goes along way. A lot of the birds are not in cages. Even the ones in cages run up to you to give affection. They don't have many to one cage either I loved that.

I really enjoyed coming here. The people there are very knowledgeable. I didn't buy a bird just yet but I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new bird to go here.

LOVE THIS PLACE! The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell that they really care for the birds like it is their own. I have placed my goffin here when I went off to vacation and it seems like he really enjoyed his time there.

My dogs love the dog toys they are starting to carry! They love their rope toys, and Mango lives to throw her blocks down at the dogs from he top of her perch! Lol!

As new found bird lovers we were in the area and couldn't resist the temptation. We went in and everyone was friendly, we were greeted immediately. They have a great selection of food, toys and gorgeous parrots. I feel in love with a Major Mitchell. Their birds are higher priced than in Miami but love how they're all social and friendly. We will be back, great experience!

Ruth and Debbie were amazing! They spent quality time talking to us and teaching us about the birds. The store is very very clean and the birds look well cared for. They were kissing the birds and very passionate about their jobs! I highly recommend this store!

Let me start off by saying this is the cleanest and friendliest bird store I have even been to! Upon our first visit we were greeted by Debbie, who right away you can tell LOVES the birds! She spend quite some time with us, answering all our questions, addressing all our concerns, getting to know us and making us feel comfortable around all these birds.

Over the next few weeks we had the pleasure of dealing with Ruth, who was quick to share her knowledge on each and every bird, and Ian who shared tips on handling and feeding the Caique we finally took home. Overall the entire staff is friendly, comfortable around the birds and very helpful! Anyone looking for a pet bird should do themselves a favor and visit this place. You will not be disappointed!

Almost new to bird ownership! Katie has answered what feels like a million questions for us, phone and email. She is so patient with us. We will be back very very soon to make a deposit on a baby.

This place is great! All of the birds look healthy as well as happy. They're all well socialized and you can tell the employees really care about the animals and want them to have the perfect future homes. Every time I go there are fresh veggies and clean water in every cage. The whole place is clean (amazing for a bird store) and it's a charming set up.

They even have little benches set up so you can grab your favorite bird and sit down for some possible bonding time for your future family member. The cage prices are fair and there always seems to be something on special. Also, if you're interested, they have a very active facebook page where they share videos and sales information.
