Our 10 month old puppy had never boarded and I was a little anxious to leave her especially as she is only 8 pounds. I called initially and Michael was extremely informative and friendly while we went through the options for her stay. We scheduled a visit and everyone was extremely friendly. I had a tour of the facilities and was very impressed and noted how spotlessly clean it was.

When I picked up our puppy after her stay she was so happy, albeit exhausted from playing with all the other puppies! Throughout her stay I could text or telephone Pet Lover Central and I also had access to the puppy cams for the day care. I would highly recommend and would definitely use them again!

Didn't have a good experience. Won't be back. - Constant barking. My dog was shell shocked when I picked him up. - When I booked with Michael, I wasn't told my 70lb dog would be in a crate. So I was told for another $6/day he could be in a glass enclosure. I agreed but was charged $8/day. - There is a $1/day charge for insurance, per an email they send their customers.

I never got the email but had to pay anyway. I knew nothing about it. - When I booked the stay for over a week, I was entitled to one free day. Of course they forgot to reflect the free day on my bill. Luckily I caught it. - I gave them tons of treats and medication in a large baggie. I never got it back. It somehow got lost per the owner. - My dog pooped 2-3 days worth after I picked him up - My dog had a serious bloody wound from licking his paw.

The owner claims they look at the dogs daily. They didn't look at my dog. I spent about $20 on medication etc. so it would get better. It's still is not 100% healed weeks later. - Enough said

Nice people but my dog needs a little bit more tender love and care when it comes to being introduced to other dogs, not being shoved in a small space with 20 Other dogs on day one. I would have hoped for more communication. They seem too busy. If your dog needs more space and can be nervous at first this may not be the best place for you and your dog.

I can't recommend PLC enough! When we walk in the door my dogs go nuts, they're so excited. Someone is there 24 hours, which is so important to us. Most, if not all, of the surrounding boarding facilities do not have a human there overnight. Everyone who works there is so nice and makes sure your dog will have an incredible, and safe, time. If you need daycare or overnight boarding, definitely pick Petlover Central!

Amazing place and staff. Our puppy, Truffle, went for a two week class and we can already see a huge difference. She is more focused and attentive. We are thrilled with what Billie taught her. Thank you!

My dogs love Pet Lover Central and it's such a comfort for me to leave them! They are full service doggie day care, with boarding and training. The staff is awesome and I highly recommend!

My pup Reginald absolutely LOVES his time at daycare (photo for proof). It's always hard to trust that your dog is going to be taken care of when you're not around but I can honestly say everyone at PLC is so caring and accommodating. I have talked to MaryRose a ton and she is always looking out for all the animals and making sure their health and safety are #1 priorities.

I have used a few different day cares prior and while they were all nice, PLC goes above and beyond to ensure that you feel comfortable leaving your dog in their care. My pup loves EVERYONE in there, but especially Taylor for giving him extra treats. Thank you so much for all you do!

My dogs love Petlover Central, they run to the door when we arrive. The staff truly care about your pet. It is clean, organized and my babies sleep soundly when they come home because they have had so much fun! Highly recommend them for the day or for your vacation. Best doggie day care in the tri-county area.

It was so reassuring knowing that our wheaten terrier, Hannah, was in good hands. We watched the video cam and it was nice to see her interacting with other dogs. She rarely gets to do this and she seemed very happy to be there. Also, what was great, she came home very tired; it made our coming home easier knowing that we didn't have to run her around the hood to tire her out.

The bathing was great as well as she smells terrific, which was a nice bonus, rather than coming home smelling less than perfect. Thank you for taking such good care of her and if we are able to start traveling again, you will be our first call.

Billie and Pet Lovers were a life saver! Billie's kindness and love of dogs shines through in everything she does. She is a true dog whisperer. My daughter and her little dog are new to the area and he needed a bit more training. I felt overwhelmed and didn't know where to turn. We did the 4-week board and train program and could not be happier with the results.

The couple follow-up sessions have been very helpful too so we can apply what he learned during his training to his new environment (and the follow-ups were more for the humans than our pup, but *super* helpful). Thank you Pet Lovers!

We are new to the area & took our two dogs to Petlover Central over the Thanksgiving holiday. The staff was wonderful - very friendly & genuinely interested in our dogs needs, ensuring we left at ease. The dogs were great, very happy when we arrived for pick up. I was very apprehensive leaving our dog for a week, as she has never been left alone with strangers before. Our dog was well taken care as if she was the staff's personal dog! All anxieties were relieved! I recommend Petlover Central to everyone!

What a wonderful experience from my first contact with Mary Rose to all of the friendly kind staff. If my puppy Stella could write the review she would say. I loved playing with the other dogs. I was cool and comfortable. The teachers watched me and the friends I made so carefully. I felt safe and cared for. Everyone who greeted me was so friendly and made me feel happy. Best place to board your dog! They are so friendly and take great care of your animals. My dog stayed for a weekend and not only did he come back smelling and looking great, he came back exhausted. So thankful that I found a place I trust to take care of my fur baby. Will definitely be back!

Everyone is amazing at Pet Lovers Central! My little guy loves going so much, he tries to open the door himself! I really enjoy the interactions we've had with Mary Rose, and Romeo loves her little pup Ginger. She goes above and beyond to insure Romeo is well taken care of. We are extremely cautious over Romeo and his care. Do not hesitate to bring your pup here for a fun day of play at daycare!

I took my 10 month olds puppy to play and she didn't do much. I watched her nearly the entire time thru the video cam. She's now 1 year old snd her second visit was amazing. She was in there playing. The assistant in the room watches out for all of them. I'm going to start a weekly visit just for her fun. All the staff is amazing dog lovers I would say. I'm thrilled to have them near home even. You can trust You fur baby here.

I did really love this place. But, unfortunately my sweet girl picked up kennel cough there and had a terrible time! She was in the hospital for four days, thousands of dollars later, they did call once to ask how she was. More than a temperament test, better a health test.

My dog has been coming here since he was a puppy for both daycare and boarding. The staff is so kind and attentive I never worry when he's staying there! It's also so nice that he isn't crated during the day and I can watch him play. I can't recommend this place enough!

This place is amazing! My 6 month old puppy just went for training and I most definitely will be using their services again. Communication through the whole stay was phenomenal and informative. Billie and the staff were so great every step of the way. Highly highly recommend!

If you need a place to board your dog or just want a place they can socialize and play with other dogs, this is the place! Friendly, attentive staff, clean play areas and a lot of options to pamper your pet if they board. I've been using them for many years and I wouldn't trust my dog to anyone else.

We love Petlovers! my girl Jojo the frenchie looks forward to her time at PLC every week. The staff is amazing and shows Jojo so much love. I never thought I would board my pup but I am confident in PLC and have booked her first weekend stay. I know they treat these pups like their own! Thank you PLC!

Read all the great reviews, then went and got the tour. We booked a 7 day gold pkg stay. We picked up our 10lb Maltese shiztu and I knew she was sick, wheezing and coughing on the way home. Well, it's conjunctivitis and an upper respiratory infection and a vet bill on top of the PetCentral bill. I called to speak to the manager to make her aware of the issues and I was told it's like a child with a cold.

They do what they can. She also went on to tell me what a great time my dog had playing with all the other dogs. They have a floor staff with plenty of people who told us, when we picked her up, that she was shy and quiet and did not really play with any dogs. Don't know if she was trying to smooth things over or what The owner just phoned and now I feel that my concerns were addressed. 1 or more dogs were sick and an honest update on my dog is more appreciated that a lie!

My puppy presented with an upper respiratory following his 4 hour stay at this facility. While he is receiving appropriate treatment and medical care, this reinforces my decision not to return. If assigning a 0 to rating was possible, I would surely do so.

PLC is an amazing place to bring your babies. Simon is discerning and hasn't liked other daycare places, but he goes to PLC without a problem and is even excited to be there! The employees are kind and attentive and know our Simon by name when we bring him in. Pricing is actually competitive for the area after doing some comparative research which is a great thing as well. We use PLC for day care and boarding and Simon seems to like both! Keep doing what you're doing.

Highly recommend Petlover Central. The staff is amazing, they go above and beyond to make sure the dogs are taking care of. The pet cameras is the best while I'm at work to make sure my puppy is in good hands. She comes in happy wagging her tail, and leaves exhausted.

Best ever! My fur baby goldendoodle is a regular at Petlovers central. It's her favorite place on the planet. She can't wait to jump out of the car and literally runs full speed down the hall to see her friends. This is a perfect place for your happy high energy posh puppy. She is exhausted afterwards, and the next day too. The staff is amazing and loving.

For over- protective parents like me, it's fantastic becuase I can watch her shenanigans on screen all day. There's always staff in every room. Petlovers is a big part of her life. Billy the trainer pulls her out and trains her while she's there! A win/win. We absolutely love it. We have been going for almost a year and have zero complaints. Simply fabulous!.

This is an extremely well run daycare. From the online tools, the welcome sign, online cameras and preparedness when you drop off & pick up your dog. Curbside service is a bonus. The facilities are spotless. Everyone is focused and the business model is impressive. From the dog's perspective, she simply loved it. The play rooms are inside with AC at all times with an attendant or two at all times.

Ability to watch all day on web cam is a comforting bonus as well. My dog came home so happy and exhausted. She will be attending weekly. I will also board her there when traveling for business and not stressing. Boarding facilities were also spotless and clear walls instead of chain link. Full time attendant there when boarding too. I'm so relieved to have a place where my dog is not only happy but well taken car of. Very impressed with Petlover Central. Several of my neighbors' dogs attend to with glowing reviews as well.

I've been bringing my dog Arthur for years, since he was a pup. They have been so sweet to him and he gets excited just when we pull into the parking lot. The team at PLC is so accommodating and kind to myself and my pup. They are the truly the best!

My 2 doggies spent 3 days/2 nights over Thanksgiving. They loved loved loved it. They had so much fun -- we got to watch them over the webcam. I didn't have to worry about them at all as they were being taken care of and having so much fun with the other dogs. The staff there are excellent with the dogs, small, mid and large sizes. Its indoors and they have a good area to play in.

The big plus is how easy it was to register and book, and I didn't have to worry about paying them while picking up my dogs. Everything was already taken care of. They also offer grooming services and if u forgot food, they can provide it too for a very reasonable fee. Definitely coming back!

By far the best place to bring your dog. Someone is there 24 hours which is so important to me. They have web cams and post daily photos on Facebook so you can check up on your dog. My dog Jax LOVES it there. When we walk up to the door he goes nuts. We do boarding and daycare and I've never had any complaints, only a happy and exhausted pup when I pick him up!

Pet Lover Central folks take really good care of Cozmo the Muffin Man. I can leave him for several hours or a week and the Coz comes home happy and healthy.

I would never leave my 2 dogs anywhere else but PLC! The dogs are Rufus and Hanna both from Peggy Adams in Wpb. They have been going to PLC for almost 10 years.and now that they are "geriatric" canines, it is more important than ever that they well cared for. No one can believe that Rufus will be 15 (chocolate Lab) in June and Hanna (Ridgeback mix) will be 15 in Sept. both have arthritis in their hind legs and occasionally trip and fall.

Occasionally I have to help Rufus to stand up. Now more than ever, I am grateful for the care and attention that Rufus and Hanna receive from all the staff. They are outstanding!

If there is one thing we can all agree on, it is that there is nothing better than a tired puppy! We adopted a 5 month old puppy recently, and both of us work full-time so we decided it was only fair to him to bring him to daycare. Roo had such a great (and exhausting) first day of daycare yesterday that he did not want to wake up for dinner last night! Needless to say, Petlover Central is the best daycare in the Boca & Delray area!

From the very first day, they have treated our baby Roo like their own and that's what matters most to us! The best part- we are able to watch Roo play with his buddies all day long through the live webcam feature that they offer, which puts us at ease while we are at work. Even better, they send us a report card for Roo everyday including pictures of him with his buddies!

Today was Roo's second day at daycare and as we walked through the door, the warm and friendly staff offered Roo a warm welcome back for another fun day! As we all know, there are so many doggy daycares in the area to chose from (and several are less expensive), however I would not consider any other place after just one day of daycare with Petlover Central.

The passionate and knowledgeable staff make the place stand out from all of the others. Thank you to all of the amazing staff who take care of our baby when we cannot! Kellie & Dylan
