My absolute favorite pet store in Raleigh! Hometown feeling but with a high level of service and care! I love using the online Phetch ordering then picking up in store!

We were shopping for a crate cover for our new puppy. After doing some research we figured out what cover we wanted to go with and saw that this location had the one I wanted in stock. I called ahead to check if they had them and if the ones shown on the inventory were the only ones or if they had different patterns that weren't showing online as I wasn't the biggest fan of the patterns.

I was told that what the inventory online shows was what was actually in the store. So we decided to to go ahead and drive out and pick up one of the ones they had in stock. So we load up the dogs and drive for half an hour to this store. When we go in the store there are 3 employees behind the counter. I go straight to where the covers should be with our adult dog while my girlfriend takes the puppy around to explore.

I spend 20 minutes searching through all the crate covers looking for a Molly mutt crate cover in the right size but cannot find one. During this the 3 employees remain behind the counter without offering to help. Finally once the puppy is finished exploring I tell my girlfriend I cannot find it and we will have to ask someone to help. When we go to the counter to ask for assistance since clearly no one was going to offer any assistance.

The employee looks on the computer and says they have multiple covers in the size we need. They walk to the section and look for 5 minutes without finding the cover. They then say maybe it got moved and walk to another section where they again fail to find the cover. She tells us the inventory must be wrong and they don't have one so I leave. My girlfriend talks to the employee to tell them that we called and were told the inventory was correct and the only reply she got was "I didn't take that call".

I understand inventory being off but when I call ahead and am told it is in stock but it isn't not to mention multiple employees just hanging out behind the counter instead of helping customers it is just unacceptable. I have been to this store many times before and had a good experience with the service and selection but the customer service has clearly gone way down recently and I have no plans of returning.

HUGE selection of cat products! Great food choices, lots of cat litter options, the toy section is expansive, plenty of beds, cat trees and everything in between.

Found this place on the internet. They have my dogs dogfood the most reasonable I've seen. It was at least twenty $ below retail value! Nice people and I will be back. You can order online-and they deliver if you are close enough

I love this store for my GSD, Tara. The products are reasonably priced, the products are of the best quality, and they have the greatest toys. I don't live in Raleigh anymore, but I routinely make the trip from Greenville to this store to buy things from here for Tara that I simply can't find anywhere else. klaceysphotography.art

I've never shopped there, but I give them 5 stars for the cute doggie I got to look at while waiting in line for the NC plate agency to open up. Thank you for making that line just a little less tedious. Recommendation: put a little sign in the window so we know his/her name.

Great store with excellent selection and even better customer service. Dog friendly - free treats and samples. I've been here plenty of times before and always had a good experience, but my last visit I experienced over the top customer service so I was compelled to write a review. The man helped me find the most "chew proof" toys (doesn't really exist) but they had a lot of good options. He also went in depth about various bones and edible products for my dogs. Highly recommend this place to spoil your pups.

Jordan is the best, so helpful with both our young dog Lillie and our older dog. Great staff, fun place to bring your dog. They have a great deal of food options. supporter of area rescue groups! Have wonderful treats for adult dogs too.

I love this store. There are tons of options to choose from and the staff is beyond helpful. Originally I assumed my dogs food would be expensive compared to other stores. I did switch brands but the price was relatively the same. They also offer delivery within a certain amount of miles from the store.
