Bought my dog here as a puppy a few years ago. The worker who first "helped" me was extremely rude and turned me away and I'm guessing it's since the dog was pretty expensive. Second lady was helpful so I got the dog from her. When I got him examined a week later by my own trusted vet, I found out he had a hernia. They told me I could just "swap" him for another dog or get it repaired at a vet of their choice.

It was pretty obvious he came from a puppy mill but I really wanted to take him out of that poo filled cage he was in. I paid to have my TRUSTED vet perform the surgery on him. 4 years strong and he's still doing great. I would definitely avoid this place.

The owner of this business has assaulted multiple women for expressing their views about the care these dogs receive. Please read previous comments and do not support this horrible man. There are about a million other humane ways to shop for dogs (if you aren't open to adopting).

We were able to get a same day appointment & my boyfriend and I came in just to see what was there.we ended up leaving with our little pup Sage whom we love so much already! The parking is very limited and it's definitely better to call ahead because they don't let a lot of people in at once. All the puppies I saw were healthy, happy, and playful.

The location of the business is what makes the place seem a little questionable but the staff was great and so helpful. We had no issues. We had an appointment right after meeting out puppy and they let us come pick her up afterwards! So nice. And we got all the required paperwork to fly back to Boston with her with no issues.

Avoid this place, at all costs! Years ago I purchased (what I was told) a purebred Boxer. Five years later and let me tell you, the Boxer is FAR from being a purebred. "Continental Kennel Club" isn't even a legitimate organization. I love my dog very much, even though she's obviously a mixed breed. If any lawyers are interested in pursuing this from a legal perspective, I'm all in.

I recently purchased two dogs from this business wonderful service I would recommend Just Puppies for your next dog purchase.

I know people are against puppy shops and puppy mills and all that. However, 8 years ago I got a miniature schnauzer from this shop after searching for breeders and in shelters. Let me tell you she is the most amazing dog! From the first day she was so sweet, well behaved and easy to train. She has been a complete joy. Fast forward to this year I decide to get another puppy again I began my search and after months of no luck I decided to stop in to just puppies again.

First off everyone at the shop is so sweet and attentive. The gentleman named Ashley was beyond helpful he was so knowledgeable about the breed I was looking for. He gave me so much information and let me come back several times before making my decision. Again I got a wonderful puppy! Another amazing sweet girl that I am beyond happy with! Thank you just puppies for all the information you provided me in adding a another beautiful pup to our family!

Puppies sourced from puppy mills. Sick puppies. People are taken advantage of and puppies suffer and die. Horrible place. Buyer beware.

So we decided to stop by on a Saturday and there was a sign that said appointments only. We didn't have one, but since we were there already I called and they happily let us come in and visit. They have about 50 very cute puppies there. Most of them were pure breeds. We actually fell in love with a Pomeranian/beagle mix, which was a third of the price of some of the pure breeds.

The girls there answered all my questions and were very helpful. Very happy with my overall visit. Warning though. Your intentions may be to just look, but there's a high chance you might be walking out with a new member to your family that day. Meet Whiskey.

Appt only - which is really nice because it doesn't get crowded like some other places with people hovering over eachother. the employees are very nice, it was very clean and the puppies are all so CUTE! I wanted to take them all (lol) - We actually ended up getting 2 mini dachshaunds from here, and they are the best puppies ever! Happy, healthy and thriving!

I LOVE my Malshi that was purchased from Just Puppies! He's very healthy, active, & so loveable. We've had him (Leo) for just over a month & he's been fantastic! We ADORE him. Thanks to the staff at Just Puppies for guiding us through our selection!

Saw the puppy online. fell in love, called them and made appointment and reserved the puppy. Excellent customer service. The puppy was ready to go when we got there. All papers were ready and they were most helpful in what we would need. and we have a healthy/fun puppy

I didn't get to see the puppies in person. They said serious inquiries only. I guess my email wasn't serious enough. I felt turned away. So I went to petland the same day and found a beautiful new member of our family. A dachshund puppy.

My puppy is healthy as all can be! We got her in September 2020 and price was very reasonable I was looking and looking for a few months for a perfect puppy and one day I was just looking and happen that they posted her 1 hour before I saw it, even though it was appointment only they fit us in, as soon as I picked her up I just knew right away she was mine and we just had a bond we love her and she loves us this picture is a couple months old but she will be a year June 2021 a perfectly healthy border collie

We came here to have some fun & play with puppies. Fast forward a few hours, we went home with a puppy. She's 9 months old now and she has the BEST personality. No regrets! The staff is super nice. They keep the all the puppies very clean. It's obvious that they care. First picture is the day we got her

Look into rescuing please. this place is sketchy and used puppy mills. Don't come here

This is a clean place, not overcrowded with puppies, but regardless, it is very obvious these are mill dogs. I came to see a chihuahua puppy and brought a dog savvy friend with me to check for illnesses. The puppy was underage, even though it said 8 weeks on her documents. How ever, this dog could only toddle around like a younger puppy would. Her gums were white, belly big, and hip bones were prominent.

It was obvious she had worms. She was also barking and whining like crazy, even cuddling her didn't soothe her. I suspect again this is because of being taken away too early. She would even try to suckle on my finger. The cherry on the cake is when they wouldn't disclose any pictures of her parents, and the breeder listed has no website or reviews. Pretty sketchy!

We got our Havanese puppy girl over there and she is wonderful, and she brought a lot a happiness for my husband and I. We just love her! Linda was the lady that helped us over there at the store and she was great. The store was very clean and organized! Five stars for them!

Very limited parking and expensive puppies make this a lower rating for me. Though they do have some more well known breeds, that are incredibly accessible at the location. A good amount of Shiba Inu, and Siberian Huskies. Best place to play with puppies in Orlando.

How do places like this still exist? Please look into rescues, they often have puppies too. This place is not kind to the puppies they sell, they are too young to be in the store crying and receiving no comfort outside of visitors during daytime.

We got our pup here. She's healthy and happy. It's sad though that these puppies come from a puppy mill in Missouri. They gave my pup a bath before taking her home which was nice. I really liked that they let you interact with the pup before making a decision

I bought my little Boston terrier from Just puppies in January 2018. I had a great experience with this store. They let you play with the all puppies and there is no pressure for you to buy. One of the employees, Ashley, gave me all the information i needed to feel comfortable buying my new puppy (first time dog owner). He also gave me a bag of dog food, two collars, a leash, and a vet recommendation.

Since that time my new Boston terrier pup, Otis, is 8 months and has had no issues. He's a great friendly dog and I would buy from them again. I also wouldn't mind stopping by again just to play with the dogs.

On November 24th (a little over 3 months ago) my 11 year old daughter asked me if we can go to Just Puppies to look at all the cute puppies. I said sure but I'm not buying a dog.we can go to look because seeing all the puppies puts you in a good mood. We walked around and played with a few of them and then we were heading out the door.my daughter spotted a couple of Huskies in the back room and asked me if she could go see them (by the way that's her favorite breed of dog) I walked back there with her and I immediately picked one of them up and it was love at first sight.needless to say we ended up buying him and I have no regrets. He's my baby.

I love him so much.he's a fantastic, well mannered little boy. The staff was so nice and extremely helpful. I took him to my vet a couple of days after I bought him and he got a clean bill of health! Thank you Just Puppies for giving us our best friend.he's amazing!

A few years ago, I purchased a puppy from this store and he was absolutely adorable! Since then, I have returned several times to look at additional animals. However, over the years, service has gone down hill and there is no longer a warm and inviting atmosphere. It's actually - become quite aggressive and even violent! On Sunday, September 16th, I was visiting Just Puppies at approximately 3:30pm in the afternoon.

At this time, a woman (suburban housewife type) entered the store and began expressing her concerns about the well being of the animals. A very gruff male employee began chasing her out of the store and began to assault her outside the windows. He choked her, pushed her on to the ground and threatened to punch her in the face if she didn't leave.

The lady was able to escape the man and began banging on the windows. several patrons of the store began making jokes and NO employees intervened. The man began chasing the woman down the street and pushed her against a cyclone fence and was assaulting her. This assault caused traffic to stop and men began to come to the defense of the woman. I called 911 for immediate help because the woman was in danger of being seriously hurt by this maniac.

Who knew that shopping for a puppy could become so dangerous?!? I definitely will NOT be returning to this location and highly recommend that you avoid this place - poor company ethics and potentially dangerous to your safety & life!

I came in to look at buying a new puppy. A lady came in protesting against puppy mills, and the employee of just puppies started assaulting her and physically hitting her, then started choking her, pushed her against the ground as hard as he could and then push her again against a fence. What a terrible experience! I understand she was being a little too crazy by protesting and yelling, but he had NO excuse to hit her, choke her and shove her to a fence as hard as he could. If that's the way he treats people by using violence then I have 0% respect for this pet store.

I'm not going to review this place based on my beliefs on puppy mills and these types of establishments. I am going to however, rate it based on my experience. They are generally cleaner than other establishments I've seen. That is about it. Staff isn't very friendly and my biggest problem has to be the fact that their puppies were sick.

I got my puppy from them and I love him to death but he had parvo virus. The second day home we had to take him to the emergency room. Parvo virus is extremely contagious and sure enough when I went back they were closed and half the dogs were gone. The fact they still remain open after such a deadly virus was running rampant inside that store bewilders me.

If you go in there and see any pups that are extra lethargic or not interested there's probably something wrong. They did pay for my vet bills however. That is why they get two stars.

Normally I love coming here when I visit home from college, but recently I have been hearing negative things about it but chose to ignore them. Today I visited with a friend from home and I was holding a dog in one arm against my torso, taking a picture and a short Caucasian man with a beard came over to me and gave me MAJOR attitude for "holding the dog with one hand" and that "I won't drop my precious little phone but I would drop the dog." I am extremely careful and gentle with any and all animals, especially since I've had dogs my whole life.

I was considering getting the dog I was holding (hence the picture taking) when he yelled at me, but it made my friend and I so mad that it completely put me off the mood and we left. Horrible staff.

I bought my labradoodle here 3 years ago, after several visits to the store while deciding. The staff is very helpful and friendly and they let you play with the puppies to get to know them and make a decision. We're very happy with our dog, and our decision to buy a young puppy. Just Puppies had a free vet appointment for first shots that was included with the purchase price, and I liked the vet (Dr. Nunez) so much that he became our regular vet. In addition, they have guarantees for certain problems you may have with a new puppy, but luckily we never had to take advantage of that.

I bought my puppy here. I'm thinking about getting my little brother a puppy here but it's a tad bit over price. I like how the puppies aren't in tiny glass cage like the other Puppies store. They have a wide selection. And they often update their website. My fiance's parents bought 3 of their puppies here before. My puppy Bow is healthy and energetic, she's hypoallergenic which is great because I'm allergic to dogs.

I definitely recommend it. -if have bad allergies, don't go to the back room. You will have a sneezing fit This place is clean, spacious and the employees are very informative.
