Shannon Centola, owner of Buckhead Pet Pals, next to her husband Mike, and her children Michael and Liv. Buckhead Pet Pals Stemmed from a difficulty in finding trustworthy cat sitter, a changing job market and life's priorities. While walking around a golf course in Brookhaven trying to decide her career direction, Shannon came across a lost dog whom she reconnected with its owners. After seeing the sense of relief at being reunited with their pet, she took this as a sign to start a pet sitting service.
In order to provide top tier service to all of our clients, we have a few "fine print" items of which you should be aware. Read our policies here. We will take your dog for a run around your neighborhood! During summer months, we only do morning and evening runs to avoid midday heat for safety reasons.
Dogs require a lot of play and movement that sometimes as pet owners can't personally give. Lucky for them, we can! Keep them fit, loved and healthy with our Midday Dog Walks. Dog walking and exercising is our specialty. We let them socialize, explore the town and get stimulated by scents, all while getting to know their own neighborhood.
Dogs are playful creatures of habit that will share life with you outside, or wait for you patiently at home. Our pet sitters will work to maintain your pet's routine to minimize stress while you're away. All pet sitting services include dog walking, feeding, belly rubs, light conversation and cleanup.

I've been using Buckhead Pet Pals for almost a year. Their customer service is amazing and the app is easy to use - I love the journal feature. Camila is great with following up. I use their cat sitting services for when I go out of town. I have Catherine as my regular sitter which is really nice because she knows the kitties and they have gotten very comfy with her!
I have a shy one who has been letting her give some pets! She always takes a bunch of great photos and little videos of my babies which makes being away from them easier. And when Catherine is already scheduled or unavailable, BPP works to find another sitter for us and we have a meet and greet to get aquatinted. This only happened twice and both other sitters have been great too! I highly recommend them to anyone in the area who needs trustworthy pet services!

Buckhead Pet Pals is truly great and trustworthy. The two sitters they have provided for my kitties in the past 3 years have been incredible. They are loving, attentive, and so caring with my kitties. My current sitter, Robin, is the absolute greatest. Shannon is running a great business and her dedication really shows!

Everyone at Buckhead Pet Pals is just fantastic--they have been our go-to folks since at least 2005. In particular, Andrea P. and Robin C. are just tremendous. We get prompt updates on the dudes, funny pictures, and I know they are in the best of hands. They always accommodate changes in preferences among the pets (particularly as they age), and their attention to detail is top notch, particularly if one of the dudes has been under the weather.
We also love that Buckhead Pet Pals always has new sitters visit with the family and fuzzies before the first appointment--it is so professional and reassuring. I would give even more stars for the service if I could. Truly outstanding!

Love Catherine! I traveled to visit my parents (we all quarantined for a month ahead of time) and was so worried about leaving my little girl (my cat Henley). Normally I have a friend check on her, but no one was available this time. A coworker recommended Buckhead Pet Pals to me so I reached out. From the moment I first contacted them, the owner and my cat sitter were VERY responsive.
No question was left unanswered, and I could tell they really love animals. They do a meet and greet before watching your pet - so Catherine came over the weekend before I left (masked of course), and met Henley. We went over her schedule, where everything is, favorite hiding places, etc. My little tuxedo took an immediate liking to Catherine. I felt very comfortable leaving Henley in her care. Buckhead Pet Pals has a journal entry system where every day your sitter documents when they arrived, when they left, status of food, water, and litter, as well as other information.
They also write a little journal entry and share photos of their visit. Catherine was great about updating every day, and I really enjoyed hearing how Henley was and seeing lots of cute photos of them playing. All in all, I am incredibly happy with my experience and will be using Catherine & Buckhead Pet Pals for every trip going forward. I HIGHLY recommend!

We are grateful for Shannon and the Buckhead Pet Pals team. Catherine and Robin are fantastic pet sitters and show so much passion and care to our 3 pets. We are thankful we can both trust and depend on them when we are away - not everyone wants to hang out with two huge Great Danes and a pesky kitty.! Buckhead Pet Pals has been excellent to work with the last 3 years! I have two cats and Maurice has been an awesome cat sitter from day one. Communication is perfect and I get lots of pictures when I'm out of town. I have felt safe, secure and very happy with the services provided for my fur babies in my home. I'd definitely recommend them if you are in need of excellent pet care!

I have used Buckhead Petpals for awhile now. One of my cats has to take medication everyday, so when I go out of town I have to hire a sitter. Kaitlyn looked after my two cats over Holiday break. She was amazing. She clearly loves animals. She came everyday and gave my cat his meds. She fed the cats and sent me messages every day to help calm my anxiety about leaving my animals. I would recommend her 100%!

We've been using Buckhead Pets Pals for over a year now and we couldn't be happier with the service we've received. Becca and Ann who come to take care of our cat is very reliable and communicative while we're out of town.
