We've been "grooming" our dog at home since we first got him, he's always been way too anxious when we take him to the vet or elsewhere. After 5 years we caved in and wanted to have some professional help. Mom and pups took him for an appointment within a week knowing he may end up being a tough groom. To my surprise, Simba ended up doing great and they were able to give him the full service. They must really know how to work around an anxious dog if they were able to groom Simba!

The first time I took my Yorkie for grooming I was pleased. The second trip was an entirely different story. After 6 hours we received the call she was ready. When my husband picked her up he was told she had been "nicked". When she got home I looked at her "nick" and was shocked to see one of her nipples was almost cut completely off. I was horrified.

We did not receive a call or any concern about the incident. The grooming was also unsatisfactory. I have had 5 Yorkies and this was the worse grooming I have ever had. Will not be returning to Mom & Pups for any reason.

Called in to inquire about switching my dog from wet to dry food and could barely get a word out before being rushed off the phone. Will not visit after phone experience.

I adopted a rescue dog back in April 2021, and I am still learning how he deals with different situations. I just got tired of doing the bath thing outside in the drive way. I decided today to take him to Mom and Pups and use their self service bath station. It looks likes they are busy on Saturdays, so I recommend calling ahead and reserving a spot.

They provide everything you need, including different types of shampoos. My dog did not like the high volume blower, and she brought me extra towels. From now on I, am going to bath him here. Lot more comfortable, and I do not have to deal with the mess at home. He came out smelling great, and he got some extra treats at the checkout counter. I think it was a win win for everyone involved.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Mom & Pups using their Do It Yourself washing stations. I brought in my new lab rescue that is VERY anxious and we were treated so kindly. I will definitely be back and recommend this place to all my family and friends in the area.

This place gave my baby an awful haircut. My dog was the sweetest girl in the world and they didn't even finish grooming her. They told us she was a bad dog and were very rude on the phone. My dog wasn't bad she was the best and she died a few weeks later with this establishment's awful haircut.

Worst grooming experience we've ever had. My dog looked worse after the cut and had a hole in her tail where they botched it. Give them a call and see what their customer service is like, that should have been my first warning. Good luck if you use them

Great little store. I bring our pups for a quick nail trim. Really easy and usually very fast. Our dogs never come out traumatized or upset. The groomers really do a great job. Highly recommend!

Mom and Pups is the best place to shop! They have everything you could ever want for your dog or cat. Great groomers and a fantastic selection of food. They even have a DIY dog bathing area. Ford loves to come for baths with Bri or Porche and they are great at dremeling his nails. Christina keeps a great selection of items you can't find at the big pet stores. Pictured here are a birthday bone, hat and toy all for Ford's first birthday! It wouldn't have been complete without these special items from our favorite neighborhood pet store!

I have brought by dog in here twice to get his nails trimmed & they do a great job! Friendly & always offer him a treat afterwards. Definitely recommend this place for any grooming needs.

Owner is very accommodating. They always have a great selection of pet accessories and treats. The groomers do a fantastic job. The self service tubs are great for my large shepherd.

My pom has been going here for about two years now and he always looks absolutely adorable when I pick him up! We have tried several different groomers, including in the city, and this is my favorite by far. Consistent and reliable. Asher loves you!

Went in for the self serve wash for the first time and could not have been more pleased. The employees there are all extremely helpful and personable. They provide everything you need (towels, shampoo, dryer, brushes, ear cleaner, and a quick how to) which is a huge help. Got a wash and a bone for less than 25$! Extremely affordable and keeps the hair from clogging up my shower drain. Thank you guys so much!

My wife and I have been bringing our Keeshond here for a while now for grooming. Both groomers do a wonderful job with her and we're going to miss this place once we move soon. We also bring our other dog by to get her nails done (even though she's a bit of a squirmer) and they've done great with her as well. Everyone who works here is great and they have a good selection of treats and dog products. A+ store.

The lady in this store today was a raging lunatic. Absolutely NO customer service. She was the rudest person I've ever met, she displayed the worst behavior I have ever seen in an adult. DON'T SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE YELLED AT OR GIVEN THE WORST ATTITUDE. (Can't imagine how she treats the dogs that come in to get groomed when their owners aren't around)

A fantastic store with a great selection and knowledgeable staff. Found my pup treats and goods not available elsewhere. I highly recommend this store! This is my second visit to this store and continue to be impressed. The owner and grooming staff are well-informed and friendly. They were able to accommodate a variety of dogs for grooming. Quality of treats and food available is top-notch. It is difficult to stop shopping. My dog was equally impressed. Visit this store if you can, you won't be disappointed.

They did a very good job grooming our crazy westie, but they were outstanding clipping his nails! Although we have to come back a different day to meet the specialist with timid little ones, she made it. From now on: our new to go trimming and grooming place.

They were absolutely amazing! Treated my lil pupper just as I would and made sure to get her groomed beyond what I had imagined. She even got a cute Halloween bandana! I will definitely be going back! Thank you Mom and Pups!

Took my golden/lab mix here for a bath. He is generally nervous and sometimes aggressive toward strangers but Christina took the time to get to know him and earn his trust. She was really patient with him and I'm sure after a few more visits he will be excited to see her! Very satisfied! We will be back!

Had my dog groomed here today. Dropped her off at 10am and she wasn't ready to be picked up until 4pm. When I came to pick her up there were dogs crying and sounding like they were dying. The girl then explained that the groomer cut one of her nails too short and it's bleeding. She tried to stop it with some powder and it worked for a minute but when she got in my truck she started bleeding on the back seat.

I went back in to ask for a dog sock, they said they only have a 4 pack and can't give me one. So i'm now trying to stop the bleeding outside my house and having to get my truck shampooed. Not a great use of $110.

Bri did such an amazing job grooming our lil pup. Before proceeding, she took time to discuss what we wanted and she went over everything that would be covered in the grooming package. Our last groomer didn't cut our dog's nails even though we paid for that service and they cut our dog's hair too short. Bri evened it out though and was super friendly.

It was wonderful going to someone who was patient with our dog and understood how to give him a cut. The shop also has a wide variety of treats and supplies in case you need to pick anything up.

Today was Star's first visit to the groomer. She did a great job! Star came out looking like Boo the Pomeranian-her hair was cut, combed and dried and smelling good.

Excellent grooming experience. It was our first time using Mom and Pups and they gave our mini schnauzer a great cut. We will definitely be back.

10/10- they give my dog the best haircuts and have good prices on all products. I have been to other places before that cost around 80$ for a haircut and this place is way better. The owner is extremely knowledgeable on everything she sells and is passionate about pets too. I recommend them to everyone I know! Edit:I also used to pay around 15-18$ for my dogs food for a small bag, they sell a better quality food (less harmful ingredients) here for cheaper (10$)

Came here for the first time today because my newly adopted chow chow got so dirty at the dog park in the morning! I was not aware that they do not provide tools anymore and chows HAVE to be brushed before bathing (luckily, I did bring one dematting tool of my own) but the owner was kind enough to let me brush my dog inside the tub anyway even though the time limit is 25 min.

I wouldn't have been able to brush/wash him otherwise as he is absolutely terrified of being groomed. Thank goodness a place such as this exists! Oh, and as a bonus that caught me completely off guard was that I wasn't charged at all since I just adopted my little friend two weeks ago and this was his first grooming session under my care!

Mom & pups, I Love this place! I buy victor dog food and the place I was going to always jacked me around. Saying they were out but they had some coming in later that day and then I'd show up and they would be closed. So I did some research and found this place. The owners are always there they are the nicest kindest people ever. Always asked me what I need can I helping with anything and so on and so forth.

I haven't tried the grooming out but I know that every time on there somebody if they are getting their animal ground her nails trimmed or whatever. They have lots of choices in food and toys and treats and cute little clothes for my little dog. Highly highly highly recommend this place love it

My elderly pug, Jasmine, is treated like a Princess at Mom & Pups!

I'm new in town and decided to try them out for a bath and nail trim on Jaxx (long haired dachshund). They were so patient and gentle with him. I will definitely be bringing him back! I highly recommend Mom and Pups.

Very Glad they are there. I've bought specialty food from them in the past, but today I went to use the Dog Wash for the first time. What a great experience! I have a 4 yr old Cavalier with a heavy coat. I usually bath him at home, but don't do it often because it is such a hassle. Using their dog wash will be a regular visit for me. They have everything you need and of course a tub and sprayer that make it very easy to get the job done.

And very grateful for the dryer! While it didn't get him completely dry (It probably would have taken over 30 min of drying) he was considerably dryer than he would have been at home.

I've only utilized this business for their self-wash service. I called ahead to verify that they offered self wash service (Yes! They Do) and what the cost was ($8). I was provided all the info I needed by a very friendly young woman. She advised me to call back when I was heading there to ensure a tub would be available for my immediate use since they were a bit busy that day with several grooming appointments.

On my way there, I called to let them know I would be there within 15mins to use their self wash service. Upon walking in I was greeted with a smile by an older gentleman (Possibly the owner) who guessed correctly that I was there for the self wash. He immediately walked me back to the bathing area and gave me a quick tour. I was provided several varieties of shampoos, some of which were labeled, others I had to sniff and guess the purpose. There were no conditioner available however there were pre-soaked cotton balls to clean the ears which I thought was a unique touch. Overall, great and convenient service.

Love this place. They sell Fromm dog food cheaper than Uptown Pups or Red Bandanna. Yay. And they have a rewards program. Double Yay. There's an onsite groomer - but I haven't had the chance to use them yet. They're helpful without being pushy - just the right attitude when dealing with a curmudgeon like myself. Lol.
