We promise that your visit to our hospital will be unlike any veterinary care you have experienced. Remember, we cater to cats only. Making cats cheerful means we must be quiet and tranquil and spotlessly clean. It means carpets and cafe tables replacing stainless steel, aquariums and aviaries rather than advertisements, classical music and overstuffed chairs instead of barking dogs: the serene sophisticated atmosphere cats require and accept.

Please be careful when you leave your cat in this place. When I took my cat for grooming, there were some cats that people left for them to take care of while they were not in town. These cats litter box was so full of their stool that there was not room for them to move. I would no take my cat to this place anymore. They also had a variety of unexpected chargers which I was not told about prior to the appt. However, some of the various charges we were told about. Very shady and scandalous facility.

Extremely unprofessional. Called to make a reservation to board my cats, and was placed on hold for over 10 minutes shorty after. I had to hang up since I had to join a meeting. Never received a call back from them so I called back. They did not answer so I left a message. That was 3 days ago - never received a call back since. Very unprofessional.

We are new customers. Our cat just had dental surgery. They did not send home any post-surgical care instructions with my husband. They also did not provide any pain killers. I tried to call when I realized this but they were closed. My experience with other vets has been that post surgical instructions are always provided (and usually a few pain killers).
This is not something I have ever had to request. I had to resort to the general internet for post surgery as opposed to the professional guidance I expected. It was disappointing.

Really disappointed in this clinic. My 10 year old cat got sick overnight and I took him in, they did tests, an ultrasound and told me he likely had lymphoma, but they couldn't tell me what his prognosis is / what stage etc. without more tests, which they did and sent to a lab telling me they'd have the results on Thursday. On multiple occasions, multiple people including the vet referred to him as a "girl" which was already a red flag to me, as I was wondering if he had been really examined.
All day Thursday and Friday, I called. They kept saying, "give us an hour." At one point on Friday afternoon I was put on hold for 30 minutes until I hung up and called again. Finally at 5 PM Friday, someone told me that they forgot to send the tests in to the lab and were submitting them now so now I have to wait till next week. Meanwhile I have spent over $1,000, my cat is having difficulty breathing at night and no one knows what's going on. He may need different or more medicine but we don't know because we don't have the results or know the prognosis.

We have been going to the Cat Clinic of Cobb since we have adopted our first fur baby in 2006, and added our other 2. We have been through 3 different ownerships, and 4 vets since going. We have seen improvements through each ownership, and doctors. We are very impressed with Dr. Reddington and the care she takes with our "babies". On recent visit she suggested dental work on our oldest, and we expressed concern on him having dental work, because the last time we almost lost him, because we felt he had been overdosed with the anesthesia.
We had to take him to the ER Vet on Cobb Pkwy, which the vet there felt that was what happened. She understood our concern and guaranteed they would not put him complete under, only twilight, and he should be OK. She will look at his report. The staff is friendly and always ready to answer a question and if they don't have the answer they will get back quickly.
I gave them 4 stars because my biggest compliant is they now take dogs. I have nothing against dogs, most of my family members have them, however it was nice to be able to take your cat to a vet that specializes in cats don't have to worry about a big dog barking. That is the reason we brought our cats here in the first place. To me it's like going to a women's specialist and all the sudden they start taking men. We are sticking with them for now.

I adopted a kitty from the shelter and a couple of days later it started sneezing. The day of adoption the shelter had given me a list with dozens and dozens of vets. There were only 2 that I saw that were specific to cats. One had horrible reviews BUT THIS ONE had a lot of good feedback. I drove thirty minutes (the other location is only 10 mins away) and it was worth it!
Everyone is so nice. It is decorated sooo cute for Halloween right now. I went in on a Friday and on Saturday I got a follow up call to make sure my kitty was doing fine. I called religiously almost everyday for a week because this is my first car and I wasn't sure what was normal. Every time someone would answer and was so helpful. I had to come back a week later because my kitty wasn't getting better.
They sent me home with more antibiotics and also let me know they treat dogs! I feel bad my kitty is having to take so many antibiotics but hopefully he'll get well soon. Next time I'll ask if there's anything holistic they offer.

This was a great place to board our cats. The staff was very friendly and caring, and I love that they had a bird cage the cats could watch. The only issue is.the price tag. $30/night for ONE cat. I know we're in east Cobb but holy Moses! When I called to ask about pricing I guess I could have been more clear. I asked if the $30/night was the total for both cats and was told yes, so I thought $15/cat (which is common). Nope. Got there the morning of drop off and it was $30/cat--and I have two cats!
I don't hold this against them as it's not their fault I didn't get a clear answer on the price, but I've never heard of such expensive pricing for cat boarding. Anyways, I think we will continue to visit here but only as vet patients--my wallet demands we seek boarding services elsewhere!

Unfortunately the Cat Clinic of Cobb is no longer a great place to take your cats. My last experience with two of the vets were not good at all. I brought both my cats in for shots and one had a sore which nothing was said about it. Then returned two weeks later when it was worse and got a different vet who said that it was never documented. She then took blood from him to make sure he was not diabetic.
Then preceded to do a prescription for cortisone. She could not tell me what was wrong. I found her to be personally unkempt and also smelling from cigarettes. I called to say I found this practice to no longer have professional people running the clinic since Dr Segal away. I have been a clinic for 20 years now and will not go back again. This clinic will probably close soon as there are too many dr going in and out.

I brought my cat Jenna to Cat Clinic of Cobb to be groomed yesterday. I had previously brought her here for grooming and was super happy with the cut she received. I hoped that the results would be just as wonderful as they were years ago and they did not disappoint. Jenna is so much happier now that she is more cat and less a big ball of fur. I really appreciate Brandee who I spoke with on the phone the day before.
I was able to explain what aspects of the grooming process were most important and she really listened to what I had to say. I am a stickler for exceptional customer interactions and Brandee exceeded all expectations. My only point of confusion (and slight frustration) came when discussing the price. When I made the appointment, I was told it would be $75.
Then the next day when they called to confirm, they said that if they needed to sedate that would be an additional charge of no more than $49. All of this is totally understandable. My issues with sedating a cat for a haircut have absolutely nothing to do with the price. My issue more or less came after I voiced my concerns about the risks of sedating a cat (just for a haircut) and it was explained to me that lab work would be done to ensure that the proper sedation technique would be employed.
All of the sudden, my $75 haircut had become a $300+ affair. While I understand where the charges come from and agree that the lab work would be a necessity if I chose to sedate, I wish that the website reflected that possibility. I would have felt a little less blindsided by the huge leap between the two prices had that possibility been outlined, INCLUDING the cost of the lab work. Regardless, I highly recommend Cat Clinic of Cobb to anyone looking for a kind, caring, clean establishment for their cat. Thank you for taking such good care of my little love, Jenna!

Dr. Stumpf was such a sweetheart. She treated my cat so gently and she made sure I understood what she was going to do. My cat had to have her blood taken and teeth cleaned. The front desk staff was great! They had my estimate ready for me and checking in was simple. Dr. Stumpf called me as soon as my cat woke up and I got to pick her up earlier than expected. No more stinky cat breath!

I am so impressed with the service at this cat clinic! My apprehension was great as my cat has been known to be a poor boarder. We just moved from the west coast to the Atlanta area and had nowhere to house our cat while we looked for employment and a place to live. I called Cat Clinic of Cobb and from my very first conversations on the phone with the front office staff, I knew we had found a temporary home for Oreo.
He was at this facility for three months. During that time I would visit 2 to 3 days a week. However I always knew he was in excellent care because the staff would call with updates and they even sent me pictures! After the first couple of visits, my 12 year old daughter was feeling so welcomed at the facility that she would go and "get" her cat for some snuggle time.
We would often find Oreo looking out the window, or already in the arms of one of the staff members. Let's face it, cats can be a little messy (fur, litter splashes) but this staff is always working to keep the place "CLEAN". They often would be spotted on our many visits cleaning cages, sweeping floors, and cleaning windows. When boarding, You must have your cat on some kind of flea treatment, otherwise your little baby may become infected (this did happen to Oreo). However, I do not blame the staff, it is other people bringing in their infected cats. Boarding and fleas go hand in hand. Dr. Segal would often give me personal updates and the front office staff and the kennel keepers were more than willing to spend a few minutes on each of our visits, telling us about Oreo's antics.
The day we came to take Oreo home, the staff gathered around to say goodbye. Several of them were shedding tears. Where else can you get this personal type of experience? As long as we are in Atlanta our cat will be their friend and customer.

The DVM's here are nothing short of God-like. No one will love your cats more than you. except them. They helped us through a very long, painful illness with our beloved first cat. Since then, we had real children, and realized we were filling a void. but that's neither here nor there. I just can't say enough about this wonderful hospital, clinic, boarding center. The staff is fantastic. There's no other place around that you should trust your cat to.

We took our babies here after we got them and they were infested with fleas. as well as some kind of intestinal bug! The staff was nice and accomidating. office is small but nice. all and all we had a good experience here.although Lola ( my smaller cat) attempted to claw the staff numerous times! They have kitten adoptions here as well. they are located in the front of the clinic in a glass enlosing so you can walk by and perhaps pick up your new best friend!
