Ace Pet Resort

We take all four of our dogs to Ace. We live in the neighborhood and support them fully. If we didn't live out here we would still go. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We recommend this company highly. Super clean and the owner is hands on and also fabulous

We've had our 2 miniature schnauzers stay at Ace Pet Resort and are very happy with them. It's a bit of an older, smaller place than the newer, larger businesses, but the best selling point for us is that the staff truly cares about the pets that are boarding. While boarding our 2 "kids" spend the night in an indoor picket fenced area about 5 feet by 5 feet, with the comfort of bedding, etc. They're fed in the AM and then have free play time inside/outside. A midday break, and then more playtime with other dogs. Evening meal and then back in their sleep area for the night. We'll continue to use Ace!

FABULOUS care! Very knowledgeable and kind staff. I would give them a 6 star. Communication is great. Dogs came home happy and smelling good. I just can't say enough nice things about them and the excellent care my dogs received.

We have been taking our dogs to ACE for years! Hands down the best place for your pets! I wouldn't go anywhere else! They are so friendly, kind and compassionate. They always take great care of our dogs. The dogs get super excited when we pull in the parking lot. They know it's vacation time.

Always my favorite place for boarding. It's small but staff really cares and gives lots of attention. My dogs always look happy and well cared for when I pick them up.

We had our dogs go here because of all the reviews. We left them on June 20th, picked them up on June 29, 2021, they were coughing in the car, the next day vet diagnosed them both with severe kennel cough. I mean who would be okay with this, I can say we will be back I just can't take the chance. Oh well.

Great staff.very friendly and they seem to love the animals. Although I dont like giving less than 4 stars.the reason is they only offer activities for an hour each.one of these is the play time. I think that dogs should be left out longer than in the kennels during the day.the hours we had to work around were also challenging.finally we paid almost $200 for two days with a discount.which is double what our pet care facility charges in NJ.

We came in town with our Giant Schnauzer and needed to board him for two nights. Our friends in Sarasota use them to board their bunny when they travel and love them! The staff was very kind and pork was well taken care of. He got a bath on the last day and they did a great job. Would definitely use them again.

We just boarded our two dogs here and were extremely pleased with their care! We are from Illinois and did not want to board our dogs for the entire week we'd be gone. Ace Pet Resort solved our dilemma! Making the reservation from far away could not have been any easier! The online registration was top notch and I appreciated the confirmation by email so much.

I also received a call when they got our dogs' vaccine records so I was at ease knowing that there would be no issues with dropping them off. When we arrived, Abby gave us a warm welcome and a tour. Because I had never seen the place in person, this was also amazing and reassuring. I was encouraged to call and get updates on how they were doing. At pickup, we received a wonderful report card of their stay.

This place is amazing and we will use them again. Our pups Chip and Kara were well cared for and happy at pick up. Thank you Jenn and everyone for allowing us an amazing two days in the area, free of worry!

This place is great! Always take good care of the pups and have a very friendly staff! My dogs always come back healthy and happy no matter the duration definitely recommend!

This is a wonderful pet hotel! People are great. Max and Frankie LOVE going to Ace. When Max has his manicure and pedi done by Ace, his nails look great! Thank you!

What a great place. Lillybelle my Pug, came home happy and healthy, staff gave updates when called, Lilly even got a report card on how she did while we were gone! They gave her the correct amount of food, and gave her her treats as requested. Will definitely board her there again.

Amazing boarding facility! It's a short drive past i75 an is peaceful and quiet. Almost wish I could say here because my dog loves it so much.

This is the best boarding place in Sarasota. They cost a little more but it is worth it. We have left our dog there for weeks at time. He is always happy and healthy when he comes out. Be sure to call early because they book up quick.
