Just got my Malinois neutered there. The staff was amazing. They answered all of my questions and were very kind to me and my dog. They are extremely affordable and they also sell heart worm and flea medication. His surgery went extremely well and the day after he thinks he is good as new but the cone of shame slows him down. There is a restroom on premises and is easy for handicap folks.

Great care to the animals they service. Percy was spayed and healed fairly quickly there. Great low cost to the service provided too.

We took our new pup Roxie here to be spayed and her chip implant. The staff is great and very thorough on aftercare. We also had our other pup Tia here 5 years ago to be spayed.

Took 2 of our Bengal cats to be neutered. Everyone there is so nice and we're doting over my boys. And my cats do not actually mind going there. They stay quiet and calm. I believe that says a lot about them. And their prices are only a fraction of a regular Veterinary clinic. I will be donating to them to help their cause.

Absolutely the best place for rescued dogs and cats. We took our new little Annie in for her work and the staff went above and beyond taking extra steps to take out a cyst and trim her nails. Thank you to all the staff for caring for our new family member!

This place may be cheap and all but they did not listen to what I told them when I made the appointment my cat came back to me today with no microchip in him and his nails did not get clipped. This morning I simply got out of my car to make sure that his nails were going to get clipped I went up to the door and told the girl that and she said OK no problem we will make sure and well they didn't but they did refund my money.

I think they just need to tell their employees to make sure they Write down everything that the customer says they want done to their pet this should not happen anymore I just hope they do a better job next time if I come back. I have to admit that they are nice and sweet there didn't have a problem with any of that. I just really wish my cat was taking care of a little bit better. It was really important that he got chipped and his nails clipped I'm getting so scratched up it's unbelievable.

What a great group of people. They are amazingly kind and truly care about the animals and their parents. They go through a routine and make sure the animals are all vaccinated with rabies beforehand. They also have many other health treatments options available like nail trimming, deworming, microchip, etc. you can have done at the same time they get spayed or neutered.

When you pull in there's always someone to greet you. They're very organized and methodical about getting each individual animal checked in before their surgery. They also make it convenient for an online payment so that's all done when you pick your pet up you can get in there and get out. They keep you updated on the status of your pet and always have a smile waiting to greet you. Thank you all so much for great service and care to my three kitties, they are all doing so great and I appreciate all you did for them!

ARC is a fantastic place. They take such good care of the animals and don't charge nearly as much as the vets I've been to. They are kind and they work like a well oiled machine.

This organization is top-notch! First, excellent customer service, before/during/after our puppy was neutered. Second, excellent operation, with no complications following it. My girlfriend and I bought some cookies and some flowers to thank the team and they all signed a handwritten thank you card to give to us afterwards. They're heroes in our community. I'd give them 10 stars if Google let me!
