HappyTails Pet Sitting has been providing professional pet sitting, dog walking, and mid-day services in Indianapolis, IN while you work or travel since 2008. Our primary goal is to provide a safe, fun and rewarding experience for our four-legged clients and create a seamless, no hassle, worry-free experience for our two-legged clients. Whether your pup needs a walk while you are at work, your kitty needs some love while you are on a weekend get away, or your whole pet family needs walks, love and care while you are on an extended vacation.

Each individual on our pet sitting team is carefully selected to ensure true dedication and capability of providing you and your pets with the highest level of service possible. For your peace of mind, each of our Pet Sitters undergo a thorough screening, which includes a comprehensive nationwide, county-level background check, work and personal reference checks. All HappyTails Pet Sitting team members are hand-picked, vetted and covered under the company's liability insurance and bonding policies.
Scheduling is on a first come first service basis and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. We will visit at the requested times as closely as possible. However, if an unforeseen situation arises, the time may be adjusted. HappyTails Pet Sitting will send a confirmation e-mail (and invoice via Quick Books Online) no less than two days before each departure in order to verify that all information is still correct.
At HappyTails Pet Sitting you can easily create your own schedule online, mix and match our services or give us a call and let us provide you with our professional pet care advice. This is our chance to meet you and your pets. Your primary pet sitter will come to your home and go over your home and pet care instructions and get to know your pet's routine.
You don't have to be on vacation to need our services. Daily mid-day walks and potty breaks are offered to give your pet exercise, relief, fun, and companionship. These weekly services are geared towards working individuals who have a dog that they would like to be walked during the day or late at night or a pet with special needs who require extra attention.

I was so nervous about getting a full time job after working part-time, especially during the pandemic. I was almost always with my elderly doodle. We have both suffered separation anxiety. Yet, knowing that he gets a good, long walk, takes care of his business, and gets tons of love from her, Sammy wouldn't trade his walker for anything, and neither would I.
We both love her. She offers kind advice, and really, genuinely cares about Sammy when I am away at work. Her love for her clients is obvious to me, as well as my neighbors who have remarked on how friendly she is, and how much she seems to enjoy her work. I feel so fortunate to have found Happy Tails Pet Sitting!

The level of service that HappyTails gives to our pet is amazing. We tried a few places before we found HappyTails and now we are so happy we found a place we can trust. I do not have to worry about him while we are away. I feel very comfortable with the fact that he is being well taken care of and very loved! He loves his pet sitter and so do we.

Absolutely wonderful and professional. Dana was lovely and took great care of our dog. They came through last minute allowing us to go for an extended stay. Paperwork is all easy and online. Paid $19/30 minutes. Dana took time to always promptly write in the journal what she did and send pictures. Our dog was very happy! Will use again for travel when needed.

After being burned a few times by gig pet sitting services, finding HappyTails was a godsend. They are professional, thorough, and reliable, and I love the journal entry updates after every visit. I never again have to worry if my pup is in good hands while we're away from home. (Ask for Carol! She's incredible!)

They are so good with our cats! I like that you get a pet journal after each visit. We are lucky we have the same sitter (Carol) each time. Our cats know her and one of them, Asher, greets, follows, and talks to her! We love her, she is the best! Never worry about the company having keys on file, never worry about your pets' care, just enjoy your trip!

I cannot say enough good things about Happy Tails Pet Sitting and Carol, our pet sitter. Our pets were so well taken care of - Carol treated them as if they were her own. I loved the journal entries after each visit. It made me feel like I was not that far away and I knew they were in good hands. And it turned out it was cheaper than boarding, considering the fact that depending on flight times, I would normally have to drop off my pets the day before I leave for a trip and pick them up the day after I return. I will never board my pets again. Thank you so much Happy Tails and Carol!

Our pet sitters name is Carol, and she is phenomenal. Both of our cats, Opi and Tig, are treated like her own pets every time she watches them. She is a great communicator and we get daily briefs on how each visit went and how our cats are doing. She is always available and the Happy Tails online system for booking and payment is super easy to use and convenient. Having Carol to rely on when we leave town gives us peace of mind when it comes to our cats.

We switched to HappyTails Pet Sitting a couple of weeks ago. Our dog is our baby, and my husband and I do not take choosing a sitter for him lightly. He is a little guy, and he gets 4 small meals a day. This means he needs someone to take him out and feed him mid day. Carol, our sitter, is fabulous. I think our dog already has a little crush on her!
Every day, while she is at our house, she takes a photo of him and logs in to her app to send us a text. I cannot tell you how much it makes my day to get a photo of my dog texted to me in the middle of my work day. What sets HappyTails apart is exactly this. We don't have to hope and assume our pet sitter visited till we get home and see the note; we know as soon as she leaves. We are extremely pleased with the service HTPS provides!
