It's a nice place to buy good pet food. It's small so there aren't a lot of choices for pet food, but the owners are nice and accommodating.

After my mother passed away I inherited her dog, which is just a small mixed Terrier. She had taken him here for years so I continued but each time it seems like something is not right. This past time I don't even think they bathed him because he still stunk so I had to give him another bath. They even charge me $7 extra because he pooped in the cage and stepped in it and she had to wash the his Feet again. I think it's time to check into new places.

This is the best place in Hickory to have your dogs groomed. Courteous and professional staff. Tiffany always takes extra care with all 3 of my pups, even the oldest who is skittish and scared! I will never go anywhere else for grooming of my dogs and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new place to take their fur babies!

Absolutely wonderful! My baby's boys nails has never been cut so short and not get hurt! Would recommend EVERYONE to come here for their fur babies grooming needs!

I LOVE PAW PRINTS! Jan and Wilard (the owners) get the best dog and cat food choices for your pets! They take the time to check quality, make sure it's made in USA, no recalls, and is super nutritious! Also, Cathy the groomer will put your pet at ease while trimming/bathing! Great prices, great product, great service, and the people are by far some of the best we've had the pleasure of knowing! Definitely check them out.your pet will be glad you did!

Had absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a pet place. The groomer had an attitude and was not helpful at all. I requested to sit with my cat to comfort her during grooming as I have done this several times in the past. The groomer said that was not allowed and I could only drop off my cat and come back when finished. When I came back to pick her up I noticed her paws were bleeding.

They managed to rip two of her toenails out apparently while she was in the tub because there are holes in the bottom. She insisted that my cat needed to be medicated after she was very rough handling her. I told her last time she was just fine. The owner was sitting at the register and heard our conversation and I proceeded to tell him how unhappy I was with the experience.

He had pretty much no comment and still charged me the outrageous full price. Following this visit I of course had to take my cat to the vet for medical attention to her paws. There was another bill out of my pocket. Not happy at all with this place. My poor baby is now traumatized to be groomed. Do not take your pets here if you care about their well being.

Took my dog in today to get it groom and when I went to pick him up, he was a different dog. I was upset. When I took him in and spoke with the groomer and I show her a picture of my dog and ask her to just trim him. Instead she completely buzz him. All of his facial hair was completely gone. I asked her if I could have a trim and she told me of course. Nonetheless, she completely shaved my dog off.

I will not be returning to that place ever again. I would give the groom a zero star. I have nothing against the place only the groomer. She was awful. She didn't listen to what I wanted. She just did what she was suppose to do. That's the reason why she won't see me again.
