Thank you both very much for sending your sweet Olga over this morning. I will be posting a great review for all of you later, Olga is no doubt one of the bravest women I have ever met! Despite many protests and hisses, she got both of the cats groomed, claws clipped, etc., although there was one of them she (correctly!) decided not to bathe since he was raising hell. We are very pleased with your great company, and Olga, and will definitely want to use you again. I just want you to know how much we like Olga.
We're a small company. Most of our schedule is filled with standing appointments for our happy, regular customers. Remaining appointments are generally booked 1-3 weeks in advance. We usually reply to emails within a day. When we offer you an appointment via email, we hold that appointment until we hear back from you- so we always appreciate prompt replies (even if you don't want the appointment!), so we may free that spot up for someone else. Our vans are completely self contained, and we most likely will never need your water or electricity.

Posting the worst of it. Waited 4 hours, paid $60 (should've been $70 but was given different quotes by different women) and was disappointed with the outcome. Did curbside pick up and drop off so I didn't get a good look at him until I got home. Have to find somewhere else to even him out now. Just glad he wasn't cut or traumatized in anyway since he is sensitive.

The very first time I was in with my dog, long haired lab mix, service was spectacular. 6 months later, for the same haircut. I was told it was impossible and then they shaved him bald, even when I asked don't, please don't. Now he needs another haircut, and apparently the owner of the shop is the only one available to tell me that it's too bad my dog, they're unable to cut his hair unless I want him shaved bald again.
But not to worry because the girl that shaved him properly the first time is now in Escondido, so if I don't mind driving down the hill, since he cannot be cut properly here in Ramona at animal artistry, ,, artistry I don't think so. I'm not angry, I am sad.

We love getting our dog, Berklee, groomed here. The first day, we were surprised she recommended a special shampoo for his skin condition that we never heard of. It cleared the condition up completely. We bought a bottle and leave it there so they can use it every time they wash him. It's lasted a long time, about a year, wow! Amazing custom experience, great establishment and owner. We're happy and fortunate we get to bring Berklee here every 2 weeks :

Brought my German Shepherd in for a bath and brush. They did a great job and they have super roomy cages in the front for the dogs when they're done. It's nicer than the shorter ones. My dog could stand after his bath after instead of laying down which made his fur nice and fluffy. They also gave him a Batman bandana and it's awesome!

Admit I was a little nervous about bringing my dog to a new groomer. But I must say my Bella I believe got the best haircut of her life. Her little bows and her little scarf for Springtime was adorable. Probably my imagination but I swear she came back all perky and been acting like a little puppy ever since. Thank you Laura

On a 2/14/14 Friday at 5:00 pm I called and left a message, the owner called me back within a few minutes. I needed to get my German Shepherd in ASAP. She said how about tomorrow at 11:00 am? I was excited knowing I can get him in since he was starting to need a bath and nails clipped. I got my year old dog from a shelter over a month ago, he's a spaz since he was never trained properly the owner gave me some good advice since she was with animal control years prior.
I was impressed with her knowledge of dogs and she was more than pleasant. My dog looked amazing when I got him back from Animal Artistry. I would highly recommend going there and her prices were AWESOME. I will be going back there again.
