The staff were friendly and I do appreciate that. The prices seemed very affordable too. Unfortunately I am super disappointed. I took Krystal my 7 year old 80lbs Siberian Husky in specifically for a good brush out and bath. I mentioned on the phone before I arrived that I need a lot of extra time spent with her de-shedding. I was assured that would be no problem at an additional $15 dollar charge.

I agreed. Upon arrival I then mentioned it again, making sure they would brush her out really good. After nearly 4 hours, I was called to come pick her up. When they brought her up front I saw she was barley brushed out. She was still blowing clumps of fur everywhere. Her undercoat seemed untouched. I called and asked if they forgot, because I paid an extra $15 dollars.

Her annual de-shedding particularly requires at least a couple hours at home when I do it myself. They told me they spent about 10 minutes doing so. I said "oh okay no wonder!". I feel I been shorted the extra cash paid out for this. This is not what I wanted. 10 minutes is no where near a full brush out for a Siberian Husky. Next time be sure to save the $15 dollars.

They are kind, they do a nice job, my dog left her and she stays calm, it is a sign that she is fine there

Just wanted to come on here to let anyone know who may be looking for a well rounded caring groomer, this is the place hands down. I simply love bringing my pet here and he loves it too! The entire staff is just great!

We are so happy with K-9 Kuts and only account them as one of the most reliable services for our pups. Christina takes the time to remind us, support us and with Sasha being so picky with groomers, I know she's in great hands when she sees her. The place seemed okay and the prices were good. My dog had gotten a haircut, and it turned out alright. However, when I brought my dog home she seemed to be much quieter than usual and licking her right paw a lot, and, later, was limping. I'm not 100% sure why, but maybe they accidentally hurt one of her toes when giving her the haircut. We won't be taking her back there.

These people are seriously just so rude. need to follow up here. So impatient and unhelpful. Especially over the phone. I have no idea how there are 4-5 star ratings here.

Took my 5 month old puppy there 2 days ago. The day after I noticed him shaking his head repeatedly. I called and they said they did "hair plucking" which is necessary to avoid ear infections. Turns out my puppy has a severe double bacterial ear infection. The vet advised it's highly likely this happened due to a "bath" and water getting in the ear.

I now have to pay $110.00 for ear them to do the "ear plucking" at the vet because apparently he has hair in his ears AND they have to add medication to both ears. I know people are people and anyone can make a mistake but I am highly disappointed and heart broken for my baby. Also, when he returned from the groomer he was not himself at all. Very timid, almost afraid. I don't know if he was roughed up while at the groomer but I felt it was worth mentioning.

We have a senior dog and needed a new groomer. Was recommended this place by a friend of ours and we are very pleased with the outcome.

The best place in Broward county. Kristina is incredibly patient with my feisty Sasha and Chase. Always has a huge smile on her face is kind hearted and passionate and so incredibly patient with my little ones. K-9 Kuts always goes away and beyond with reasonable prices great service and sweet stuff. Thank you so much for all you do for us and taking care of our pups.

Looking for an alternative to my usual mobile groomer who jacked up price and more importantly was inconsistent. K-9 is centrally located, so it is easy to get to you. They also offer drop off and pick up, if needed. Groomers were friendly and location was clean. I liked the open little area where the larger doggies could hang out waiting for their turn.

My Milo is not a fan of the process but he was considerably less stressed out afterwards than he usually is. Results were adorable. The hand written thank you note mailed to my home with a discount card for the next visit was a nice touch. Prices are very reasonable- seems like they offer the "discount" regularly. Milo will be coming back, soon.

Called to get a quote for grooming my Bernese Mountain Dog. One would think that being a first time customer, the response would be full of enthusiasm and that she would offer information about their facility and services. Unfortunately, the woman who answered the phone was cold, and made me ask questions rather than offering any information whatsoever. End result, their tub "only holds dogs up to 90 lbs." Not sure what kind of tub they have, or if that was just an excuse to decline service. Too bad!

My groomer of choice for my favorite little guy! He is always looking great when I pick him up; clean, dry and smelling wonderful. I've been squeezed in last minute and always get world class service. Will definitely go again!

Was a regular here for many years until our fur baby passed away. Now we have a new baby and today was his first grooming experience at k9 The staff is always courteous and professional and the prices are much better than other local spots. They have Saturday appointments which I need but have to call far enough ahead. The have coupons so it very consumer friendly.

Absolutely love K-9 Kuts. Very affordable, the dog gets done quickly, and the staff is very nice. Have recommended this groomer to others. Will only go to this groomer. Also always have coupons available.

After my dog was at the groomers for about 8 hours (yes 8 hours), he came home with a nice slice on him. When I picked him up nothing was ever said to me. Very disappointing. I understand accidents happen but really you don't tell the owner! Will not be back. A trim should not take all day and accidents need to be told to the owners
