When you're a pet parent, this location is such a heaven and paradise! I'm overjoyed to see such a wide range of cat diets, toys, litter pellets, and accessories for my cats on the market nowadays. They also provide excellent customer service because the employees are accommodating, pleasant, and polite. I was particularly impressed by how they treated their customers, which made me feel quite at home.

I came here last week to get new cat food because I think my baby is no longer interested in the cat food I purchased for them the previous time. So, I'm in desperate need of a replacement. Moreover, I am grateful to one of their employees who recommended one of their products to me because he himself owns a cat who is picky when it comes to food. And, fortunately, my baby like it as well. Thank you to the members of the team who assist me. Highly recommended to!

This place takes GREAT care of its customers. Our cats took a liking to a specific variety of Fromm food years ago, and to this day Dori is careful to keep it in stock for us. Even before I show up, she knows when it's about time and sets a bag aside. Plus, the staff is just really nice.

4Legs became my weekly WFH respite on Tuesdays and remains my go-to place for all my feline needs. Also love taking family and visitors in for unique gifts (and candles!) for 2-legged and 4-legged alike. And if they don't carry it, there's a chance they can get it, just ask!

I love shopping at 4Legs! The owner is always super kind and helpful. She really loves helping animals and it shows.

Extremely rude to people of color. I came in and the lady hesitated to talk to me. I was trying to spend over $200 on stuff for my pet. I had just gotten off of work at a dog daycare so I smelled like dog a little. The lady told me I had to leave because I smelled like dog even tho their was a dog in the store. Really believe the rude and terrible customer service was because of my race.

Do better and be better people 4legs inc because that was my first and last time ever doing business with you guys and I'm telling every person of color to stay far away from you guys.

As a cat owner, I just don't see the allure of this place. Maybe it's better for dogs and their people. The items I've purchased from them in the past were never a hit with my cats, or they broke too easily. The shop looks cute, though.

This store has the "hygge"! It feels like you are shopping in your living room. You can find the best food, treats, toys, and gear for your pet here (and they sell candles too!). I always enjoy my experience there and highly recommend visiting this store to any pet owner.

Super comfortable shopping. This store has a great array of limited ingredient food, treats, and snacks for sale! It's refreshing to not have to search through ingredients for long : My dog has been loving everything bought so far toy-wise too!

Charming little pet shop with some very friendly shop owners, I love coming here to treat my cats to some of their selection of toys and beds, they really have a unique selection of cat toys that you can't simply buy online, that are handmade and bought in. My cats love them, they have nice designs and not too expensive. I do wish to come back here soon again to treat my cats to a bed nice bed though!

This is a wonderful neighborhood shop. Every time I come in it's a wonderful experience. The owners are knowledgeable about their products, and have given me samples in the past. You just get the feeling they really care about their customers.

I had never been to this shop, however, on a walk, my dog went straight to the door. I ended up leaving with a well fitted harness, thanks to a great recommendation and assist with fitting. I'll definitely be back!

We see dogs literally dragging their owners to the front door, and we know why: Dori and Leslie are waiting inside with treats and lots of love for everyone! 2. Every product you'll find inside 4 Legs is thoughtfully chosen to promote healthy, happy pets. I've found amazing natural treats my dogs are addicted to, the best food options for my picky cat, and they always have our raw food in stock! 3. Pretzel! Dori and Leslie's pooch, Pretzel, is the most darling little helper. Well mannered, extra silky soft, and often modeling the latest fashions availing in the shop, Pretzel is just the cherry on top of an amazing experience.

This place is great - they're so friendly and helpful. And my dog loves coming here because of the attention she gets.

Dori & Leslie are two of the kindest, most compassionate women in Chicago. Trust your pets to their advice and products. They truly care about animals. They love animals (especially well-behaved ones). They used to offer homemade pet treats made with carob and grain-free flours. Maybe they still do. They were delicious. 8-) Bottom line, I wouldn't go anywhere else for pet products.

Those big-box, chain pet stores are nasty. They stink like chemicals and rotten fish mold. Everything is from China. Nasty! Stick with good people who love animals as much as you do. Go to 4Legs, you won't be disappointed.

Simply the best! My favorite pet store people on planet earth. The owners are so welcoming and caring and the selection is excellent for cats and dogs alike. What more could you ask for?

Best place in the entire city! When they moved a few years back (to Damen) it was devastating. They not only carry the best (high quality) products for dogs/cats, they are extremely knowledgeable! If your dog has a food allergy or needs a supplement, Dori and Leslie can recommend the right products! Most of all, they truly care. Oh how my dog misses this gem. We love you guys and will be back again soon to visit!

This place is incredible. They truly go above and beyond for you. Their food selection is amazing. It's all excellent quality. The staff is extremely knowledgeable. My cat has cancer so eating is hard for her. They are the one place that carries the food she can eat. They had a lot of helpful suggestions to help keep her eating and keep her quality of life going. Fantastic place.

How is it that I have not written a review of my all-time favorite pet shop!? I've been a customer since 2000, when my Guinevere (RIP) sniffed them out in their old location. the owners, Dori & Leslie are true animal lovers, and helped me meet up with my current bae, 'Lentil' -- I love their new store location and all their products are phenomenal!

My 2 grand-dogs who live in Arcata, CA even get their treats and toys from 4Legs! A great shop to visit and support in your community - thank you 4Legs for your love of animals!

Love Lesli and Dory's store, 4Legs! They stock high, quality foods (not sourced from China) and imaginative pet toys for dogs and cats. And they always have a treat for Riley, my 10-year old Lab. He can't wait to get in the door. They value me as a customer and I value their fine business. Give them a try! I always try to support local firms when I can, rather than the big box stores.

Local owners recognize customers, are vocal community supporters and add a vibrancy to our neighborhoods. A dollar spent locally in stores like Lesli and Dory's stays local, rather than supporting some random Equity firm based in Phoenix, NYC or wherever.

I love that I can support a local business instead of buying my golden retriever, Bella, things from petsmart. The prices are a little on the expensive side when it comes to dog toys, but I figure if they are durable and well made they will last longer! Also I'm all about spending more if it is going to people and not corporations. The last time I allowed myself to venture in and buy something it was a dog toy.

I got her a really nice polar bear stuffed squeaky animal and she loved it. The staff was nice enough, but didn't speak to me too much. Not a big deal for me though. I will definitely return when I can afford to spoil my pooch.

Great little neighborhood joint. Good selection of products at reasonable prices. My dog, Izzy, loves coming here and they always have a little treat to share with her. I wish they offered grooming (they have plenty of space to add it), but they still get 5 stars from Izzy and me.

If it were up to my dog we'd come here every walk. We've been going here for years because the shop owners are the best most caring animals lovers. Plus they always have great music and knowledge of other great businesses. 4 leg has the highest quality products and always have new creative toys. We love 4 legs and you will too.

I have been supporting this local business for years. Knowledgeable owners who not only sell high quality pet products, but also super knowledgable about what they sell. They have always given me great advice over the years. Love the new location on Damen. Great open space, same great owners, better parking!

Great little shop that just opened in the neighborhood! They are so friendly here, and they really know their stuff! It was great to see quality brands of food and supplies on the shelves. They have a very decent selection, and their prices are reasonable for the area. I think they also do grooming, but I am not 100% sure.
