My long haired cat got some very tightly wound burrs in his underarms right up against his skin. I tried to book an appointment with what felt like 100 different groomers who wouldn't even look at him. These ladies were friendly and caring, it took only 5 minutes and the burrs were gone. They are truly great and they wouldn't even accept any money for their hassle. My cat is happy, my son is even more so and I'm relieved! Thank you so much.

Let me preface this review by saying two things: I have had many dog walkers/companies and I am also one of those annoying people who thinks their dog is their actual child, so sometimes I can be a bit of a tough client. That being said, Urban Tailz is the best company I have ever had the pleasure of using. They genuinely love my dog and treat him with the utmost care (special shout-out to Laura, our walker and angel).

I also work a lot so sometimes I throw last minute requests their way if I have a deadline and have to work late, and they always accommodate us. I cannot recommend Urban Tailz enough, and Alison and the team are so responsive and always respond right away. Look no further if you need a walker and pet sitter!

Urban Tailz was my first cat sitting experience, and I could not be happier! I have never left my senior cat alone or with someone other than family members he knows and loves. I was very hesitant to even take a recent trip due to my worries, but I am so comforted now that I have a go-to for pet sitting. Joanna and Laura were absolutely amazing, and my cat (who is normally skittish with visitors) looked right at home with both of them!

Everyone was incredibly responsive and gave such thorough, genuine, and loving reports with every visit. Not to mention, dealing with an unexpected leak at my apartment like a champ!

I recently switched to Urban Tailz from another dog walking service, and I am already amazed at the difference. They are enthusiastic, kind, and attentive. They for some reason are also amazing photographers and send the most adorable photos of your dog. So happy to be a part of this family.

Urban Tailz is hands down the best dog-walking service I've ever used. I cannot sing their praises loudly enough. They've been taking care of our sweet Lab mix, Julep Lee, for nearly 4 years-and for most of that time Kyle was her walker, until he moved out of state. The walkers Urban Tailz hires are topnotch, and Julep is always SO excited when her walker shows up to take her out and about.

I love that the walkers take pictures during each walk and send us a report with a little story about how the walk went. It's also easy to reschedule or cancel walks within their app. It can be hard to trust strangers with your dog, but we know that Julep is always in good hands with her Urban Tailz walker-she comes back tired and with a big smile on her face every time. If you're looking for a reliable, responsive dog walking service and a dedicated walker, you cannot go wrong with Urban Tailz.

We've used urban tailz a few times for our cat while out of town and every time has been great! They are very responsive and the website is easy to use to chat with them about anything. It's so nice that the sitter will write an in depth review of how your pet is doing and send pictures! Our cat has to take medication and that hasn't been an issue any time. Would definitely recommend!

I love Urban Tailz! Although my partner and I work from home, my partner has chronic pain issues and I am in tons of meetings throughout the day, so Urban Tailz has really made my life easier. It's so easy to schedule with them, even when it's last minute. Taro has a habit of picking up trash on the street, and all of his dog walkers have done a great job of keeping him safe.

They are so loving with him - I can tell he has a great time. Also, their adventure walks are my favorite service! It's so great that they are able to get the dogs out having fun in more natural habitats. I can tell from all the pictures that Taro is truly living his best life on his adventures. We adopted our dog Schmoo in April and knew we would eventually return to the office and need dog walking during they day. I reached out to several dog walking services with a lengthy description of Schmoo, most notably that he is quite afraid of strangers. I knew from Urban Tailz response that they would be the right place for us. The owners have a rescue dog as well and totally understood Schmoo's anxiety.

One of the managers, Paige, walks our dog every single time. She is going to introduce him slowly to another walker so that there will always be someone available that he knows. We got married last week and needed someone to watch Schmoo for 10 days. Urban Tailz let us know about 4 weeks ahead of time that our walker, Paige, would be the one moving in and staying with Schmoo!

This was a huge bonus since we and Schmoo both already know her. She sent fantastic updates, and we returned to a happy dog and clean house (maybe cleaner than we left it?). It is more expensive than some other dog sitting services, but the professionalism and communication gave us peace of mind that, at the risk of being extremely cheesy, was priceless during our wedding week.

Still early on in our dog walking relationship, but very personalized service! Love the pictures and professionalism of this place. Walkers and managers are definitely dog and cat people, our Dane Puppy loves them! Keep it up UT!

Urban Tailz was an amazing company to use for our puppy. We got married 2 weeks ago and we couldn't have imagined our special day without him. Urban Tailz paired us up with an incredible dog watcher/sitter Jeff. He was able to get him to our venue to take photos before the ceremony and spoil him at our home overnight for a few days. They sent updates regularly, communication was on point, and made us feel like he was in the best hands. We couldn't have imagined a better time for our pup. We highly recommend any dog owner to use Urban Tailz.

Me and my pup recommend Urban Tailz to all the pet parents out there! I have used them for over a year since adopting my dog and have never had a complaint. They have always been able to accommodate last minute changes to my dog's walking schedule, as my work schedule changes, which I really appreciate, and they're always really communicative.

Their app is super easy to navigate- you can schedule, chat with your walker or management team, and pay your bill. They also send you photos throughout the walk, and then a report at the end with a map of the walk and a summary of how your pet did! We've had a few walkers, including some of the managers, and every single one is AMAZING! Edin, Nataly, Jeff, Carine, Paige, and Erik are among some who have walked my pup and they've all gone above and beyond when caring for her.

You can really tell they love pets. My dog also does their group adventure walks, which is great because she gets to explore new places while socializing, so if you have a dog who loves to sniff, explore, and get some energy out, definitely sign them up for this. I can never say enough good things about Urban Tailz!

We got our pup a year and a half ago and we were so worried about who would walk him and who we would let into our home. We found urban tailz and it was the best decision. Our walker Willy was amazing. He always kept us updated on how Ollie did and always kept us in the loop. We know Ollie loved him based off of the pictures they sent. He always had a huge smile on his face.

The app they use is super easy and user friendly and everyone I've talked too is so nice and accommodating. We are so sad they can't move with us. We would use their service forever if we could. I highly recommend urban tailz.

Urban Tailz was amazing with our puppy! They assigned a consistent dog walker each day who was so caring with your dog and also reliable. They sent us pictures and a short update each time they walked our dog, which gave us peace of mind while we were at work. They were also flexible and communicative when we needed to reschedule. After impulsively adopting a puppy we realized we needed someone to help let her out while we were at work. Corinne responded within hours of us reaching out and helped coordinate a socially distant meeting to get to know our dog and our routines. Amanda has been letting our puppy Sofie out 3x a day and always keeps us updated with a summary of her visit and with pictures of Sofie.

She has been very flexible with several cancellations on our side, and she has also been the only person who has taken Sofie out, which is huge for helping get Sofie into a routine. We've had a great experience with Urban Tailz thus far. We'd recommend them to anyone!

I have never been so impressed or appreciative. I had a debilitating injury, and this company has come to my rescue to walk my dog when I needed it most, which has been two months thus far. The kindness, care and professionalism is unprecedented. I would recommend them hands down over any other companies I've experienced in the last 20 years.

I have been using Urban Tailz for a few weeks and they're great. Walkers send photos and updates, my dog loves his walker and communication could not be easier. I recently adopted my pup from a shelter and wanted to give him some consistency, i.e. the same walker every time. I used wag once and tldr it was a disaster (completely their fault, didnt even get to meet my dog), plus my dog is very friendly so my walker is able to allow my dog to socialize on walks, something wag/rover cant do. Urban Tailz has given me absolute piece of mind that my dog is taken care of, absolutely recommend! (Photos from their app attached here)

Highly recommend these guys! They are great with my pittie and are always awesome at accommodating my crazy schedule. I love the pictures that the walker sends of my girl on her walk. I don't trust a lot of people with her, but I definitely trust them!

Very clear instructions were given to Erik and Paige. An email was sent to Erik and posted in their web portal. Paige and I went over my instructions in person. A printed list of instructions was left in my home. Paige did not follow instructions. She did not change the drinking water. She left the lights on. She double locked the door after I specifically told her not to double lock the door, presenting a security issue in my building and a danger to my cat if there was a emergency.

Urban Tailz decided they would implement their own particular policies rather than following my instructions. I did not request that you be concerned for my safety - idiotic reply! I gave Paige specific instructions about my lock!

It is double locked when she walks out. You are incompetent! I will let the person that referred me know as I will others. Do not charge me for this visit and delete my credit card information from your records. She left a light on for your safety when arriving home, as well as making sure Allie wasn't left alone in the dark.

We also always tell our sitters to lock both locks when leaving a home because leaving only one lock locked is not safe. We believe all locks should be locked for our pet's and our client's safety. Unfortunately, we don't believe we are a good fit for you moving forward. There is no charge for the visit Paige did so there is no payment due on your end.

We apologize that we did not live up to your standards, but we know Allie was well taken care of Paige while you were away. I am very disappointed with the service Allie and I received on September 27, 2019. Paige did not give Allie her ice as I instructed. I am not sure if Allie received clean water. Paige left my kitchen light on. Paige double locked my front door making it difficult for me to enter.

We went over the lock procedure during her meeting with me. I left the complete printed instructions near the cleaning products and Allie's box. I do not want Paige back. She does not pay attention. Service has been cancelled.

I've only been using Urban Tailz for a short time and can say that they're great! I was stuck in the suburbs and needed a last minute dog walker to take care of my dog. Within a short period of time they were able to get an available walker in my area - crisis averted! Thank you Urban Tailz!

We used Erik when we were out of town for a week and really felt comfortable with him. He sent reports and photos everyday and was really communicative. One of our cats even had accidents outside of the liter box and he cleaned it up and checked around for accidents on other days. He even helped bring in our packages, and came back later to bring it in because it hadn't arrived by the time he came to check on the cats that day. When we got home, everything was in great shape with their liter boxes, food, and water. We will definitely be using Erik again!

We absolutely LOVE Urban Tailz. They are so flexible with our crazy, ever-changing schedule, and they provide excellent services! We especially love our dog walker, Slav, who takes the most wonderful photos and provides detailed updates about every walk with our dog. Excellent cat sitters! Just had another visits (with Erik who is my favorite sitter and I believe the owner) and the care my cats get is incredible along with communication. I was in Colorado during the polar vortex (*-20 degrees) and my ecobee was going in and out of wifi. I asked him to make sure the settings went to 70 and not only did he verify but he modified my sleep settings so it wouldn't go lower at night like it had been.

He takes photos of the cats and of the full food bowls (love that last part) They also use the app called "A time to pet" which makes communication so easy. Two thumbs up! Thanks guys!

Most definitely the best dog walking service out there! I have a mini pinscher who has severe anxiety and is scared of other dogs. Our walker Erik is extremely accommodating to his condition and makes sure he has the best stress free walk ever by avoiding high traffic areas in the neighborhood. On top of that, he has been helping our dog get more confidence by bringing one of his dogs along to walk with him. Erik truly cares about the dogs and his customers.

He has gone above and beyond to help our little guy with his anxiety. The app is super useful. I really enjoy the dog reports after each walk and couldn't be any happier! So glad I found this place!

I have walked for other on-demand services such as Wag! and Rover I can tell you there is just no comparison. I've been using Urban Tailz for about a year for our dog and we are very happy. They answered an annoying amount of questions when we first signed up and it was nice to have an in-person visit to get started. You can tell they really care about their animals. We also really like having a regular walker during the week. Ritch is great. He goes above and beyond to take good care of our pup. We can tell Peppers loves his walks with Ritch. We love the great flexibility (schedule a walk before 9 am) and we really enjoy the photos/reports with each walk.

We have been using urban tailz for probably over two years. I cannot say enough great things about this company. We used to have Amanda come check on our fur babies and recently we've had Erik. Both were great, but Erik is fantastic. He goes above and beyond doing things for our cats and us while we are gone. He always keeps us updated and sends some of the most photogenic photos of our babies via text. He's very thorough and I feel comfortable in our home anytime. I absolutely love this company and Erik. I hope to use them for many years to come!

We have been using Urban Tails for almost two years now, and they have been wonderful! We have had only 2 different walkers in that time frame, and our dog Penny loves them. I know this because the few times my husband works from home, he sees the way Penny reacts whenever the walker arrives.so excited and happy. They also go above and beyond for their customers. I've had a walker take Penny to her grooming appt, they've given her meds while she was sick (and cleaned up after her), and most recently, they helped me, my son and my dog get into our house after locking ourselves out. Urban Tailz is great and I highly recommend their services!

Recently moving to the city, I was slightly overwhelmed at my options for a dog walker. I went with Urban Tailz because I got a good referral from a friend and I was in a hurry to get set up and get to work. Now that I have been working with them for several months, I'm here to let you know that there are so many more reason why you should use them.

Here are my top 4 why you should use them too! 1. They LOVE my dog. This isn't just a task for them, they really enjoy what they do and my pup appreciates the love. 2. Their communication is top notch. I always know if I am going to have a sub or switch my regular walker because of illness or vacation, etc. They often just check in to make sure everything is going well.

I get a text or note every day letting us know what happened on their walk. 3. I can schedule my walks online. They make it easy to add, subtract or just change walks. I don't HAVE to schedule weeks ahead or be faced with cancellations fees because of a change. 4. I am never told no, we don't have someone available when you need a walk. You need an evening walk, you need a weekend walk, you need a morning walk.while it may not be your standard walker, someone will be there to ensure your pup is taken care of. At the end of the day, if you want someone to care for your pup with love, communicate with you and be reliable, you need to go with Urban Tailz.
