Everyone is so helpful, knowledgeable and patient. It's our go-to when my grand-pooch visits. Neither of us have been disappointed with their service, recommendations and products. Plus, feels great to support local business.

The best of the best. Top tier customer service. Our dog has been going here for 12 years and he is like a family member at Bark Bark. The way businesses should be run.

Not extremely happy with the info I received this morning. Apparently because they have such a good reputation they are booked out until July or August is what I was told for adding new pups into the daycare program. This is not what I had hoped for and am quite disappointed that it takes them that long to onboard a new guest. I live less than a block away but now I will need to find a daycare far out of the neighborhood that I live in.

Have been super kind and flexible for us working with a dog who has extra emotional needs. Bark Bark Club is now his favorite place in the world.

They used to walk our dogs. They were very good. On time and professional. Then our dogs both died (both on halloween, exactly a year apart! Spooooooky!). Their deaths were unrelated to the walks provided by bark bark club.

This review is long overdue, but I can't say enough good things about Bark Bark Club. Our dog is quite anxious and they worked with her to slowly introduce her to day care and eventually boarding. We've boarded her there quite frequently over the past several months, and she is so well taken care of. Also love their no-crate boarding. And the staff are all so friendly and always super responsive. Highly recommend.

They cannot handle dogs with a lot of energy or dogs who are able to jump their fence inside. They told me to drop my dog off earlier in the morning because the other dogs are too worn out by the time she gets there (at 11:30am) and to pick her up earlier in the day so she doesn't jump their fence when dogs are leaving. Constant phone calls from them about her jumping their fence - she's a 1 year old cattle dog. Maybe get a better fence.?

Leaving our pup at Bark Bark Club for daycare or boarding always leaves us with the peace of mind that she will be well taken care of. BBC's staff is super friendly and attentive. Sometimes we are lucky enough to get updates via text when she's there, which I really appreciate. Thanks for taking such good care of our girl, BBC!

I love the Bark Bark Club & so does my pup! They have amazing staff who are always so polite and go above & beyond. My dog really struggled with seperation anxiety when I first dropped him off, but now he is always so excited when I drop him off here everyday for daycare. He loves all of the staff members there. I can't express my gratitude enough for the Bark Bark Club & the work that they do.

I have a beautiful five month old whoodle that HAD a gorgeous coat. I took her in for a full grooming and was very specific before I left that I did not want my dog shaved. One of the reasons I bought this dog is because of its beautiful long hair. I told them that and they told me that they would just cut off the puppy coat that was darker than the rest of the coat.

They also told me she wasn't matted and so there would be no problem with just a nice trim. I was mostly interested in the grooming more so than any sort of cut. I made them very aware that I did not want her hair cut. When my husband picked her up this evening and brought her home, I barely recognized her. She doesn't even look like the dog I brought in this morning and I am so upset because I know there's nothing I can do about it.

Of course, I realize this is not a a life or death issue as her hair will grow back, but the fact that they didn't listen to what I requested is upsetting. It was very expensive as well. I will not be going back there. It's too bad because it's a neighborhood spot for me and I love to support our neighborhood businesses. The only reason I'm even writing this review is to make you aware that you must be more than clear with them about your expectations.

I feel like even if she was matted, they should have called to let me know that they were going to take away all of her beautiful hair. The reason I'm giving a two star review is that the people were all lovely and the shop is clearly a neighborhood Favorite. Maybe I just had a groomer who was new and didn't understand what I requested I won't be there to let it happen again.

My wife and I took our cat Jiji there to find a harness that she liked. They took her into the back to have her "try-on" the harness before we bought it, and they took the time to show us how to put it on and use it safely. Jiji loves the harness, and she looks adorable with the rainbow flower we got as well!

The staff is super sweet and caring. My pup always looks her best after getting groomed here. Charlie is wonderful!

Great every time. I even put in the wrong time in my calendar for his last appointment a couple days ago, missed the initial time, and they still got him in and groomed! I love his place so much.

Bark Bark Club has been an absolute treat for our two puppies. The people who work there genuinely care and it's clear they are caring for our pups the way we would ourselves at daycare. My dog got a bloody paw while on a walk down Broadway so I popped in to get some help. They cleaned him off, cut his nails for free! Just to be helpful! I ended up getting his anal glands expressed while I was already there and picked up several of his favorite treats. This place was friendly, cared about my dog, and had everything I need in stock. Affordable too. Highly recommend this local shop. My dog is super happy and calm post-visit which isn't always the case with groomers, big plus for me. Thanks Bark Bark Club!

This place takes care of our dogs nails and glands often because they're part hound dogs! These people are open often, fairly proved and friendly while they speedily take care of your dogs needs. They also board, full groom and sell lots of food/accessory options for dogs and cats. Definitely a good spot to frequent if you have pets. Our dogs below are super happy with their needs taken care of !

I brought my dog in last minute yesterday and although they were full, they took him and he was so happy when he was done. The staff was super friendly, while waiting I guess Randy got to play with other dogs, they are efficient, and I'm very happy I found our new groomer! I'll make an appointment next time!

Such great, trustworthy dog walkers! I have a petcube that records my pup when I'm gone. Whenever the walker comes they spend time giving him snuggles before they take him to the rooftop dog run and they spend a good amount of time with him! If he has accidents they clean it up which in my opinion is above and beyond! The kindness they show my Winston is amazing, they also send me daily pics and updates on they're day with him!

I needed a dog walker for my foster that was "difficult", and Bark Bark has really helped her come out of her shell and she is now in the process of being adopted. I can't compliment the staff enough on their efforts and working with Piggy Smalls. I will be using them for all my fosters in the future. Thank you everyone at Bark Bark Club!

We just love this place for daycare and to board our pups. We have an 11lb dog and a 50lb dog and both absolutely love coming here. The tell tale positive sign was the 3rd time we dropped them off, our 11lb dog, who normally acts sad when we would drop her off at the place she went to for over a year, acted excited to be there. She didn't even notice us leaving.

They are also happy & very tired when we pick them up, so we know how they must've had fun playing all day. The place doesn't smell bad like a lot of the other places we toured before deciding to go with this one. The people who work here are very nice and normal. FYI- They do offer specials a couple of times per year where you can stock up on boarding & daycare at a discount. There are also specials for daycare if you buy in bulk. Check out their website.

A friend recommended Bark Bark Club's grooming services to me after a notsogreat experience at another local groomer. Been coming here for 1.5 years now and LOVE the staff at BBC! Much thanks to Amber and the crew there for keeping PW looking fresh and clean, despite his grumpy old man 'tude. Thanks so much!

It's a one stop shop! They do an excellent job grooming our pup and walking him. We have boarded him here on a few occasions and he loves all their great treats and toys! The staff is excellent. They have done a great job with all of the services we have used, they are reliable, friendly and it is very clear that they really love and care about animals. This place is the real deal. Give them your money! Thrilled to have reunited with our favorite Chicago groomer: Corina! And even more thrilled that we now don't have to wait until we are back in Vegas to get a proficient, stylish cut, blowout & hairdo. BTW Did I mention, this place is awesome!?!? Every dog in the place was bouncing around happy, and the ones arriving for doggy daycare as i arrived for grooming were literally tugging at their owners' leashes like, "Mommy, cmon!" trying to get IN the front door!
