Tucker Pup's is conveniently located right off Interstate 90/94 in the West Loop, which is adjacent to downtown Chicago. We're just minutes from nearby neighborhoods such as River North, Streeterville, Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Bucktown, Wicker Park, South Loop, University Village, Ukrainian Village, West Town, and Gold Coast.
Tucker Pup's is 100% owned and operated by Jay and Jennifer Spainhour. We live in Chicago. Jay oversees the day-to-day operations, plus handles business functions such as marketing, technology, and finance. He is also a board member of the Fulton Market Association, a community watchdog group in the West Loop.
His real name was Tucker, but we called him "Tucker Pup" as a nickname since the moment we brought him home as a little puppy. He lived a full, happy, healthy life and had no regrets. Tucker made the perfect mascot for the business because of his combination of good looks, smarts, zest for life, and playful yet calm personality.
Some places only show you the lobby. Come on in, we'll show you our entire facility, including the playfloors, outdoor area, grooming room, and boarding area. We offer tours from 9am to 5pm, seven days per week, 365 days per year. It is challenging for us to offer a tour outside of these hours, due to the high volume of customers coming at once to drop off and pick up their dogs during peak hours.

Our boy is not an easy animal but he was well handled and he looks great! This was our first visit after a recommendation from a friend and we plan to return.

Tucker Pups is absolutely incredible, I cannot recommend it enough. I started my puppy Olive out with puppy manners (with Jessie) which was not only an incredible training foundation for both of us but a wonderful place to meet other puppies with like minded parents. Olive was a bit shy in class during playtime so we went to a few puppy socials and they were really helpful for us both.

By the end of the 8 week puppy manners class Olive was playing with other puppies and not hiding under my chair anymore. At 1 year old we just wrapped up Prep School working through more intermediate manners and the change is incredible. Susy took us from a frustrated stressed out mess to a calm training team. She set Olive up with the foundation during the week and (gently) corrected me during our weekend sessions so we were on the same page and I knew how to set Olive up for success during training sessions. Olive always came home happy and *tuckered out* from her days at Tucker Pups with Susy.

Not only that but she loved every trainer and staff member we spoke with and was always trying to run into the building! Special shout out to Jess who assisted on some training work with us and who Olive is also obsessed with. Susy also was a fountain of knowledge - anytime I offhandedly mentioned an issue I was having outside of training she gave thoughtful advice.

For example, when I mentioned Olive loves to stop and sniff EVERYTHING on walks she suggested getting her involved in nosework classes. When I mentioned Olive was struggling with the puppy to adult food transition she gave me a great meal topper that helped her with her dog. You can tell Susy really enjoys her job and cares about the pups she trains. We can't wait to come back for another round of Prep School with Susy!

We LOVE Tucker Pup's sooo much! I always get incredibly anxious before we go on our trips knowing we'll be away from our babies but the team at Tucker Pup's is just absolutely incredible and go above and beyond to make sure your pups are taken care of. They are organized with their bar code system so you can be confident that food and meds are being distributed appropriately and I so appreciated the few photo updates we received while we were gone.

We also booked grooming services for the dogs' last day and they came out looking cute to boot with brand new bandanas! Looking for our next trip because we know the pups will be THRILLED to go back :

Signed my dog up for a boarding stay & was impressed by how friendly and attentive the staff is. My pup had the BEST time during his initial trial day of daycare, and was positively bouncing when he realized where we were going on his boarding day. He practically ran in, without even glancing back at me during drop off, which speaks volumes to how much he enjoyed his time there.

My favorite thing about his stay was that they provided a picture and a detailed report of how he did each day. Lastly, I enjoy that Tucker Pup's provides tours of their facility. This gives me peace of mind, seeing where my dog will be and how caring the staff is with the dogs. The only thing I'm sad about is that their waitlist is so long for daycare as we would love to take advantage of that service. But, for now we have a very reliable place to board our dog when needed!

If your pup is in need of training do not hesitate to take Tucker's Pup's training classes. My dog & I just completed the Adults Manners class taught my Angela Love. She is an excellent trainer & I learned so much in her class. Thank you Angela. I hope to take the next level class in the near future.

My husband went yesterday (5.13.22) to take a look. Some clients of my vet spoke highly of this place. When he arrived, he told the lady at the front desk that they had been recommended and we were looking for boarding and daycare for our dog. She didn't so much as give him price ranges. Told him "all the information is on the website". No tour, no thanks for taking the time to visit. Really? Lost customer and any of our friends, colleagues that may be looking for care for their dogs. Thumbs way

I was very hesitant to hire a trainer for my 6 yr old Yorkie, but let me tell you it's the best decision I've made for my dog and my dear neighbors. Kathleen did above and beyond, which she probably didn't even realize. But the tips she taught work wonders. Not the first 30 mins no.realistically because we are talking about taming a 6 yr old Yorkie.

But after 14 days, 3 walks a day, and constant repeating of what Kathleen taught me, I have a completely different dog now. To be honest, I thought I'd spend at least $500 on training. No no no. I canceled after 2 classes because I've already seen a big difference. Either Tucker's techniques are amazingly applicable or my dog is actually much more trainable than I assumed.based on his breed and age. Don't hesitate on checking out Tucker Pup's. And make sure if you do, ask for Kathleen

We just finished up the six week Puppy Manners class, and it was exactly what we needed. If you're feeling lost or frustrated on your puppy training journey, take this class! Plus, the Puppy Socials were so helpful for our high energy girl to learn how to interact with other dogs in a more controlled environment. We can't wait to continue onto the next level of training! The classes and instructors (we had Veronica) are incredible. Cannot recommend enough!

We did a "tiny tots" puppy social and it was such a great experience! The trainer we had was wonderful, she did a great job moderating the class and helping our 12 week old puppy feel comfortable around the other puppies. We also learned lots of helpful training tips during the class. We will definitely be back for more classes and would highly recommend it to others.

13 years later and still 5 stars! When we made the insane decision to add a vizsla puppy to our household, I knew we would not survive without Tucker Pup's. They have been Bertie's home away from home for boarding, puppy prep school, and day care. The entire team of professionals has been great -- from the groomers to the trainers. Kudos for keeping track of health requirements and making sure I know well in advance when he is due for preventative care.

Cailin worked with my 16 month-old French Bulldog. Her training helped the pup manage excitement levels on walks and when new people come over. The puppy is behaving much better behaved, and the humans in the house learned valuable training techniques so we can reinforce what puppy learned working with Cailin.

Teddy looks AMAZING! He seemed very happy when I picked him up, which means he was comfortable with his groomer and the space! We are new to Chicago and this was the first time he's been groomed since the move, we will for sure be coming back. It's hard to find someone who can groom an Airedale Terrier well! The service also only took just under 2.5 hours which is crazy! We've had groomers take 6+ for the same service. Thank you again. We will be back soon.

We worked with Jordan Wright who is a trainer at Tucker Pup's. I cannot speak highly enough about how great she was to work with! I had a dog who was scared of the hallway, scared of people and was adjusting to city life. After six weeks, my dog loves the hallway, walks really well on a leash and has come a very long way with his fear of people! He now loves to lick people's hands, take food from them and sniff them on the street. None of this would be possible without Jordan's guidance and help!

We have had the most incredible experience with Tucker Pup's, from scheduling with Kim in reception to booking appointments through their website. Most of all, we have loved working one-on-one with Jessie. Our pup is a rescue and came to us very nervous, lacking confidence, chewing everything (including our various body parts), hating her crate, and having trouble potty training.

After just three sessions with Jessie The Dog Whisperer, we have seen massive improvement in her confidence and she sleeps through the night in her crate with not as much as a whimper! She is learning to follow our redirection when she tries to mouth on us, and we are building up her comfortability outside to make potty training easier. We are starting puppy class soon, but we would not be where we are with our little girl if it weren't for Jessie! So, thank you, Tucker Pup's, and thank you, Jessie! We are eternally grateful.

This was my second time boarding my dog at Tucker Pups and I remain highly satisfied. What sets this apart from other companies is the group play and staff. I love knowing my dog is not in a crate all day but rather gets to play with his friends. The pictures that the staff share throughout his stay show just how happy he is. The process is always so seamless and Tucker Pups goes the extra mile. I can't imagine boarding my dog at any other place!

Everyone at Tucker Pups is a pro at what they do! Always friendly, always willing to accommodate. They even called me when my dog had minor bowel issues and assured me there was nothing to worry about. I appreciated the photo updates and the fact that he could receive grooming while he was boarded. We will absolutely keep using Tucker Pups for future boarding needs!

This review is for the purpose of boarding. I have a previous review of the training, which we loved. Otis is very happy here, and loves going to daycare here, I however, would not plan on an extended boarding stay again. We would use Tucker pups again for 1-2 nights but 5 nights was too long for Otis here. I think I have if I need a longer stay, I will go out to the suburbs where there is more space and it is cheaper.

We stayed during the holidays, so the extra fee was understandable, but the price gouging in the city is a real thing. Just because you can charge more, does not mean you should. Yes I understand the cost of staff, real estate, high quality care, but it is still pretty expensive. It would be worth taking the time to explore other sites that have more space and cheaper prices (you may need to drive significantly far from the city and not everybody has the time or desire for this.) For a city boarding spot, Tucker Pup's is an excellent choice.

They gave me a tour of the facilities upon request. They have a few different inside areas and one outside yard. Their suites are on the smaller side, Otis was in a 4 x 3 and it was $100 a night (again, holiday charges) and there are not any cameras on site or in the suites. The staff was excellent, they communicated well, and have a very organized system for keeping track of the dogs and their belongings (very necessary when you have so many dogs being boarded or in daycare.) They have a long waiting list for daycare so their reputation holds, but this also means that they are at capacity when it comes to the number of dogs that they have. Otis was not injured when he got back and he seemed fine.

His eating and bowel movements were off for quite a few days, but that could have been from the stress of being boarded. I did take him for a fecal test to make sure he did not pick up a parasite from being boarded, and he was fine / negative. Otis is on the younger side (will be 2 at the end of February) and this was his fourth time every being boarded (second time with Tucker Pups, but his first time at Tucker Pups he was only here for one night.) Again, for future trips, I will consider driving to areas that have more running space, more space in his suite, or a pet sitter. If you are looking for a city location, Tucker Pup's would be a safe, clean choice where your dog will be taken care of.

I always feel safe dropping my dog off with the staff, and I know that they will take good care of Cujo. We had a slight problem with pick up and Tucker Pups were responsive and helped us out by extending our boarding. I love the updates that they give you throughout boarding and when you come to pick up. There's no other place I would go or recommend!

I highly recommend Tucker Pups training courses and private training. My dog struggles with reactivity in my building hallways and elevators as well as with other dogs when on leash. I did two in home sessions with David and the in-person leash reactivity course and it wqs immensely helpful. I am able to get his attentions more frequently when he sees triggers and he recovers from reacting much quicker. I learned he will always be reactive but it is much easier to handle now and has made my walks with him more fun!

We have done multiple services with Tucker Pups, both Puppy Socials, and trainings and they have been great experiences. The trainers were all very professional and focused giving us an amazing base to start with our new family member! We look forward to many more experiences and services from Tucker Pup's.

My dog (Peri) and I did private training through Tucker Pups. Peri has gone to training a couple of times at other places, but this was the first time I've been trained to work with her and keep her on track in the long term. Jessie is such an excellent trainer. It was so invaluable to have her come to our house and neighborhood so we could work in surroundings Peri is familiar with. Jessie was also so respectful with taking COVID precautions, and was so flexible. She was a joy to work with and while I'm thrilled that Peri has made so much progress, we'll both miss Jessie!

Boarding: Was very supportive and communicative of any abnormal behaviors or eating habits. Helped talk through ways to approach and offered multiple solutions to figure out what would work best for my pet. Grooming: Very professional and friendly, possibly the best cut hes had in Chicago - and I was very vague over what I wanted. Greatly appreciate the groomer coming out to check that I was satisfied at pickup and to discuss overall behavior and what was completed. Training: SUPER friendly and loving team that.

I used Stay and Train to give my pet extra attention while I had to leave him for the holidays for the first time. I noticed immediately when I took him home that all in all he was a more behaved loose leash walker with less interruption of my steps and constantly checking me for eye contact. I appreciated the follow up appointment with the team to review the skills taught so I might continue with the good habits (especially the greeting!). Thanks all!

After going to 2 other groomers in the city, I am so happy to have found Lauren at Tucker Pups. She was very agreeable to following the grooming guidelines for our Australian Labradoodle. Now our dog looks like a doodle! There were a few bumps in the road in the beginning about front desk service and phone lines not being answered, but after management and I spoke, things have improved. Now, instead of waiting to speak to someone, I leave a message; someone calls back within the hour.

Tucker Pups Intermediate training course helped Lemon become a more well rounded puppy! Lemon is a now a much better loose leash walker (extremely helpful living in the city). Lemon also interacts with other dogs and humans much more calmly! I highly recommend this course to anyone who is looking to help their dog master the fundamentals of being a good dog!

We had Anegla Love as our trainer who was great. She was super knowledgeable and provided great advice & more ways to train your dog - if what we were doing wasn't working for your pup. She was patient and really helpful with the dogs. She was also flexible and wanted to hear what you & your pup might need some extra help with. The training class was great and it taught me a lot of news ways to get my dog to listen to me, that I did not know. It is a great class for puppies to learn those basic manners in a fun way and get them on the right track to being the best dogs they can be!

We worked with Angela Love and she was wonderful to work with. We sought out her help when it came to walking Jerry. Angela provided us with specific, actionable tips and practice tools that we could easily apply on our own walks with Jerry. She was also able to point out to us that Jerry seemed to have some issues with environmental stimulation, notably when hearing the sound of trains, cars, etc.

I wouldn't think this was part of the "standard" curriculum but I appreciated her extra effort so that we can be proactive about desensitizing Jerry to these environmental stimulants. We can't recommend her highly enough.

We started our pup in puppy manners class just under a year ago and recently enrolled him in "Prep school" for additional training. Claire is an excellent trainer and the daily updates she provided were very helpful. When I let her know of specific concerns she was very responsive in working on those issues. She also helped manage expectations about the fact that training a young (strong) dog is an ongoing activity.

My only concern is that Daycare is full and my pup won't be able to keep coming to a place he now knows and loves to burn off his big puppy energy. Looking forward to the opening of the new facility and hoping it will be on schedule for a year from now.

We have boarded our mini dachshund here a few times and I have to say THIS PLACE IS THE BEST! It has a very warm feel and is very well run. When you love your pet you never really want to have them board anywhere but I do believe my dog enjoys his time there. He looks happy on the pics they send and always comes out happy and chippy. I especially like that the handlers play with and love on the dogs, something I did not have at the other place we tried.

*Update*: the owner of this business has published my dogs medical history on a public platform. Yes, Joel, he's had the shot before: in previous years in which the shot had greater efficacy and, per my review (below), from which he had a reaction. Hence my adjustment to his vaccine schedule, given that this shot is not required by law. He's my dog and his medical history and care are my business.

And mine alone. Not yours bad certainly not all of yelp's. Publishing his vaccine history on yelp is beyond the Rubicon of medical privacy. We trusted you with records, and your cheap attempt to mitigate this issue by pointing out the obvious (and personal, and sensitive) tells me all I need to know about you and your business. This is the tactic of a bully.

I see you. And so do those that read this review. He's had negative health consequences as a result of this non-essential vaccine. Get it?!? Great groomers- really great with my GSD, who is a big baby but can look "scary" to those not familiar with the breed. They always did a great job and he seemed very relaxed whenever we left, which is a great sign re: their treatment of the animals in their care.

My issue is with the avalanche of shifting requirements, rules and regulations they seem to want us to comply with. Let's not forget: these are dogs getting their nails trimmed and their butts washed. It's not a surgical suite or a clean room or the CDC. During the pandemic and shutdowns, there were a lot of moving targets: bring dog to back door. NO- wait, bring dog to front door and wait outside until you hear the door open. BUT- we're not doing that anymore- back to the back door but you need a fabric collar.

Which I bought. And then they were all like, "Psyche- you don't need that anymore." What was annoying has officially shifted into unsustainable. Today I learned that, in order to keep my grooming appointment, I need to get my dog a canine influenza vaccine of a particular strain. This is a dog flu shot, and I've looked into it- they're overall not that effective and can have major side effects for sensitive dogs (my dog is sensitive to his shots). Also: important to note that this is not a vaccine required in Cook County.

My dog is already scheduled for a Bordetella vaccine next week- which makes sense and is required by Cook County- and I don't want to double up on shots, make him unnecessarily sick, all to get some soap and water on him. So, I left a message about this non-essential, non-required (by the government) vaccine and they promptly cancelled our grooming appointment.

I know we all want to be safe and keep our pets healthy, but common sense really does come into play, too. If the target is always moving and I always have to jump through new- and costly and impactful and potentially harmful- hoops, it may just mean I'm taking my business elsewhere. Which I am. Will probably take my dog to a place that acknowledges they're in the business of grooming dogs: not creating new horizons in medical technology or social experimentation. It's quite literally not rocket science, and this particular instance of medical overreach has officially touched the Rubicon.

The training was so much more than I expected. Nova absolutely loved it & responded really well to Jessie. I found the 1 hour weekly meeting with Jessie (and Nova) was so valuable. Jessie was patient & explained everything in details for me. This training has made my relationship with my baby girl Nova much stronger! I can confidently take her for walks & reinforce positive training as we enjoy our walks. This training has helped me to be a better dog owner too! I highly recommend this training to any one considering it!

We brought our wonderful 9-month old rescue pup, Bosco, to Tucker Pup's Adult Manners class. We had a ton of fun and Bosco learned a lot! He is great on leash walks now (rarely pulls), and can sit, stay, down, and come when called. Our class instructor was Cailin P and she is an amazing trainer. We loved the class so much. She clearly cares very much about dogs and their humans.

She was confident and patient, and that imbues confidence in students. The class was fun for our whole family and we learned a ton! Thanks to Cailin's excellent teaching, we will be back for Intermediate Manners this winter.

Great experience for my dog getting groomed here! The pricing is standard and reasonable, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and my dog looked amazing after his appointment! The location is clean and looks like a luxury dog spa. I will continue bringing my dog here, and even hope to board him or do daycare one day!

We loved having Kathleen help us with our dog's fear stage behaviors. She was extremely helpful, and the results were incredible! Our dog is doing so much better now with new people. We will absolutely call Kathleen back when we have future training concerns. Tucker Pups in general is also great! Every service they offer is top notch!

****Update**** Please see the hostile response to the valid Saftey and animal welfare concerns that I raised. The owner denies that a fight broke out but indeed it did and the trainer who was present was ill equipped to intervene or disrupt that aggression (was unable to stop it) nor was that trainer able to mitigate other undesirable behaviors. This was in the reactivity class that was directly mentioned by the owner of tucker pups.

Rather than address my concerns he is more concerned with attacking the validity of these experiences and events leading to a continued flawed toxic business that will not change their ways until they begin to acknowledge their issues and stop attacking complaining individuals who reject their attempts to appease with free offers. ***Original*** This company uses very out dated training methods with very poor curriculum development.

They do not meet industry standards for improving their methods. Classes are ill supervised and dog on dog aggression isnt properly addressed leading to actual fights breaking out in the middle of class. Trainers are not properly equipped with the skills to negate this. The price structure and name of the business give the impression of high tier service and knowledge on the subject matter but instead you get below grade service and trainer skill on par with petco.

Highly recommend that people stay far far away! The business has zero interest in properly developing new responsive curriculum to the latest industry developments. The owner also borderline harasses clients to leave positive reviews and challenges people who leave what he feels are negative reviews hence the inflated rating.

We enlisted the expertise of Margaret from Tucker Pups because we were reaching as first time puppy owners. Our rebellious puppy was getting too much to handle and We did not know if we were going in the right direction. I felt almost defeated whenever our puppy continued making biting mistakes and left my legs scarred, until Margaret showed us the light at the end of the tunnel.

Our puppy during the tenure of her training, transformed him into such a good puppy. The transformation was not over night, and really required us to do our homework and practice with the pup. I highly recommend Margaret to any puppy owners looking to build a lasting foundation for your puppy's forever home. A wagging tail, a happy customer. UPDATE: After working with Margaret, we have decided to enroll our best friend at Tucker Pup's puppy socials and puppy manners class to make sure he learns from the best.

We love tucker pups! We've been doing the Puppy Manners course with our chihuahua mix, Sunny, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Jamie is so helpful and patient, especially when it comes to Sunny's hyper personality. Going to class has become one of Sunny's favorite activities, as she gets to play with puppies and learn new things - she seriously smiles and wags her tail the entire time. This course is 1000% worth your time. We can't wait for Intermediate Manners!

I recently boarded my 3 dogs with Tucker Pup's for a few days while I was out of town. Over the years, I have used a number of daycare/boarding facilities for my dogs. Some were good, and some were not so good. After my experience with Tucker Pup's, I can say that they are the best facility that I have used in Chicago. It's a very nice facility with great staff, and their customer service is excellent. HERE ARE THREE THINGS THAT I WAS PARTICULARLY IMPRESSED WITH, THAT I WANTED TO HIGHLIGHT: #1: I am somewhat of a "helicopter parent" to my dogs, and one issue that I have had with other kennels and day care facilities is that in many cases they won't (or are hesitant to) show me their facilities.

This is important to me, because I want to see where my dogs will be boarded, where they will play, how the operation works, etc. When I went into Tucker Pup's to talk to them about possibly boarding my dogs while I was away, before I could even ask, they gave me a FULL (and very thorough) tour of their entire facility. The facility is impressive, well organized, clean, well staffed, etc.

I was very impressed and immediately felt at ease with the thought of leaving my dogs there while I was out of town. #2: One of my 3 dogs is an older 160 lb English Mastiff who is a good dog, but can be somewhat aggressive with other dogs if he feels threatened (he's a rescue and has had a rough life), and due to his size, he could potentially do some damage to another dog.

Rather than telling me that they didn't want to bother with boarding him, the staff went out of their way to arrange for him to have a situation where he could have solo play time with his brother and sister (away from other dogs that he doesn't know) and be housed separately, so he could be boarded without putting other dogs at risk. I really appreciated this. #3: During their stay, there was a small issue with another one of my 3 dogs that was not really even the fault of Tucker Pup's.

Before I could even address it with them, the staff and management proactively reached out to me and bent over backwards to make it right. They really went out of their way (more than they really needed to) to make sure that I was happy. This impressed the hell out of me, and is why I will only be bringing my dogs to this facility from now on.

My dog has been getting groomed by Jeff at Tucker Pup's for years now. Prior to finding Tucker Pup's, we've been to a couple other groomers and they are by far the best. The best in customer service, caring for your dog and everything in between. And if anyone knows me, they know my number 1 thing in life is my dog so I am so particular about anything that involves him.

Now back to Jeff- my dog has separation anxiety and shakes and cries whenever I leave him. Jeff is so sweet with him and makes sure he is totally comfortable and always does an amazing job with his cut. He is part labradoodle so he gets matted easily but Jeff takes care of it. And I mean look how cute he is after a fresh cut! Thanks Jeff and Tucker Pup's!

We've been coming to daycare since July, 2020 and while we're only going once a week, it's a life saver to my husband and I as we both work from home. We love our new puppy but some time away is great! We know that Bailey is having a great time there b/c she is running into the place each time we do a drop off. And when we bring her home, she sleeps for a few hours - so we know she's running around and playing a lot.

One other aspect that I think is wonderful is that they recognize Bailey immediately upon us walking in/dropping her off. The best part is that they recognized her after only a few weeks of us going once a week. That to me says the staff is very attentive to the dogs - another great trait. I like that Tucker Pup's also does daycare that is both outside (good weather) and inside (bad weather).

I even asked during the high temps if they were outside a lot, and they told me "no" b/c of the heat, they don't have them outside all the time. I think that again goes to their attention to detail/care. The only item I might also like to see is cameras there so that I can watch her at times. I love the pictures they occasionally send, but being able to watch "live" would be fun. Of course, I would probably be watching too much then!

If you want consistent high quality for all your dog needs this truly is the best in chicago! We've been in both the intermediate and now advanced training class. David is an incredible trainer and we can't thank him enough for how he has helped us be better parents/handlers for our dog Finley! It really has been a great experience. We also had two privates with Angela when our dog was still a small puppy before going into a group class.

She came to us, was completely prepared with a mask and just so patient with me as a first time dog owner! Finally, the service has been amazing. Every time I've interacted with the staff, on the phone or in person, it has been a complete pleasure and they were willing to answer all my questions (which I had a lot) We also have Finley groomed and in daycare there.

You all are very, very observant of Cohle, and seemingly the other dogs as well, his mannerisms that you note are those we've come to pick up on over time but you figure it out in a weekend. Every time something new that we go "yup, that's Cohle alright." Always giving updates on things we're looking out for, tailoring his meals to how he eats, overall extremely attentive, lowkey more attentive than we are at the house!

Glad we've been with you all since coming up to Chicago. We trust you guys with Cohle for boarding, daycare, and grooming 24/7, 365, and at the end of the day, that's what it's all about. Thank you.
