Sleepy Hollow Pet Ranch

Took my dog in for a groom and he came out looking amazing. The girls are great with the animals and are very sweet. They let you know everything that they did while your pet was with them. Definitely will use them again.

We were extremely happy with this boarding facility. We were new to the area and had a bad experience with the petsmart pets hotel and found SHPR at the last min. They saved our vacation. Our dogs were happy, well cared for and the report cards sent out each evening kept us in the loop. We could have asked for more. We will be using them again and again. Thank you for taking such great care of our pets.

We brought our two rescue pups that are very needy and unsure of new people. This place was such a perfect fit for our first time boarding our babies. They let us come in and check out the place while being patient and willing to let us take our time. Teresa is so sweet and kind and willing to be flexible with our pick up, drop off times, and adding extras.

We added the treats and chicken and rice meal to help them feel more at home and they were awesome with adding it on during the stay to help them feel more comfortable. Highly recommend if you have pups that need specific care and patience to acclimate.

Our Mini Aussie, Jasper, got a great first ever professional grooming from these lovely people. They took the time to make him comfortable and look sharp. Again, this was the first ever visit here for both the owner and the pup, we felt every welcomed and our concerns were very well heard.

Cannot recommend Sleepy Hollow enough. They did an excellent job with all 3 of our dogs, esp one of my fairly reactive dogs, in helping her feel more secure and getting her a little more comfortable around new people. I love that they send report cards every day to let you know how everyone is doing. Knowing my fur babies are well taken care of while I'm away is so important and made going out of town so much less stressful.

We left our cat here for the first time. He loved the kitty condo with the window view, bird watching, and kitty playroom! He was happy and we could tell they loved on him everyday! He was very well cared for! We will be back for sure! We also loved getting a daily report card for him while we were away! We are bringing the dog next time too!

This was my cat's first time staying away from home and I felt like he got taken care of perfectly while he stayed here. Staff is polite and friendly. I also loved the pet report card - it was nice to get some updates about how he was doing. Will definitely be back the next time I need to board my kitty.

My dog has stayed w these exceptional people caring for him when I've needed to be away. They have always gone out of their way to get to know this gentle creature and care for him so lovingly. As he has turned 14 1/2, he is slowing down, back leg musculature weakening, and hearing pretty gone. I just picked him up from an 11 day stay. They gave him extra live and attention.

His grooming session was modified to the same quality as he has always been given supporting his current status. It's been a comfort and reassurance to kennel him w Sleepy Hollow knowing he is treated ad one of their family. I highly recommend this quality kennel.

We had the best experience at Sleepy Hollow Pet Ranch. We rescued our doggo and had never kenneled him. I was worried to say the least. Teresa, and her team were very welcoming when we dropped him off and picked him up. They answered all my questions. The daily report cards were great to ease my mind. We will definitely bring him back next time we travel. Thank you so much!

I have an Australian Shepherd that is reactive to both dogs and people. He requires little to no contact with anyone his entire stay. They are able to accommodate him and he does extremely well and even is friendly to the staff there. Cannot recommend enough for reactive or sensitive dogs!

The lovely ladies at Sleepy Hollow are SO KIND! They took care of our Frannie like she was their own. When I took Frannie back for grooming she was so excited to go! She ran right up to Jamie, wagging her tail like crazy! It made me feel so good to know that Frannie was happy to return! You will not find a kinder, better groomer than Mary! She was so patient and sweet with our dog.

It was her first time being groomed and she was a mess. Mary handled her with gentleness, and Frannie loves her too! I will only board Frannie here! They truly have a love for animals and they provide exemplary care!

We found Sleepy Hollow Pet Ranch after having some difficulties with places and our anxious pup. We let the team know our dog is very nervous with strangers and some tips to get him to warm up to them. They texted me as soon as I dropped him off letting me know he was settled and even though he was unsure, was okay. The daily report cards are awesome and let us know what was going on each day, not just when we picked our dog up.

Even though we chose to have a daily activity, our dog wasn't wanting to participate and they didn't force him. They let us know how he was feeling and they had patience with him, which is all we can ask for. We plan to bring our dog back to Sleepy Hollow any time we leave town; we had a great first experience.

We had last minute travel plans and they were able to accommodate my fur baby. They were super helpful, polite and gave me progress reports everyday my dog was there. I gave them a call on the last day because we hit traffic and were not sure if we would be able to pick our boy up on time and Teresa was super helpful and gave me two alternatives which worked out perfect! I will definitely be recommending and using this facility again!

Love this place, all the employees and groomer and I feel very safe leaving my dog here. I also love getting the personalized daily "doggy report card" text while my pet is boarded. Makes me feel my pup is in safe hands and they truly care about him

Had all 3 of my dogs boarded while on family vacation. My first time boarding them. Came back to them all being sick (kennel cough). But that happens with multiple dogs in one area. No major issues. Dogs were fed, had water and shelter. I will use this facility again. Staff was friendly, I liked the daily report cards. It eased my worries.

I have been bringing my dog sleepy hollow pet ranch for quite some time and this is probably one of the first times I've only had a bad experience I will not say my dog's names for fear of any negative fall back towards them. I showed up there I was having poor cell service I sat in my car for 13 minutes and then was standing in front of the big picture window waving down the receptionist I think her name is Janie or Jenny and she saw me ignored me and when she finally made it a point to see me she kept pointing at the sign that says please call upon arrival well I think that was very rude yet I kept trying to walk around and get cell service so I could call when I finally got her to come out to get my dogs she told me I had to get out and get my own dogs out which is fine again I don't mind but I just think the entire experience was rude I was very excited about my vacation and she made it negative from the start.

I have seen the owner and other workers there probably a thousand times and they are all very friendly so I will probably continue to use sleepy hollow pet ranch but I think the front end needs relationship skills

Daily report cards on your pet's behavior, eating, and any injury reports. Absolutely amazing communication. Super friendly staff. And wonderful to work with. My dog is quite afraid of walking through doors of places she's never been before. And the staff member I met with was patient with her and and tried multiple ways to get her to enter the facility on her own before resorting to lifting her and carrying her in. Will definitely use them again!
